Just enjoyed 2 wks at Lee and Courtney (great and helpful hosts) condo in Kona. Accessing the condo was easy and exactly as described and the ocean views off the balcony are gorgeous. You can watch the sunset every night off the balcony or the pool or the oceanfront across the street and watch for the “blue flash”. Look it up, it is a thing, we saw the blue flash one night but not the green. The condo was outfitted with upscale furniture, decor and amenities, everything we needed in paradise. We would recommend a car rental for sightseeing around the island as there is much to see including a black sand beach and a green sand beach ( recommend having the locals get you there). We appreciated the elevator being close by as the condo is on the 4th floor, also the assigned parking spot to avoid street parking. The use of the 3 BBQs around the pool was great and we saw them being cleaned regularly. Would highly recommend this rental.

Great place to stay in Kona!!! Condo was in perfect location for us and the complex is incredible. Super comfy beds, very homey feel to the place. We all loved it!! Highly recommend!!!

Nice condo . Limited parking (1 per condo) had to park one rental car on the street- it was stolen by pros! Not a good experience… and no cameras

Clean as a whistle with very comfortable beds and furniture! The condo itself is roomier than most in the area. Great location! The pool/ spa and pool deck have been recently remodeled. Our new favorite on Ali’i!

My husband and I had a quick getaway and this was the perfect condo for us. Very clean, gorgeous pool, beautiful view of the ocean from the lanai. We loved listening to the waves on the lanai each morning and evening. Beds are very comfortable. We are light sleepers and the unit was very quiet. Central air conditioning was wonderful! Will be coming back here! 5 stars, highly recommend
