The location can’t be beat, the view from the balcony is great. Kitchen and bathrooms could have been cleaner. Overall we enjoyed our short stay.

Small, cozy condo that provided most things we needed in both bathrooms and kitchen, but we bought more things to use for our liking. Washer worked well. Dryer is stacked high, so out of reach for someone maybe shorter than 5’3” (like me) to easily reach inside. A/C worked great in living room and the bedroom without the exit door, but barely did much in the master bedroom. It became almost intolerably hot so both ceiling and floor fans were on high at all times we were in the condo. Master bathroom reeked of cigarette smoke the entire stay. We kept the light on to get the fan running 24 hrs, but the smell never went away. Couch is okay itself, but lacked comfort when you’re trying to watch TV sitting on the left hand curved side. TV is smaller than we liked, maybe 32”. Big bathroom was hot! Exhaust fan didn’t provide any relief when you’re in there taking a number 2. Kitchen floors looked greasy, but it’s “clean” upon arrival. Condo definitely does not look like it’s advertised. It’s more older and dated than the photos. We made the best of our stay, but we won’t be renting from this condo in the future.

Location and view from balcony. Apartment needs serious updating. Sugar ants were in kitchen, bathrooms and balcony. They did send pest control out immediately. It you plan on cooking like we did, kitchen pots and pans are old and beat up. Beach chairs were horrible... We ended up renting chairs so we could be comfortable on the beach all day.
