This is a very nice place.. View is amazing. It is super awesome that the beach is so close. You can go snorkling, see turtles.. very awesome experience. Kids had a blast as well. The only thing I think that should be addressed is the shower downstairs. Makes a very loud high pitch noise when taking a shower but other than that this place is super awesome.. I want to stay here again.. hoping we can rent it next year..

The location of the Nohonani is very walkable to coffee, stores, a park and the food trucks. The beach in front of the condo was perfect for kids and adults. The condo had everything you would need for the beach; chairs, umbrellas, sand toys. Having an elevator was great.

Nice Week in Maui. Kitchen is on the small side, and lacking some items like bbq equipment, cooking utensils like spatula, whisk are limited. Dishwasher is small. TV’s could use some better instruction on how to operate! Good location between the big resorts easy to get to Lahaina.

Overall we enjoyed our stay in this rental. The views did not disappoint for sure. The rental is in an older condo unit. The location is perfect where you are close enough to amenities but away from the big resorts. We loved that. The ocean views were stunning. We sat each day enjoying the view and the ocean waves. The sound of the ocean is very loud which is a strange thing to note but one we all commented on. :) Our first day we arrived to rain and wind and water inside the unit enough to have to use all the provided beach towels. The property management company quickly responded that they would get us new ones the next day, they did. The beds were comfy and the fans come in handy (no A/C). It was warm a few nights but overall pleasant. The pool is nice and perfect access to a small beach. The unit is a perfect location in the building as it was on the end and away from others. We used the kitchen each day for breakfast and most lunches so that comes in handy also. There are beach chairs and coolers which also make it easy to head to the beach. We enjoyed DT Fleming beach twice which was a short drive next to the Ritz Carlton. If you are looking for a great rental away from the hustle and bustle this is perfect.

The kitchen is a bit small (it’s a one person kitchen).
The glass coffee table top caused some shin injuries. It’s hard to see the edges.

First off had a great stay. There were some small things to be aware of. The first night was warm without AC, but quickly got used to it after that. The fans and ocean breeze really helped. Probably could have used the tap water for drinking, but with the check in warning we just got bottled water. No big deal. The fridge was not very cold at first, but seemed to get colder the longer we were there. The view was amazing and the location perfect. If you don’t enjoy hanging out on the lanai you probably shouldn’t be on vacation. Food carts and little restaurants very close by. The staff was helpful and responsive. Couldn’t have asked much more from the families first trip to the islands. Would definitely recommend and would definitely come back. And yes, turtles swimming just off the beach every day. Thanks for the experience.

Our family of five stayed just this past April and had the most wonderful time. We loved the location and the view can’t be beat. We watched turtles swim just out front of our balcony daily and loved our sunset view. The unit was nice and spacious and we appreciated the beach toys and beach chairs available. Outstanding location right on water, just north of Kaanapali resorts. Very well stocked kitchen great for cooking, and nice lanai with room for 5 or so to eat. Please was worn, though, and rental staff was quite unresponsive. And 3rd bedroom is small, a bit stuff, and only has a partial wall.

Condo was clean, comfortable, and well laid out. Views from lanai were extraordinary! Turtle watching daily and of course those gorgeous sunsets. Kids loved the pool (directly below) and snorkeling off the beach. Five minute walk to beach park, coffee shop, local market, and even a food truck park. Very laid back, Maui style. Short drive to Maalaea Harbor for our morning trips to Molokini. Can’t say enough about this excellent location away from the big resorts. Highly recommend.

Our place was perfect for a multi-generational family holiday. Two huge bedrooms with king size beds and another bedroom with two singles. All bedrooms overlooking the water. Two bathrooms added to the convenience. The deck was in constant use for spotting sea turtles below and whales further out. The unit's windows and deck also looked west so the sunsets didn't disappoint with the islands of Lanai and Molokai in the field of view. Being a corner unit on the top floor (4th) the sound of the wind and crashing waves may keep some from sleeping soundly while others relish it. Access was easy via stairs or elevator. The beach was stoney in places with rock reefs. Sand filled the spaces in between so swimming was okay. The pool on the property was available if you didn't want to wade through the surf. Various equipment was available for swimming and surfing. People were friendly and it was a relaxing place to be. It is close to different amenities so you can walk to stores, parks, and church. A pay washer and dryer are available on the main floor. We had a wonderful stay at 403 Nohonani.

The views were spectacular and they weren't kidding that we'd see turtles and whales! The condo had enough space for 5 adults to easily stay together and still have their own space. The beach is rocky and swim shoes are a must. Sandy beaches are just a short drive away. Easy walk to coffee shop and a small grocery.

What a beautiful view!! Spectacular sunsets and great whale and turtle watching from the balcony. Great location for luau and shopping. It is a good 1 hour drive to START the road to Hana. I suggest stay overnight in Hana. Also a 3 hour drive to summit for sunrise. You have actual beach area behind condos which is rare. Would definitely return. Pack light. Strorage is an issue everywhere you stay.

