Amazing views off the lanai. Spotted whales in the distance and turtles right off the sea wall. Loved the quiet location. Kitchen had everything you’d need to cook meals. Great stay and would recommend to others.

View is awesome and we were able to spot whales from our balcony ( though not comparable to our whale watching experience ) . Very near by to shops for groceries and other essentials .
Kitchen was stocked with required utensils. Nice place to stay if you are looking for a place in west Maui .

The renting process was great. The condition of the unit was a little disappointing. The air conditioner unit was loud and didn’t cool the bedroom at all. We have stayed in Maui 12 times and this is the first unit we had bugs in the cupboards. The location was perfect.

Our first time to use VRBO for our vacation and so far I like the check in process, the manager answered questions really fast. Our bed is comfortable and it’s king size too! My kids love the oceanfront view each time they wake up. There’s Netflix and Amazon prime ready. I love that I was able to cook our breakfast. Glad that it provided dish soap and laundry detergent. The only downside was it has so many baby cockroaches infestation that I killed 10 cockroaches.

Perfect location! Quiet area away from the larger resorts. Pool and ocean access a plus. Great to have free parking and there were no problems finding a spot. Kitchen had all the gadgets we needed to prepare meals. No problems using the communal grill or laundry facilities.
Our only major concern was the bright outside hallway light that shown directly into the bedroom.
Two highlights of our stay were relaxing out on the lanai for breakfast and cocktails and watching the sea turtles feeding at the sea wall!

We loved this unit as home base for touring Maui. The Lanai was literally on the ocean with terrific views of Molokai and fantastic sunsets. It was always a pleasure to come home, and sit on the Lanai and enjoy the view and hear the sound of the waves. Comfortable, clean and well stocked, we thought the place was perfect, would return, and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend to friends.

Overall, this was well worth the room rate that we spent. Here are some insights:
Pros:
- Great location if you have a car, not much more to add here
- Stunning Lanai where sunsets are absolutely gorgeous and you can hear the peaceful sound of waves crashing lightly against the wall. Amazing for at night trying to wind down.
- Modern condo with all of the amenities you need and even some extra perks like beach chairs and umbrellas.
- The Quam properties staff were amazing. So nice and pleasant to speak with. They helped us with all of our concerns (not having the parking permit printed...try and remember this before getting there as they email it to you beforehand) and even when we wanted a later checkout due to our flight being much later in the evening, they honoured it! So cool of them to do this and again thank you guys. Your team is amazing.
- Nice touch with the little gift basket to start.
- BBQ outside to make your own meals on the grill if you want and super easy to use.
- Pool is right below, before the ocean and easy access.
Cons:
- Probably the most grueling one...the no AC. Let's be real, the ocean will offer a nice breeze when the front door is open with gate locked outfront and the Lanai door is open as well, but would rather sleep safe with doors closed and locked, and frankly the fans didn't do much. They did have a ceiling fan in the bedroom and a couple of floor fans to go with it, but man it was hot. Hard to sleep the first two nights because of being so uncomfortable. Otherwise, especially during the day where the sun rises on the otherside, temperature is just perfect.
- Barely a con, but their welcome email comes in half cut off, hence us missing the ever so important detail of the parking permit needing to be printed and the wifi password was in that too. A little inconvenient but Quam Properties did take care of everything either way.
- The pool is right below...literally. You can see everyone in the pool and it kinda gets awkward sometimes...they wonder what you're doing and you wonder what they're doing. Please mind that the sound travels EASYYY so everyone hears everything that is being said in the water or in your respective condo when people are present.
This is still such an amazing place to say and I would highly recommend it for anyone wanting to spend a little less than a hotel and get amazing value with a gorgeous view overlooking the balcony. Dinners on the Lanai were just perfect, watching the sun set.

The property was great, clean and well equipped. Plenty of towels and linens were nice and clean.
Would have liked to know about the app for the laundry as there is no change machine and if you are only using wifi on your device (as I was cause I am from another country and the roam/ data charges are astronomical) you cannot use the app as the wifi does not reach in the laundry.
Also there was a lady that (gave the impression) lives in the building that was yelling at the kids for playing in the middle of the afternoon. They were splashing a little (within the pool) and jumping into the pool but the noise was not excessive and they were not running around the pool. Another dad took her on and "put her in her place" but I just thought that you might want to know. It is not your fault or really much you could do about it.
The location is unbeatable and we will look the building up again next time we head to Maui.

Clean, well maintained, newer carpet & tile, new refrigerator, nice walk in shower. Seawall reconstruction was still ongoing, but we expected & knew that going in. Construction did not bother us much, as we were gone during the day. Sea was a bit rough, so could not snorkel or swim right off the property. We found a pretty bay at Kapalua with great snorkeling. Highly recommend this condo; it is also close to the Maui Brewing Company and the China Boat restaurant is right across the street from the condo.

We had such a good time in this rental. It was just feet from the ocean and had amazing sunset views! There was construction happening during the day when we were out but it never bothered us at all. The condo was comfortable, clean, and well kept. It was a bargain for the time we were there. Thanks for a great stay!

We were a little concerned being so close to the pool but noise levels were minimal. The suite itself was clean and tidy and all the appliances functioned well. Parking was easy and convenient. The sunset views were spectacular. Grocery stores are nearby for the essentials and Lahaina is about 5 minutes away where you can find all the stores you could want. The property management staff were excellent to deal with and responsive. This was our first trip to Maui and we would definitely stay here again.
