The unit was excellent for us as the unit location within the building was great for access, kitchen was well appointed, and the roominess was perfect. A few more utensils in the kitchen would have been helpful but no big problem. One recommendation is perhaps that it's time for a new couch. Loved the lounges on the lanai combined with outdoor table and chairs. We'd definitely stay in this unit again for a future visit!

Our stay was comfy, relaxing and just what our family needed. The home was a great touch to our family vacay. 214 was clean, updated, and light and bright. We loved that it was floors vs carpet and having the kitchen and laundry was perfect.
There was a bit of a mix up with check-in (hence the 4stars) but communication with property management was so smooth and quick that we were able to resolve the mix up and relax in our room after a long travel day. We loved that our Lanai was a little bigger than others (we had a friend with us staying at another location on the same floor so we were able to compare). Brooms were available to help with cleaning, but I do wish there was a vaccum of some sort to help with picking up especially with sand.
The tub drained rather slowly, but im sure all the plumbing in building could have issues with drain due to excess sand. Our friend had several issues with their plumbing and while we were there our floor was having some kind of leak near elevators because there was industrial dryers out with baseboards off.
In all honesty, I would 100% stay at 214 again and would recommend others to check this place out. The communication with property management was awesome and that alone made any issue not a big deal.

Black mold in refrigerator. They did come and wipe it down, but it had been there for months. FYI, it’s in the water spigot for the fridge. I don’t drink out of it anyways, but I’m sure someone does and they did not clean those lines. Pretty gross.
Pools and hot tubs were nasty. No cleaning or scrubbing of walls. Can see the build up.
Hope you like getting woken up at 5am to people being loud as crap.
Wouldn’t accommodate early check in or late check out.

We stayed here after our wedding, so we checked in pretty late. The process was seamless and the condo is gorgeous. We had a high chair and pack and play ready to go when we arrived, and were surprised with a bottle of champagne in the fridge! The resort is amazing with several pools to choose from and the beach is just a short walk away. We will be coming back!

Excellent vacation spot and condo. Two suggestions: stove/range does not appear level. Include Windex with other supplies so one can clean the glass tabletops. Other than those small suggestions, couldn’t have been happier with the entire experience.

Excellent accommodations! Clean, comfortable, well stocked with everything you would need for both indoor and outdoor needs. Close to nice restaurants in Lahaina as well as Kapalua. Fresh beach towels whenever you needed them and beach chairs , boogie boards , cooler etc. Can’t wait to come back!

My husband and I spent a week at this condo in February 2022. We had a wonderful time. The condo was very clean. We appreciated having the use of the washer/dryer as well as the kitchen which was stocked with basic supplies (coffee maker, dishes, utensils). The location was also very convenient to both Napili bay as well as Front street in Lahaina.

This property was great. Nice big space for 2, or comfortable for 4. We stayed 3 night but could have stayed longer! The pools were great, there's a quieter pool for the adults as this is a very kid friendly resort. Everyone we spoke to was great.
Check in is pretty late for this place, I would have like it to be earlier but over this place was fantastic!

This condo fit our needs perfectly. Our 4-year-old slept on the fold-out couch, and my husband and I shared the bedroom. The kitchen was well-stocked (plates, cups, pans, blender, coffee maker, cooking oil, salt and pepper, dish soap, dishwasher). We took advantage of the washing machine/dryer and packed light for our trip. We loved eating our meals outside on the balcony, which had a beautiful view of the resort and the mountains in the distance. And Honua Kai is a great resort; very kid-friendly, and located right on the beach.
