The condo is beautiful and huge in size. There is room for a family of 4 or more. The location is excellent and the beach next to the report is perfect. Property team is always responsive. Highly recommend this place.

I would rate the overall experience around a 4 but the hotel is more of a 3 star. The pool was not heated while we were there and was almost unbearable even to the kids. The condo was well equipped and overall clean.

We really enjoyed this unit. Honua Kai is a wonderful resort. Our only complaint was that the bed in the master was not very comfortable (had large indents where people lay down instead of being flat)- just needs to be replaced. Very peaceful. The view of the water is from the balcony, not inside the unit. Otherwise it was a very nice condo.

We have rented at her Honua Kai many times. I would have to say this unit is a little shabby now. Plus the kitchen had minimal equipment. We ate out most of our dinners out, but if we had eaten in it would’ve been difficult to serve our meals. There were lots of pots and pans , No bowls for mixing. There’s also a lack of storage. If you make a trip to Costco or the store there’s absolutely nowhere to put the items that you purchased. They did have lots of beach chairs, cooler etc. to use.

Everything about this rental was great. We really enjoyed being at Honua Kai Resort and Spa. The room was clean, the resort was nice, and it was in a great location for visiting other parts of the island.

It was everything it stated it would be. Air conditioner worked great! Ceiling fans, perfect. Even though it's a simple thing, beach chairs and umbrella were definitely a welcomed perk. Washer dryer units were clean.

This condo was accurate to the description and a great space for my husband and I and our two teens. The extra sleeping space made a huge difference in allowing all of us to have our own space and enough shared space. One thing I wish I knew and didn't see in my info but see here now is that Maui Rentals provides transport to areas around the resort. This would have helped us out since we didn't rent a car the entire time in Maui. The fridge is wonky in how it dispenses ice/water, but that was not a huge deal. All in all I'd stay here again and loved the space and location. And, Duke's restaurant never disappointed! Was a bit pricey, but everything we ordered over a few days was superb!

Overall good experience. We did have an issue with the clothes dryer that was repaired quickly. The labels on the dishwasher controls were worn and we could not use that appliance easily. The Nana door in the living room also sticks and was difficult to open and close.
I was pleased with the response for our request for additional towels and the quick repair of the clothes dryer.

Our room was set up nicely for three people, beautiful view of the ocean well sitting on the lanai. Our location was short walk to the beach. Duke’s restaurant is a must.
