The condo was in a wonderful South Side location, walking distance to a lovely beach and an easy drive to shopping and good restaurants. The unit was spacious (for the 9 of us) and clean. We were impressed with how well-stocked the kitchen was and how well-documented the house rules and points of interest were. (Some entries may need to be updated.)

This is a wonderful place to stay and a great location on the island. We were a group of 15 folks in the two condos, age range from 14 y.o. -70.
Condos are as advertised and are very nice, clean and well appointed. Checkin was easy. Parking is convenient, and Jennifer is a great host! She keeps in touch and helps if needed.
One thing i'd point out is in #920 -- the bedrooms upstairs are connected by a bathroom, but you must walk through one bedroom and the bathroom to access the second bedroom. Didn't end up being a problem for us, but might be good to know for some groups looking for a spot.

10 of us stayed in this wonderful home! Plenty of room. Loved the beach chairs, wagon, beach umbrella and boogie boards! Kitchen had so many appliances, dishes, etc., Wonderful quiet. neighborhood and we enjoyed the balconies and pool. Close to everything. Highly recommend.

We had 12 people in our group. 6 from Ohio and 6 from Canada. The condo was perfect for our group. We had 4 couples and one couple with two children (7 & 10). Everyone got their own room and the family of four shared the room with two queen beds. The beds were comfy, the condo was clean and well equipped. Very well stocked with linens (16 Beach towels), some snorkel equipment, beach chairs and umbrellas, a cooler and sand toys! Plenty of dishes and cookware. Also, having a washer and dryer was very helpful with our large group. The only thing I would say we could have used more of was hangers in the closets and maybe a few folding chairs for the kitchen table for a bit more seating. The location was great! We were there for two weeks. We planned our trip over about a year. The beaches were beautiful and as I mentioned the location was very convenient for our many day trips and activities. We celebrated two birthdays while we were there and had the right pans and mixer to make two birthday cakes also! Jennifer and her husband were very good hosts. They answered almost immediately when we needed new lightbulbs and batteries for the thermostat. We had a leaky coffee pot and broken beach wagon which they replaced immediately. We all agreed we would stay there again!

If you enjoy seeing sunrises and sunsets without ever having to drive to one, this is your spot. The complex is immaculately maintained grounds include pool, outdoor barbecue. In addition the unit itself is so accommodating, easy to move in and out of and close to some of the best restaurants on the island. I wish I could give this host more than the five stars for their accommodation to our family in a time of crisis in our trip they went above and beyond we will definitely be back

This is a great property for large groups. We had 9 adults, 1 child. Host was really good at prompt communication to resolve issues, but the HOA was a bit overbearing. The HOA left a parking violation on the vehicle even though parking pass was in the front windshield. We had a large van, so maybe they did not look thoroughly to see this. They also left a not on the front door the first day because we had a stroller delivery that was outside before we could arrive and bring everything in. They left a last minute notice for bug sprayers to come in, but we were getting ready for a tour so we’re advised to tell them we could not vacate.
The description of the fifth sleeping area was not quite fully descriptive. It is an open lift that looks down over the living room and can be quite loud for those trying to sleep. If you have a deep sleeper this is perfect for them.
Overall the place was stocked nicely with amenities away from home. Recommend confirming with host if there are any amenities you may need to make sure they are still there. For example, listing had laundry soap. We brought our own, which was good because there was none on site.
Overall a really nice spot close to beaches, restaurants, pharmacy, grocery, and fruit stands. It is centrally located between urban areas and tons of site seeing locales. Would stay again!

The home was perfect for our three families. (3 couples with 4 kids between us). Easy access to beach, tons of beach gear (snorkels, boogie boards, towels, wagon, umbrellas, cooler, backpack chairs). It was so nice to have so much available to us with the large group we had. We had tons of space and were very happy with the place.

Very nice, spacious and beautiful. Great location and great host. The microwave outlet wasn't working so I texted Jennifer, she called us immediately and walked us through getting the GFCI outlet reset (which was a different outlet in the kitchen). The one minor thing we could have used was washrags in the kitchen, but that's about it. Overall; super responsive host, plenty of space for our big group and a great location. We couldn't be happier. Thank you!

