We loved the location the best. Just a few short blocks from the most beautiful beach in the world. And a few miles from the center of town.We were looking for a safe and comfortable place to rest after a day of island excursions and Franks place was the best for that. His family is quiet and hardly ever home so we felt like we had the place to ourselves for the most part. Highly recommend this studio. You can't beat the price if you do not want to spend your vacation lounging around inside.

The place is beautiful with gardens and open areas with a pool to enjoy. The hosts are a family that exemplify the openness of the Aloha lifestyle. You are teated like family but given the privacy of your own bungalow. I would have stayed longer but this is a very desirable property and it is in high demand. If you can get a booking , do it you will be extremely satisfied as am I.

This property was perfect for my stay in Kailua. Quiet, quaint, and accommodations were perfect for my stay. My grandchildren live close and enjoyed time in the pool and hanging out with me. I would definitely stay again!

Easy access and parking, well equipped kitchen, clean pleasant vrbo. Easy access to beach and town. Owner accessible, pleasant, helpful. Would stay again if traveling back too Hawaii.

I read another review where they were afraid to give a good appraisal of the property for fear of the additional business it would generate, but I just cannot do that for the life of me ! :)
I had such a wonderful time, in such a great location that I can see already coming back for more.
Perfect location, just a 3 or 4 minute walk to the beach down a tree-lined access. Home itself has swimming pool access, plenty of parking, two refrigerators in the unit, and was just like home.
Without question would stay here again.
No need to go anywhere else, Kailua Blue had everything.

Great location for a short term stay... no freezer/stove/oven but many great restaraunts and local shopping close by... 2 mini fridges for quick snacks and drinks. Great hosts and beautiful property the location and beach access makes for easy Kailua beach days!

Such a perfect setting, clean, comfortable studio with everything I needed, easy walk to a beautiful beach, Kailua town with so many fun foodie experiences, and relaxing, restful environment. 20 minute drive to Honolulu via the best Pali views, Ko'olau, or along the ocean through Waimanalo.
This is a perfect location away from traffic, crowds and hustle-bustle. But, close enough to find fun wherever you want.
The hosts, Frank and Melissa are kind and responsive. They've created a thoughtful space for your peaceful stay.