The location, the privacy, snorkeling, whale watching the view!!! This condo had it all. Our first morning we woke up to a large green turtle on the beach in front of our lanais, and a double rainbow. And we didn’t pay extra for that! 😉
We loved being walking distance to the ABC store and the fabulous fish market. We highly recommend getting the crab cake sandwich.
Everything about the condo was great. We especially appreciated the binoculars, as we saw whales every day. I never wanted to leave.

The pool was great, on-site manager was very friendly and helpful. The condo itself was very nice with comfortable beds, nicely equipped kitchen. Maybe the only downside, some of the sliding doors are in need of replacement and the shade on the lanai was not working. Very minor stuff. We watched turtles and whales everyday from the lanai. We loved our visit!

The condo was great! It was just like the pictures and very clean. Check in was easy.
Owners were pretty responsive. I had a question about the towels that they never responded to. Was not a big deal but there were six of us and only 8 bath towels. It would have been nice if there was an option for a few more bath towels for each of us. It felt like we were washing towels often.
The place was nicely furnished and the view was amazing . Would stay again!

Can you imagine being able to sit out here, having your coffee and watching the most gorgeous sunsets for two weeks? Such was our privilege! It took us over 18 months, because of covid, to get here but was well worth the wait! Green turtles entertained us and the sound of the waves lulled us to sleep at night. This location worked to create the most perfect vacation. We were literally right on the Beach! The views were spectacular, the snorkeling awesome and we got see sea tirtles come up on shore every sing day! In addition, the condo was beautiful, clean & comfortable. I loved our mornings and evenings on the patio and sleeping to the sounds of the ocean very night. We had access to beach supplies, chairs & towells. We couldn't have picked a better location! We loved the location of this property, the public spaces of this complex (pool, beach, elevator) were kept in top shape and the man that seemed to be managing it all was extremely kind and very hard working.
We were a little disappointed with some things in the actual condo. To name a few, we felt like the pictures made the place look a lot nicer and bigger than it was. When we arrived it seemed like the place wasn’t throughly cleaned, we set down our 8 month old to crawl around and when we picked him up his knees and hands were black. It was a bummer there also wasn’t any kind of mop available to clean it up ourself. The kitchen could have been better equipped as well, for example we look forward to our coffee each morning and there was only one coffee cup available. There was 6 of us adults and it was hard to gather in the common areas as they are very small and not a lot of comfortable room for everyone.
We did end up checking out early and when i messaged the property they never responded.
Other than that we loved being able to walk down the road to the coffee shop, and abc store. The beach out front of the property is awesome. The view was spectacular, and it was so cool being able to see turtles just right off the balcony.
*we were there in late September and the no AC was pretty rough, although this is mentioned in the description so that was on us*

We enjoyed our stay very much. Being right on the beach was amazing and having the pool was enjoyable as well. As others have mentioned the refrigerator needs to be updated. The kitchen was very well stocked but it would be good to have some bbq utensils. The bedding and towels were really nice. And having the beach towels and chairs was a pleasant surprise. It does get warm at night but we knew going in there wasn’t ac. The on-site property manager takes great care with the pool and the landscaping.

Incredible view. Toes in the sand and ocean within seconds. Beautiful sunsets. Great location. Close proximity to the ABC store and coffee shop. Rental facilities also within walking distance. Nice neighborhood. Safe.
The condo is nice. It needs to be deep cleaned. Particularly the kitchen floor and windows. The refrigerator needs to be replaced. It constantly makes a buzzing sound and the freezer door sporadically opens. You have to be careful. The bath towels and beach towels appeared to be new. Very nice. Beds comfortable.
No AC!!!!!!! It got terrible hot some afternoons and at night. Woke up sweating several mornings and we are not big people! The ocean breeze helps, but still very hot. Different to relax in the condo during the afternoon after a morning excursion. Pool OK. There were a lot of chairs.
Would we return? Maybe for the view. The no AC was an issue for us.

This condo was so perfect for us. Being on the top floor gave us amazing views. We saw a ton of turtles, dolphins, and our daily rainbows. The beds were comfortable. Place was really clean with much appreciated beach chairs and toys. The private beach area was where I spent a great deal of time just basking in all the ocean sounds and blue skies only found in Maui. The hosts were delightful and kind, and quick to answer questions. While I went with family, I want to come back with friends as it was magical beyond imagine. Thanks for a perfect week and my best vacation ever!

Our stay has been wonderful! We have loved getting up every morning and watching the turtles and whales swim below the porch. The beds are comfortable, kitchen has everything you need, good collection of beach supplies, and it’s all clean. A good amount of yummy food options within walking distance from the property. One tip....close the blinds upstairs during the day. It gets pretty toasty if you don’t. Our kids have loved swimming in the pool, especially in the evening. There’s something for everyone to enjoy here.

We loved this condo! The ocean views were amazing. It was very clean and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay, including a well-stocked kitchen. We accidentally locked ourselves out and the owner replied to my SOS call immediately. The operations manager arrived within 20 minutes to get us back in. We enjoyed watching whales from our condo with binoculars provided by the owner. We were also lucky enough to watch a giant green sea turtle wash up on the beach for a rest. We loved the quiet, relaxing atmosphere here and would definitely stay again!

