We've stayed in this complex twice, and it works well if you want to be in the heart of Honolulu.
Very clean. Comfortable beds and couch. This time there were more kitchen items which was nice. We didn't cook but there are things to do so.
Close to restaurants, shops, and beach. Easy check in and out. Free parking about 5 minutes walk away which was pretty simple. There is street noise but to be expected given you are in the action :)
We had 5 people staying for one night and 4 people the 2nd night. Couch has a fold out bed which worked out well. There is only one bathroom so keep that in mind if you are planning on 5 or 6 people. I would stick with 4 people max for most comfort but we did okay with 5 people (family).
Overall a good experience. It's expensive but probably no more expensive than anything else in Honolulu!

The home was so welcoming, we received a bunch of snacks and welcoming gift. A lot of guidance and tour information was in the home, so we did not need to do a lot of research.
The home was clean, comes with everything and very kid friendly. Supplies was already provided for the beaches and everything was close at a walking distance. Would definitely stay here again!

Beaches, food and malls just a block away in any direction with plenty to do.
This part of town is dense, so shared parking is one block away. If driving a car, you'll want to be patient during check in as you have to retrieve your parking key from the room before you can park the car.
That said, this condo was great, and I'd stay here again when visiting downtown Honolulu.

Apartment 31 was fantastic for our recent family trip to Hawaii. The apartment was spacious, extremely well equipped -there was literally everything we could’ve thought of or needed, which made travelling with a toddler enjoyable! The location is amazing with walking distance to the beach, shopping centers, restaurants, etc. The condo is on the tight side for 4 adults but it's got everything we needed. We spent a lot of time on the balcony enjoying breakfast, etc. Would recommend!

The unit was perfect for 4 adults staying for a few days. Clean unit, just as advertised. Our only hiccup was that our contact was not actually on duty the day we arrived. Thankfully he answered the phone though, and gave us instructions for checking in. The balcony off the main bedroom looks nice, but wasn't very useful as it was always noisy on that side.
Location is wonderful, between main road with shops and the beach, each less than 5 minute walk. Wide variety of restaurants in the area.

Our family of 5 stayed at the unit for 2 nights and wished we would have had more time. The location is a convenient walk to the beach, and shopping. Our unit also had a parking pass that was a short walk around the corner. The unit was equipped with beach chairs, a cooler, and boogie boards. Our teenage kids enjoyed the PlayStation. There were linens available for showering as well as the beach. We did not use the laundry during our short 3 day, 2 night stay, but there are coin machines available. The check in process was easy and the property management staff were very helpful and friendly. It was a great stay and we would return if given the opportunity!

Enjoyed the close procximity to downtown. Place was bright and well appointed. Coolers, beach chairs and boogie boards were a nice touch. Only down fall was that parking was offsite a ways and there is pool access at a sister hotel for guests of the hotel but not for Vrbo guests.

Wonderful, clean rental in fantastic Waikiki location. Unit had lots of extras in the kitchen and beach toys which was super helpful. Two block walk to the beach and all of downtown waikiki shopping. Beachwalk is a relatively quiet road, considering it’s proximity to the bustle. Loved the Fort DeRussy beach!

Space is small for our purposes. Second bedroom is not really a bedroom. Unit would be best for couple with youngish children. Not enough space for 4 grown adults. Very small bathroom with no room to hang towels.
Could be cleaner;;air vent in bathroom, sides of the twin beds window sills filfthy. Too much clutter of games meant for kids in hall closet and 2nd bedroom.

This was great, our property manager was great and responsive by phone or text. Our condo unit was ready even though we arrived a few hours early. The unit looked just like the photos. It is a louder busier neighborhood but that was fine with us and we enjoyed kind of a downtown atmosphere. Parking was a super quick walk away. Beach chairs, umbrellas and boogie boards were there and other little things we needed like a laundry hamper and a cooler. I just can’t say enough we enjoyed our stay so much!!

The free off site parking which was located close by, was a bonus and thoughtful touches from the owners such as umbrellas and boogie boards to use were a nice touch. Great spot for a family. Everything you need including beach equipment, bags for the store, cooler, fully stocked kitchen. Quick walk to the beach and front row seats to Friday night Hilton fireworks. Quiet and efficient AC as well. Only a slight downgraded on location since the back patio off master bedroom was not too pleasing overlooking an enclosed parking lot and dumpster but otherwise a very comfortable stay.

We truly enjoyed our stay at this condo. It is clean, comfortable, and conveniently located in the heart of Waikiki. The free parking that came with the unit ( a block or so from the property) is a bonus for Waikiki. Beach amenities (4 chairs, umbrellas, cooler, sunscreen) were provided. The property manager, Paul, was very responsive and helpful. We will stay in this condo again at the next opportunity to visit Waikiki.

My family and I just returned from Hawaii and our last stop in Waikiki. The vrbo apartment apt was the perfect place to call home as we toured around Honolulu and the island of Oahu. The apt, the provided amenities, the available parking, the amazing location so close to Waikiki beach, restaurants, and shopping etc etc make this a great place to stay. Highly recommend !!! If it was'nt so far from Montreal I'd love to visit every year. Oh and a big Mahalo to the owner for the much appreciated goodies provided on our arrival.

This unit was perfect for our family. Everyone had a bed to sleep in and the kitchen and supplies were an added bonus. Plenty of towels, beach towels, sand chairs, beach gear, etc. Not to mention, the location was very close to restaurants, shopping and the beach without too much noise. We didn't hear any footsteps above us. Maybe a slammed door every once in a while (due to cross breeze . . . we were guilty of that). I would definitely book this unit in the future.

We had a great time at the condo in Honolulu. We took advantage of the kitchen and sat on the lanai every day. The beach supplies were the icing on the cake as we walked to the beach a few times, brining the boogie boards, chairs and tubes with us. The space was cozy with 6, but it was all we needed. Loved the convenience of the ABC store and the Biki stop right below us. We would stay here again.

I booked this room to drop my son off for college at U of H. Made it a little vacation and brought my father and brother along to see my boy off. The room was perfect for the four of us and could have fit a couple more comfortably. Great amenities and we loved the place. But the most amazing aspect is the location. Wow, right in the heart of Waikiki, minutes walk to the beach and close to everything downtown. Needless to say we had a great time and would definitely stay again.

We had a wonderful experience at the Regency Beachwalk in June. I grew up in Hawaii but my parents have moved away so there's no home base for me when I'm back home. The Regency was an excellent option for our family with teenagers - when I took our one car, they could go to the beach, go shopping, go out to dinner, etc. without me and walk. The parking included in the outdoor Hale Koa Hotel parking lot was super accessible and it was always easy to find a spot to park. The condo is clean, pretty spacious for a two bedroom in Waikiki, and the location on the edge of Waikiki is perfect for getting beyond the touristy area to do more "local" activities.
