Our building is shaped like a chevron, optimizing ocean views from every single unit above the second floor. Our seventh floor home has a spectacular ocean and pool view.
Our one-bedroom features an excellent floor plan. Our home accommodates four people. It is perfect for two couples since the bath area can be closed off from the master bedroom for privacy.
The living room and bedroom each have access to the spacious lanai; which is perfect should you have a late sleeper in either room.
Each home at the resort is individually owned and each has a unique style and flavor. We take great pride in ownership and in sharing the aloha spirit with each guest.
Our view is an incredible ocean view with the island of lanai in the distance.
There is a full kitchen, washer, dryer, cable TV, free private internet access. King bed and queen sofa sleeper, easily accommodating four guests. Our master bedroom is huge, with its own walk through closet! Brand new central air conditioning and ceiling fans provide maximum comfort. Our vacation home is very spacious, 777 sq. Ft. Plus lanai.
Amenities at the Royal Kahana include a large ocean fronting heated pool surrounded by a sundeck with reclining lounge chairs for guests. Next to the pool is a lovely ocean front lawn area to take in the sweeping ocean views. Whether you choose to swim in the pool, or sun yourself at the pool deck or oceanfront lawn, or take a refreshing dip in the ocean...Perhaps a little snorkeling or boogie boarding, you will delight in the natural beauty surrounding you here at the Royal Kahana.
The Royal Kahana has several gas BBQs, an on-site fitness room, ping-pong table, don't miss it!
Across the street is Kahana Gateway Plaza, a small shopping mall with several great restaurants such as the Maui Brewing Co., Hawaiian Village Coffee (one of my favorite coffee shops), a Whaler's convenience store, a McDonalds, and several other shops. Lahaina, Kaanapali, and Kapalua are minutes away, as are many world-class beaches (D T Fleming beach is just north and has been voted one of the best beaches in the world).
Championship golf at both the Kapalua Golf Course (home of the annual SBS PGA Tour Championship) and the Royal Kaanapali Golf Club PGA are just minutes away.
The Royal Kahana is within a very short walking distance to many local shops, convenience stores, and great casual to fine dining restaurants.

*Beach information
*The beach fronting the Royal Kahana experiences seasonal ocean current changes that influence the beach’s physical appearance and size. During the fall and winter, it is not uncommon that these currents sweep away a very large amount of sand, which will gradually return back in spring and summer, based on the ocean's current activity.
Our homeowners Assoc., The County of Maui, and the State of Hawaii are working diligently to return Kahana Bay to its full potential.
This circumstance, unfortunately, affects the accessibility of our valued guests to the beach. While there not may be, at times, direct access from the property to the beach during the fall and winter season, there is a public beach access within 5 minutes walking distance. Our guests' safety is of the utmost concern for us. We apologize for the inconvenience and thank you for your understanding.

We loved staying in this condo with views of ocean and sunset. You could hear the ocean waves day and night. It was amazing. It was well maintained and had all the things you need to cook, enjoy the beach and area. We appreciate the owners taking extra mesures to make things confortable. We were able to explore the island during the day and come back to relax in the pool before having dinner and enjoying the subset from balcony. We even had our breakfast out there. We saw sea turtles swimming along the shore from the balcony! if you are looking for a quiet relaxing place to stay. This is it! And the hosts are easy to work with The staff at Royal Kanana are friendly and helpful.

Royal Kahana 714 has a great oceanfront location. It’s ideal if you want to see the ocean / listen to the ocean / be 20 steps from the sand. It’s 9 minutes to Napili Bay, which has lots of sea turtles. We recommend driving north to Kapalua for incredible views.

This condominium is located in a perfect location, centralized to everything on the west coast of Maui. Walking distance to restaurants and shops and just a 10 to 15 minute drive to more populated areas. Waterfront property allowed us to whale watch while having breakfast. The condo was clean and had everything we needed. Location on the 7th floor was superb. The listing said the pool was heated - it was colder than the ocean and not comfortable to be in for very long. The BBQ grills were tricky to work and went out now and again, BUT the staff was right there to help and were very friendly. Don was very communicative and helpful. We were very satisfied with the experience and would definitely return.
