My daughter and I had a wonderful time at the property. My other daughter was down the road with her boyfriend’s family in a popular brand establishment. They came by ours many times because it was just a better place to spread out and be together. Clean, streamlined and comfortable on every level. We were there to witness a surprise proposal to my daughter (she didn’t know it was happening or that we were coming). Would definitely go back, and the other family agreed if they went back they loved the property.

We just loved this location and setup. The proximity of the pool is great for kids.
My only feedback would be - as we stayed for 2 weeks there should be complimentary cleaning once every 4-5 days.

We had such a great time this last week at Luana Garden Villas 4A. Highly recommend this villa as it’s directly in front of the waterfall (peaceful at night). A view of the pool would’ve been nice as well, but waking up to the waterfall was great.
The pool at each enclave is really convenient - there were times that all the kids just wanted to stay there and not go to the other resort pools. The bur resort pools are amazing as well! 3 different ones all with different features and just overall a fantastic experience. The lanai with the nana doors are wonderful (although there’s a ton of flies and mosquitoes that will enter of u do that). Even with that, this villa was one of the nicest, most well thought out places. Maui Resort Rentals are also easy to get a hold of and their office is across the street if u need to drop off your luggage before/after check in.
Very clean except for a couple of dead cockroaches hidden away in the corners of the villa, but overall cleanliness was high (especially since it’s such a new build).

The place we stayed at was what we were looking for in a vacation..clean, spacious, nice staff. I do recommend contacting the check in desk before arriving because we were confused as to where to check in after hours and accidentally went to the back deck and couldn't get ahold of a person but we did manage to find where the keys to our villa was. everything after that was perfect.

This is a wonderful, new, contemporary 3 bedroom condo. The location is wonderful, a condo with all the amenities of the hotel. Fantastic snorkeling a few steps to the south. The home is very well kept, and the rental management company is very responsive. .

This stay was fabulous! The unit is even better than advertised and the service was exceptional. Having a private garage right outside my door was such a bonus. I want to return soon!
