Eha Villa (Villa # 4) has a 2 story townhouse layout, 1 of 2 such villas in this complex. Walk into your home away from home, a place of relaxation and comfort. From the furnishings to the décor, you are welcomed to be at ease. Featuring 2 primary suites with king beds, 1 guest bedroom with a queen bed with a full bath, an additional half bath, and a full laundry room. Each bedroom has a full length mirror on the back of the door, all bathrooms feature a multi-nozzle shower, and one of the bathrooms features a tub. We include free High Speed internet and a printer in the villa for your convenience.
Downstairs you'll find two bedrooms and a living room. The downstairs living space features a 65" flat screen tv and is a great place for kids to be entertained while the adults relax upstairs. Open up the doors to the lower lanai and step out into the private, tranquil garden space. Lounge or dine here while surrounded by the island greenery.
Climb up the spiral staircase to the second floor and step into the upper living space. To your right you'll find the kitchen and bar. The kitchen is gorgeous, featuring granite countertops and beautifully finished wood cabinetry. The kitchen features appliances such as a Subzero fridge, a Bosch dishwasher, a Keurig, Nespresso and a traditional coffee maker. It is fully stocked with everything you need to begin whipping up your gourmet meals.
In the living room there is comfortable seating to recline, or you can walk out onto the lanai to find the dining table and more seating. The Villa has central AC, so you'll be able to remain cool at all times, but if you desire some fresh air or to simply extend the living space, you can open the bifold doors to the lanai. The upper lanai has a fantastic garden and partial ocean view, making it a great place to recline or enjoy the presence of company. The motorized blinds make it easy to dim the natural light and create a darker atmosphere. Upstairs you'll also find the additional half bath, which is beside the kitchen. To the left of the living space, you'll find the second Master, which features a partial ocean view, a TV, and an exquisite master bath.
The courtyard is completely private, exclusive for the guests of Aloha Villas. There is gated parking with 8 parking spaces, electronic gates to enter into the courtyard, and surveillance cameras for your safety and security. Within the courtyard is a saltwater pool, a grill, and several poolside lounge chairs. This is a fantastic place to relax and have fun in tranquility. When you wish to venture out to the beach, you won't have to venture far. Aloha Villas is within 20 yards of the beach! And, to make your life easier, your unit is supplied with beach chairs, a beach cooler, and beach umbrellas.
Lipoa Street Beach/Uluniu Beach Reserve is a fantastic beach for the family. An old Hawaiian fishing pond, this beach is surrounded by rocks and reefs that protect it from large waves. The shallow waters stretch out a fair distance, making a perfect place for children to splash around without concern for them accidentally wandering into deep waters. With miles of sandy beach, you can find the perfect spot to plant your feet for the day and enjoy the soothing beach atmosphere.

We enjoyed every bit of our stay in Villa #1! Jude was there to greet us and helped us with luggage up the stairway (no elevator). The lanai was huge and we spent mornings and evenings there. When the sun was on the lanai in the afternoons, there were nice, shaded spots in the small pool area. Easy walk to restaurants and the Times grocery store. Didn't want to leave and would definitely return!

We absolutely loved our stay. It was right on a beautiful beach, so we could go in and out throughout the day without walking or driving anywhere. We paddle boarded in the mornings and watched the sunsets from our balcony at night. It’s located just on the edge of the area with the big hotels. We are happy we stayed here vs the busy town of Lahaina. It was central to the Road to Hana, Volcano Summit and the West Side. Highly recommend!

The view from Aloha Villa #1 is just breath-taking and worth 5 stars by itself. We dined on the terrace very night and enjoyed the Hawaiian sunset. The location is great - right on the beach, close to a lot of things to do and restaurants. The apartment is 3 BRs and 3 baths, plenty big for a large group.
I rated this 4 stars because the property is a bit dated (nothing too offensive but clearly straight from the early 2000s) but primarily the doors had problems opening and required maintenance (it couldn't be completed during our stay) and the furniture is in dire need of an upgrade. Probably the most uncomfortable couches and chairs you'll have find. .. I don't think it's an unreasonable expectation to at least modernize that. Also, there are several homeless people who spend the night on the beach but they do respect the property so nothing major to worry about in our experience

This property has an amazing view just steps from the beach. The condo is clean, spacious and had everything we needed for convenience and comfort. The owner was readily available, helpful and graciously accommodating. It’s a very quiet neighborhood, along with being safe and well maintained. It was nice to be away from the noise and chaos of the hotels . I couldn’t recommend this place more highly, we will definitely stay again if we make it back to Maui in the future .

We had a phenomenal stay at Aloha Villas! The condo was exactly as described. It was in a great location super close to restaurants and grocery. And you can’t beat how close it was to the beach! Will definitely stay here again on our next trip to Maui!

Great place right on the beach. Amazing views especially from 2nsd floor lanai. Jude the property manager was great to deal with and responsive. Close to town and able to walk to most places.
