We had a wonderful stay at Candace’s condo. It was well equipment and had everything we needed. The location is beautiful with the beach right across. The resort property is amazing, especially the pool with slides which was a great hit with our toddler. Location is central, not too far from both north and south shore of Kauai. Would definitely recommend this place to anyone who wants to have a perfect stay on the island.

This is a beautiful condo. We loved the patio furniture and ate most meals outside. It has a great grassy area and very close to beach and pool. We would return to this condo!

The kitchen was fully stocked and that was very important for our group of 6 as it isn’t cheap eating out all the time. The wrap around lanai was amazing versus being up any other floors that had a locked in lanai as this unit is on the first floor you can literally walk out to the manicured property straight to the beach. The beach area has a lot of coral and reef so water shoes was a must for us but there were plenty of beaches nearby that were all sand and less reef.
The convenience of Safeway, Starbucks, ABC store and some restaurants across the street were great too.
We enjoyed the Kauai ATV trip while visiting and highly recommend that as well. Thank you for the wonderful stay 😁

This condo was well stocked!!! We were honestly shocked by everything. There were 5 beach chairs, 4 boogie boards, 3 beach umbrellas. That was amazing when staying with a family of 6. It was an amazing view of the water. The beach right outside the condo had sandy beach. The pool was amazing. Though my teenagers would have rather had a pool with space to swim instead of walking around. It’s perfect for younger kids. The location on the island is close to many things including food shopping. The area it was in was a bit more run dow outside the condo than other areas of the island like PoiPu which isn’t run down at all. Just to be clear the condo/resort is not run down at all. If you are looking for a beautiful resort on the water that is centrally located this is the place for you.

Place was plenty big and had tons of room. Could not have asked for better room location to pool while just being far enough away that it wasn’t noisy. Great location- we were happy we stayed on this side of the island!

We absolutely loved the place. It not only had basic supplies and equipment to cook with it also had beach equipment and games for people to use during the week. The resort was right on the water and the unit had an ocean view as well as a grassy areas to enjoy. A much better way to travel than a fancy hotel.

Must be the best condo at the resort -- plenty of space, super clean, a well appointed kitchen, terrific view, lovely private lanai, located on the ground floor with easy access to both the beach and the pool, but at the end of the outer building so very quiet and private Candace and her team at Kauai Calls were super helpful and responsive to all questions. Thank you Candace! A Safeway, Waipouli Shave Ice, Kenji Burger, and Oasis at the Beach are all a short walking distance; restaurants and shops in Kapaa are a slightly longer walk away. Made eating or out very convenient. Highly recommend this condo and this resort.

We are a family of 5 with 3 kids/teens. This is a beautiful end unit condo. It has amazing views and is very spacious and updated. The best part though, it came with many coolers, boogie boards, a wagon and 4 beach chairs for our use. This was. a game changer. We kept them In our rentals trunk as we beach hopped. The kitchen is also extremely well stocked. Everything you need was already there. This was a beautiful unit and Waipouli Resort is a fabulous centralized location to explore the entire island. I'd stay here again in a heartbeat.

The property is absolutely beautiful and just steps away from the ocean. The photos truly represented what property G101 was advertised as. Candace was very informative on each and every email that we received to adequately prepare us for arrival to the island and best steps to take in light of Covid rules and regulations.
I would highly recommend this property to anyone who is looking to rent it. It is truly a home away from home with all of the amenities that we were looking for.

I was a bit hesitant to rent a timeshare in Kauai because there are so many options but this rental exceeded my expectations. Oceanfront condo with tons of space, 3 bathrooms, private tropical lanai and a green expanse ideal for roaming toddlers or a quiet respite. I highly recommend this unit, it’s on the corner.

We stayed with a larger group who had 4 other rooms. Our room the location of G101 was by far the greatest of the bunch maybe the resort. Huge patio that led to grass privacy bushes outdoor dining just footsteps from the beach. A very pleasant stay.

Candace was incredibly sweet and accomodating! She went out of her way to provide us with early check-in and late checkout. She was also very responsive to any questions I had. On top of the stellar service, Unit G101 was such a treat to stay in. It is on the quiet side of the resort and has one of the largest outdoor deck areas facing the ocea. The inside was well-kept and updated. If we come back to Kapa'a, we will most definitely be booking this place again!

We were very impressed with our unit and stay in Kapaa. The town at first and the walk into the unit is a bit suspect(unmarked doors and dingy hallway), but when we entered the unit we were very happy. Plenty of space and the location on the property was amazing. We had so much room to stretch out and walk/play right outside. Kapaa is a great location as it’s close to all parts of the island and the town of Kapaa was very cool(local, artsy). Kulia beach is 10 minutes and a great beach for boogie boarding.

My three friends and I stayed at Waipouli Beach Resort and we throughly enjoyed our stay!
The Resort Villa was very well kept and was like living at your own place. The rooms are spacious, the view of the beach is amazing! It's everything you need for your stay. Our host of the Villa was very pleasent, and we really wished that we could have stayed for another week. I would recommend it to anyone of my friends who would be traveling there for vacation! Thank you Candace Mack!!! Fun Fun Fun!

Our son and family live on Kauai so we visit frequently - usually twice a year for 3 weeks at a time. We have stayed in houses and other condo resorts on the island but are most comfortable at Waipouli Beach Resort. We have rented several other units in this complex but G101 is our favorite by far. Waipouli Beach Resort has a great pool, a very good restaurant, is right on the ocean and has convenient shopping across the street. G101 is located on the ground floor and is a corner unit with privacy and lots of room for kids to play outside. The pool and restaurant is a short walk away and the unit faces the ocean. The unit is nicely decorated and well equipped. Candace and her associates at Kauai Calls are very responsive to any request.
We have stayed at this resort over a half dozen times and G101 at least twice. We will definitely continue to use Kauai Calls and stay at the resort and G101 if available..

We loved G101 especially the views of the ocean. We loved the lanai and the privacy. Very quiet and the beds were very comfortable. Our only wish was that the internet in the condo was better, very spotty and we couldn't make calls out from the condo on our cells. But all in all it gave us all an opportunity to unplug and thoroughly relax which is what a vacation to Hawaii should be.
We've been many times to the Big Island and Maui but Kauai is now our favorite.

Drinking Kauai coffee in the morning looking out at the most beautiful skies & beach then being surrounded by clean ocean air, beach breeze, delicious sunshine & soft sand all day then top it off with a glass of wine while the sun goes down. Still to come is gathering with the family in the beautiful living room with the option of watching a huge selection of programs on the big screen TV. Or just reminiscing over the day before you indulge in a captivating shower made of beautiful stone tiles. This condo spared nothing- everything is as high class as it gets, you Can't beat it !!

Perfectly situated, has everything you could possibly need and plenty of space. Kitchen is better stocked than anyplace we've stayed, it even has chairs & coolers for the beach. Comfy beds, lots of pillows, and very quiet, no Hawaiian rooster wake up call like other places we've stayed so we slept great. We loved it!
