We had a great experience staying at this property. The owner was very nice to work with and answered all of our questions and concerns right away. It is very nice and all around. The lazy river and pool were great and we enjoyed using both of the hot tub areas at night. The location is perfect as you are close to many activities no matter which direction you take on the island. Highly recommend staying at this property!

This property is first class! It was a pleasure working with Ron from the start. He was available to answer all of my questions in a timely matter. This resort is beautiful and the location is perfect! The double master suites are perfect for two couples with plenty of privacy. This unit exceeded our expectations. First time on Kauai so we wanted to have easy access to the north and south. This is the perfect location. The resort is clean, the pool and slides were a hit with our children and the condo is 100 percent a fully stocked condo. The kitchen has everything you would need - henckel knives, Wolf stovetop and Subzero Refrigerator! We used the cooler, beach chairs, umbrella and boogie boards. Bonus- snorkel equipment! Grills available in the pool area. This is not the best location for a swimmable beach but we knew that in advance. We also ate one night at the Oasis Restaurant on the property which was delicious. Ron was very accommodating and easy to work with.

Our family had an amazing stay. Clean and beautiful condo. Kitchen is stocked with basic needs. Ron is a great host and communicated very well if needed. The resort is well maintained. Friendly staff and very clean. The beach has calm waves when we went and we even saw a seal. We will definitely stay again here.

This was one of the best places I have ever stayed in Kapaa. 2 bedrooms with king sized beds, your own bathroom, bath and shower. Lanai off each bedroom made it even more special to drink coffee or cocktails.
The kitchen is superb. Full size with excellent quality appliances, well stocked dishes/pans etc and spices. A nice basket of fruit was waiting for us.
Ron is excellent to deal with. Kept in contact via email and phone and made sure we were able to get in easily and did with no issues.
The beach was within walking distance and a nice pathway to follow. Parking was easy with no issues. The pool was great and lots of space with no issues ever finding chairs or umbrella. Getting towels was just as easy.
This property was perfect in every way. I would stay there again in a heartbeat!

Ron's condo is exquisitely furnished and has lovely decor. It was roomy for our family of 5 and we really appreciated all the beach supplies on hand in the closet. The water slides were amazing for the kids and having Safeway across the road was so helpful. The resort itself was friendly but due to either covid or staffing we found it was pretty quiet. The oustide bar was rarely open and even the Oasis restaurant was rarely open. This was unfortunate. But our condo and all that was promised there, along with our communication from Ron was above and beyond.

This property was perfect for our family of four. It was very centrally located about 45 minutes from the West Shor and 30-45 minutes to the North Shore. The property itself had a well stocked kitchen and items to use at the beach! Our family enjoyed the beautiful pool, lanai, and beach during our stay. It was the perfect home during our vacation!

Ron was a wonderful host, who was responsive and very accommodating. The unit is spacious and well-maintained. We would definitely stay here again. A few other notes:
1. The bedrooms do not have TVs.
2. Closet is stocked with beach supplies.
3. The traffic in the area can be difficult, but it's a great central location for exploring the island.
4. The beach is perfect for watching the sunrise.
5. The beds were very comfortable!
We would highly recommend this unit to anyone looking to stay in Kapaa.

This property is beautiful and you can see the ocean from the balcony. At night you can hear the waves crashing on the shore. Ron Gunn has furnished the condo beautifully. It has a Hawaiian/Asian theme. The kitchen is well stocked and has high- end appliances. It even has some spices. The only thing that was missing is a binder with instructions on how to use things in the condo. And places to eat. We did get a list from the concierge.

This unit was just as advertised in the listing. Very nicely decorated, supplied, and roomy, as well as, very comfortable. The beds were amazing! The host, Ron, was pleasant to work with and accomodating to our needs. Our only concern was having to remember sequenced codes for entry into the unit and the pool area. The resort is conveniently located in a busy area near a grocery store, fast foods, and convenience stores.

