Each bedroom has a King size bed, while the third bedroom has the option to be split into 2 twin beds. The two primary bedrooms have ensuite bathrooms with glass-walled walk-in showers, while the third bathroom has a bathtub with shower. Plus, the living room features a queen-size sofa/sleeper and a PacknPlay portable crib (linens not provided) and high chair are available for your convenience.
Inside the villa, you'll find all the comforts of home, including flat-screen TVs in the living room and each bedroom, free high-speed wireless internet, and a fully equipped kitchen with top-of-the-line appliances. Beach towels, chairs, boogie boards, and sand toys are provided (subject to availability), as well as an insulated beach bag cooler and BBQ utensils. Coffee, dish soap, laundry soap, and bath amenities are also included, along with a coffee/espresso maker with a bean grinder.

HONUA KAI PAINT PROJECT: Please be aware that the Honua Kai Resort is actively painting the exterior of the Hokulani tower through spring of 2023 & is scheduled to begin the Konea tower in spring 2023. BEACHES: Beaches in Hawaii change size from month to month due to the surf, currents and tides. Beaches may be larger, smaller or nonexistent depending on the current season and conditions.

We were a group of 7 (one child of 3). Two true masters plus extra bedroom, three separate lanais and pocket doors gave each of us enough space to read but also enough space to hang together. Had no plans to eat in until we saw the built in BBQ and fully stocked kitchen. Cannot recommend enough!

Overall stay was good except for the constant disruption on the dishwasher which didn't work for 3 out of 5 days stay. Management sent different guys to fix it but issue continues on during our stay until departure date. Otherwise, the place is great and will recommend to others.

Wonderful property and location! Small pool located right outside the back door and a quick few minutes from the beach. The unit had a ton of extra amenities such as coffee, beach chairs, electric car charger, and baby gear, all of which we were able to utilize.

Very family friendly with smaller pools for the Garden Villas - we especially loved this unit as it is a ground floor location! Management was so accommodating and communication was perfect! This was an absolutely perfect place to stay on Maui, particularly if you have a multigenerational family. The condo was amazing and close to everything we needed. The amenities at the resort were great and we had such a relaxing and enjoyable time. A much needed rest after a difficult few years.

Very nice property, had an incredibly fun time with only two negative comments about the establishment. The fitness center was closed and this is due to the HOA for the condominium ownership and outside of any of the owner’s control, but this information would have been very nice to have ahead of our arrival as opposed to a surprise upon arrival. At the time of writing the policy changed at the very end of our stay and you can access the fitness facility after showing COVID-19 vaccine card (on our final day of our stay).
Additionally, an adult toenail clipping was found on the floor by my 9 month old son who promptly tried to put it in his mouth. The toenail clipping was not possibly from anyone in our party as nobody had clipped their toenails in the condo prior to this incident.

What a fantastic property! Clean and well-appointed. Great location with a short walk to the beach and multiple pools! COVID restrictions limited capacity in nearby restaurants, so we did take out and prepared meals in the beautiful kitchen. Highly recommend this location!