We had an amazing time at this condo. Right on the beach with a 180* view of the beach, water, and two islands. Daily turtle sightings right from the balcony! Snorkeling right from beach in front of condo.
Place was big enough for parents and two teens who refuse to share a room. We all had work/online school for a couple of the days we were there and we each had private space so we didn’t feel like we were competing for space. Wi-Fi worked well for all of us.
Kitchen well stocked and big enough for small family. Beach chairs came in handy too!
Only complaint was that 1 week wasn’t enough time here! 😏

After we got all settled in we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The attention to small details were what impressed me the most! Also the attentiveness of the host was great! The pool and beach access are close to the laundry, so you can enjoy your time while doing chores. This is one of the few spots in the area that still has a great beach. I appreciate this neighborhood, it’s less touristy yet easy access to town. We had our 3 adult boys with us, and this was a great spot for us!!!

And by “room with a view” I really mean EVERY room has a gorgeous view of the water! We watched whale adults and calves breaching, sea turtles and monk seals swimming along the shoreline from our lanai and right under our windows – truly incredible! We were traveling with another family who used the 2 bedrooms upstairs and we were in the bedroom on the main level. The upstairs master bedroom is very large with big windows. The 2nd bedroom is adequate. They shared a moderately sized bath in the hall. The Downstairs bedroom is not overly large and the closet is in the hall leading to the bathroom. The main issue is this closet is full of beach chairs, coolers, beach towels and other stuff so there is no room for suitcases which makes the downstairs bedroom very tight. A suggestion would be to put a piece of furniture in the very large master where beach stuff can be stored. The kitchen is very small and not geared toward a lot of cooking but worked for our needs. The kitchen is stocked with items for cooking, and a Keurig coffee maker is also provided. The unit appears more spacious in the listing photos than reality. The pool is fine and the grounds are clean. The biggest problem for us was the parking. There is 1 spot for the unit and 0 guest parking and a walk to street parking. Our daughter lives in the area so we were having to do a lot of jockeying of cars sometimes with quite a walk to where additional parking could be found. This condo worked out very nicely for us and its’ best attribute is the view of the water and Molokai and Lanai and falling asleep to the sound of a surf lullaby. We would get up every morning and sit on the lanai and watch the whales, the whales were so active at this time (February) that we could literally watch them for hours at a time. We had a lovely vacation – Thanks for sharing.

5 stars all round for this truly spectacular condo! It was cozy, comfy, clean, well-stocked...basically perfect for us in all regards! We had a group of 6, and we were very comfortable here. Spent most of our 'at home' time on the deck, searching for whales and turtles, and were not disappointed. So happy they supplied binoculars for our viewing pleasure! We were happy to be able to use the barbecue down on the pool deck, and eat our burgers at the table provided. It was nice to mingle with other guests in that area as well, which we did most nights. As well, all questions I had emailed before we arrived were answered in a very timely manner. The condo is exactly as advertised, and as this was my first time visiting Hawaii, I was really happy to be able to stay in such an amazing place! In fact, when I return to Maui at some point, I will definitely plan early enough to be sure to get this place again :)

Great place with such a beautiful ocean view. We were able to sit out on the deck and watch the humpback whales during their migration. Not easy access to the beach, but all beach supplies such as chairs, towels and sand toys all in the closet to go up the coast to beaches up at Kapalua. Great hiking there too. Place is nicely stocked with all that’s needed to cook at home- lots of pots/ pans and dishes to serve many people . Very happy with our stay here- would recommend and definitely go again. Have already given out the listing to friends

This condo was amazing! The 4th floor location made for great whale watching and a great view of the sunset. The condo was very comfortably furnished and had everything we needed to enjoy the beach and the pool. The location was perfect - just a short walk to some restaurants and shops and a short drive to the downtown area of Lahaina. This place made our trip to Maui! The owners and property managers were absolutely wonderful and made everything so easy. Next time we’re in Maui we would definitely return here!

Nohonani 403 was exactly as described on the website. The 3 bedrooms had ample room, all beds were comfortable and the best part is they all had a wonderful view of the ocean. There is no AC but if you use the windows for the cross breeze correctly and pull the shades in the afternoon, AC is not necessary. The living room/dining area was accommodating and comfortable for 5 adults. The kitchen was very well stocked with spices, pots, pans, dishes, glassware, silverware and even storage containers, full size fridge, dishwasher, stove/oven, microwave, full size coffee pot and a Keurig w/coffee pods. Jeremy and Megan Stice were wonderful hosts. They left a bottle of bubbly for my birthday and a box of candy, which we all enjoyed. All I wanted for my birthday was to see a breaching humpback whale and we saw 100s just from Nohonani...through the windows, off the balcony, the beach, the pool. If we ever need a 3 bedroom in Maui again, we will definitely stay here. If smaller accommodations are needed, we will definitely book with Hawaii Life!
