Very nice stay! The units are newly remodeled which brings me joy, the location is very nice, there is a grocery shop nearby, across the road there's a beautiful beach, which has an option of great snorkeling to the left side of it (next to the rocks there's a reef, I saw 5 turtles!). Also there's a nice pool just a few steps across the parking lot, which our kid enjoyed

Very pleased with this condo. Excellent location. Well stocked kitchen. Beach chairs, towels all supplied. 4 adults, 3 children enjoyed this unit.

Property was clean, large enough to hold 8 people, close to beach, shopping and restaurants that we could access by walking. Centrally located to see orher sites by car.
We had a minor problem with the water heater, but the problem was fixed the same day. To me this just shows how responsive they are to problems.
The whole family throughly enjoyed our stay.

Place as advertised. We had a few little pharaoh ants, but I guess that’s to be expected in HI. Everything was great. Smooth check in and check out. Place was nicely appointed and newly renovated. Fantastic location literally right across the street from the beach (even though we didn’t have time to go to this beach. Would definitely rent again if we are able to make it back to Maui.

This was our first time to Maui, and certainly won’t be our last! Great place to stay for a family of 4 (kids 4 & 8yo). Condo was clean, convenient, and well equipped with beach gear, towels, kitchen supplies, etc. The beach right across the street was amazing! Saw several sea turtles, great spot to learn snorkeling and body surfing for kids. Several restaurants, shops, shave ice, snorkel and paddle board rentals within walking distance. Exceeded our expectations!

This was the second stay at this property for my family. The place is as the pictures show. Very clean and updated. Comfortable beds and everything you would need. The walk to the beach is extremely close. Location is great...5 minute drive to Wailea, 40 minutes to Lahaina and just a few more to Kaanapali. If you want get out and explore it feels like you're in between anything and everything. If your looking to relax on an uncrowded beach, its just 100 yard walk. Doesn't get better than this place.
Checking flights for 3rd visit and only been home for 24 hours!

This was the perfect condo for our family to celebrate our daughter’s graduation. The condo has been completely updated and was very welcoming the moment we stepped inside. The Maui treats left by our host was a very nice treat after a long journey from St. Louis. Location was perfect to walk to local shops (Especially for ice cream and cinnamon rolls and the ABC store). The condo’s kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed for family means. Short walk across the street to the beach park or a 3 min drive to one of the best beaches on Maui at the Mana Kai. Trish was fantastic and even made arrangements for us to be able to sneak in a couple of extra hours at the beach on our last day. Would not hesitate to rent this condo again!

This was the perfect place for our family. Kam Beach park II is directly across the street and more beaches in a very short walk. Great location for south Kihei restaurants and shops too!

Property we stayed in was is clean for general purposes but it does require a good over all cleaning. Location of property within complex is not great, no views and patios are small with. BBQ area is very clean and not used much by other tenants. Good supply of beach gear (chairs, umbrella etc). Good location in Kihei to walk to beach and local restaurants and services.

This is a great property! Everything has been updated to a modern style and was stocked with everything we needed (and more), including beach chairs, body boards, and coolers. Access to the beach was very convenient - allowed us to watch the sunset every evening, I went for a 6+ mile run a few times, and kiddos swam a few times. Restaurants, groceries, and gas were also nearby. We wouldn't hesitate staying here again if we are blessed to go to Maui again.