This Condo was perfect for the four of us. The host, Ron, was super from start to finish. The location is convenient and centrally located. Fun restaurants within walking distance. We enjoyed the Oasis and request Henry. He was a very attentive to our table, and a blast to chat with. Pointed us in the right direction with a few questions we had. The pool, hot tub and beach are right there to enjoy. We were able to see some whales from our table at the Oasis restaurant both times we visited. The morning sunrises are spectacular. The bike path follows the coast line, and travels pass a bunch of beaches. Rentals at resort were reasonable and convenient.
We have already recommended this property to friends who are planning a trip to Kauai. I think it works for families and couples.

The Condo was super clean, updated appliances and really nice. The location was perfect close to everything (shopping, Restaurants and a short walk to the beach). The beds were comfortable with large pillows to sink you head into. We were there over Christmas to January 4, 2022. I recommend to pack light since the Washer/Dryer is located in the Condo and easy to use and you spend more time in Swimsuits hanging by the pools and beaches. They have 2 slides and the deepest part of the pool is 4 ft. but it was really fun.

This was a beautiful condo. We had everything we needed for our stay. Owner was very attentive before and during our stay. A nice welcome basket of fruit, coffee and snacks was waiting for us when we arrived. So nice. Beds were comfortable. Unit was clean and well stocked. The property is beautiful with a lovely pool and hot tubs. We loved the sandy bottom in the hot tubs! Would definitely stay here again.

Fantastic host! Very responsive and accommodating. The property was clean and contained everything we needed. The grounds were beautiful and perfect for little ones. Watching the sunset every morning was my highlight (even next to seal one time). The proximity to a grocery store and great eats in downtown Kapaa were a plus, too. Highly recommend!

I have to start off by saying that Ron was no only extremely informative and helpful, but also very attentive and gracias host.
The condo was very clean and had two perfect sized master suites, both with huge baths and separate showers. The 1/2 bath off of the entrance is perfect for a 3rd person to call their own if the other two master suites are occupied. If you’re someone who watches TV in bed, there was only 1 TV, in the living room. We actually enjoyed it, because it forced us to read more and get to bed at a decent hour. Our 6 year old was in heaven and thought she had the best room in the house - she was on the pullout couch in the living room, which is where the TV is, so she kept saying she was going to watch “her” TV. And she had her “own” 1/2 bath.. at least when her older sister wasn’t taking it over.
The condo is very nicely updated and has partial ocean views, so it was very nice. We didn’t need ocean front or full ocean views, we’d rather have a nice and clean place to stay, and this was exactly that!
I’d say the only real annoyance (which really wasn’t too much of an inconvenience) was the key-code system and that it could be cumbersome to remember- specific code for the condo and another longer code (which included the condo code in it) for the pool and workout room. I put the codes in my smart watch, so it wasn’t an issue for me, but I can see it being tough for people who aren’t good at remembering numbers (the code isn’t one you set, it’s given to you), don’t carry their phones or don’t have a smart watch. Again, it was just a minor inconvenience, but wouldn’t be an issue for anyone if they just prepare and make sure they either remember the codes or have something to refer to if they forget the code.
All in all, excellent host, excellent condo, great location and very central. We usually stay in Hanalei or in Poipu so it was nice to be central to both areas. Ron has a great home and is a great host. I’d recommend it to anyone.

This was a perfect home and location for our stay in Kauai! It was my wife and I plus our 8 year old son. The property is located at a fantastic resort that is perfect for family with easy beach access for morning walks, a great pool for kids (really unbelievable), and Kapaa is the best location to access all of Kauai. I can't say enough about Ron who is the host. He helped us navigate through several delays do to pandemic related closures on the island, Ron was always available to answer our questions and was very understanding of the challenges traveling families encounter. He keeps the place updated and immaculate, we have stayed at many vacation rentals over the years and this is one of the top ones! We look forward to returning soon! Thank you Ron!!!

Stayed over Memorial day weekend. Kauai is a great place to visit. Our stay was excellent. The condo is furnished very nicely and by virtue of being on the 4th floor if the building, allows a view of the ocean from the main room and one of the lanai. We spent more time hiking and kayaking on the island and did not spend much time at the resort during the day, so I don't have a lot to add about the facility. The on site restaurant was not open during our stay. The host is very communicative and all the logistics of our stay were well lorganiged. We would definitely stay here again on a future visit.
