The Space:
Step into the charm of old Hawaii with a modern touch in Villa 6, a newly remodeled 1-bedroom villa offering 650 sq. ft. of comfort and privacy. Nestled in a lush tropical garden filled with mango and palm trees, this villa is perfect for couples or small families seeking a relaxing getaway.
Villa 6 accommodates two adults in a king bed (convertible to twins on request) and one adult or two small children on the full-size sofa bed. Originally built in the 1950s as a beach bungalow, the villa blends classic Hawaiian style with modern conveniences.
Enjoy a spacious ocean-view living room, fully equipped kitchen, full bathroom with walk-in shower, private covered lanai, and gated parking. Thoughtfully designed like a second home, Villa 6 comes stocked with essentials and travel extras: beach towels, iron and ironing board, tupperware, wine glasses, dishwasher pods, clothes drying rack, and more. Basic necessities—linens, bath towels, kitchen rags, travel-size toiletries, and pantry staples like salt, pepper, and olive oil—are also included.
Guest Access:
Guests have exclusive use of Villa 6, including the private bedroom, bathroom, kitchen, living area, and covered lanai.
Guests can enjoy the shared swimming pool, two communal gas BBQ grills, and a complimentary washer and dryer are located on the property.
Two beach chairs, two boogie boards, a beach umbrella, and a cooler are provided for your sun-filled days at the beach.
The Neighborhood:
Villas by the Cove is located 25 feet from The Cove Beach Park, where guests can mingle with locals, take surf lessons, or body surf in The Cove's consistent small waves. Charley Young Beach, a long stretch of white sand ideal for beach walks and swimming, is another local favorite that's located at the end of the street, about a one-minute walk from the property front gate.
Getting Around:
For the active and adventurous traveler, our prime location offers easy access to sunbathing, swimming, surfing, snorkeling, diving, stand-up paddleboarding, kayaking, and whale watching. Also, a golfer's paradise with nearby world-class golf clubs less than 10 minutes away in Wailea and Makena. Restaurants, shops, nightlife, cafes, farmer’s markets, and Kalama Park are within a 5-10 minute walk from Villas By The Cove.

Guests have access to our complimentary private Concierge service for assistance with arranging group activities such as luaus, whale watching, and snorkel boat tours, private chefs/caterers, pre-arrival grocery service, in-residence spa services, and group transportation.

Excellent stay. Fantastic location near town, restaurants and the beach is right across the street. Nice to have beach supplies, we used the chairs and umbrella. Comfy bed and very clean. Could use nightstands by the bed instead of the small closets. Nice setup with little bungalows, mostly had the pool to ourselves.

The apartment was perfect for our stay. It was clean, spacious, modern, well decorated and had everything we needed for a week in Maui. The location was also great with a beach across the street and plenty of restaurants and stores within walking distance. I would definitely stay here during a future trip.

This place is absolutely amazing! It’s intimate and quaint and QUIET!! The location is perfect to grab groceries or walk down to grab coffee or breakfast/lunch!
There is a “locals” park across the street that is always busy, but it’s the absolute perfect sunset spot! We spent quiet days lounging by the pool listening to beautiful Hawaiian music play and days venturing the beautiful island! We renewed our vows at a cute spot to the south of the park and was able to get lei’s from a local florist that knocked it out of the park!
The only thing I could possibly give a small dis on was that our villa (6) had a villa above it and we heard absolutely every step they took! But they were early birds and we were night birds so we both probably drove each other nuts! Lol!
All in all, it’s a beautiful property and we would definitely stay there again.

This amazing group of villas is our favorite in Maui! The facilities are clean and well taken care of. The pool is a perfect hang out after a long day out on the town. The location next to many amazing restaurants and beaches really cannot be beat. AND there is a lovely view of the ocean from the property! We will be coming back here whenever we stay in Maui.

This place holds True to what it is, amazing location right off the beach. The common spaces are great the villas are all redone and well appointed. Shahaf the property manager is awesome. The grounds are clean, pool is nice units are clean and private. You also get the use of pa blue boards, surf board and beach equipment. I will definitely be back to this place. Walkable to many local restaurants and beaches. Thanks again for the stay guys.