Amazing! I have nothing but good to say about this property! It was spacious and very well stocked with supplies and toiletries. Very easy walk to the beaches and the wagon and chairs and boogie boards were a plus to have! Our family also enjoyed using the pool in the afternoons when we were relaxing. The A/C was nice to have on the hot days! The place is just amazing!

The place is very clean with all the amenities to feel like home and has a warm and cozy feel. The location is perfect walking to beaches, stores and places to eat. We actually saw the sunrise and sunset didn’t have to go far to watch. This is a perfect place to enjoy a family vacation.

We had a great stay at the well-appointed Poipu condo! Great location, very clean with lots of amenities- pressure cooker, nice washer/dryer, etc. Huge condo for the area with lots of space to spread out. Jennifer was very responsive and great to work with.

Everything about our stay at this property was great. The space and size easily accommodated our party of 10 (6 adults and 4 children ages 9, 7, 3 and 1). The furniture and decor are very pleasant, the abundance of towels and well equipped kitchen made our stay so much better. The beach toys and especially the little wagon delighted the kids and the parents. One suggestion is the need for a tankless water heater - coming back from the beach, only some of us were lucky enough to get warm water, so we established a staggered schedule for showers so we all could get the hot water. Jennifer was always available and provided all the support we needed, even over the weekend. Overall a great experience!

This was a wonderful place for our family and friends to all stay as guests to an island wedding. The owner and local manager were great to work with. The quality of the villa and furnishings was just as expected. It felt like home. The beach closet had plenty of towels, snorkel sets, body boards, and even a wagon for some wonderful beach days. It was a great place to cook, visit, and celebrate with family and friends. Importantly, this unit has A/C which had been repaired just as we arrived and the manager kept in touch to make sure that it was meeting our needs. Beware that other units in the same complex do not have A/C!

My family and I had a wonderful time in Kauai! We were so happy with the condo for our annual family vacation. It was very spacious and beautifully designed. Our group consisted of several children and adults. We found it very safe for my 2 year old son as gates for the staircase were provided. There are 3 showers and tubs so we were all able to bath after spending the day at the beach in very little time. The condo was in the perfect location for us near several beaches including Poipu Beach. We enjoyed walking down to Poipu Beach through the gardens and swimming in the pools. All beach supplies were also provided so there was no need for us to pack or buy anything. It was so sad for all of us to have to leave because we had such an amazing time.

The things we liked best about this condo were: it was very comfortable and there was plenty of room for all eleven of us!! We had little ones and teenagers, so we loved that there was a closet off the master bedroom filled with beach goodies like chairs, boogie boards, snorkel sets, nice big beach towels, and several big Costco cooler bags that we wish we had seen before our big Costco trip!! The most important thing we loved was the wonderful "MEMORIES" we made there.
What we would have liked that we didn't find were: a pasta pot and larger saute pans, really, just more pots and pans, as we did most of our cooking at the condo. It is tastefully decorated and close to many attractions. We had a wonderful time! Jennifer, the owner, was great to work with too!

The condo location and set up is just perfect for a large group. We had 11 staying there ages 3-80 and we were all very comfortable. Jennifer has it all laid out for visitors from things to do, maps, well equipped kitchen and a great room full of beach accessories..... I highly recommend this spot.

We had a wonderful vacation and the condo was terrific. It was clean and well stocked with beach towels and equipment. Our family likes to cook and the kitchen had everything we needed to prepare meals and cook the fish caught from a day of deep sea fishing. The location was great to beaches, restaurants, entertainment, shopping and luaus. We had a couple of issues when we first got to the condo, called Lou, the property manager, and he had maintenance there with in a short time, and issues resolved. When we were planning our vacation and had questions, Jennifer was always quick to call me back and answer my questions. Thank you for helping our family have a great vacation.

There were 11 of us staying at the property and we all had our own space which was so nice. It took us a day to get the paths to beach and the location of pools figured out as we didn't have a property map. Lou Johnson was a great help when we had some air conditioning and ice maker issues but all was taken care of and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Jennifer was was wonderful to work with and she made the process very easy for me The whole facility was first rate and we didn't want for anything. I wish my own home was equipped as well. Everything from kitchen, bath, bedrooms, and beach equipment was available and nice to have plenty of everything. Thanks for making our stay in #922 a very memorable experience!
