The hotel is located near shoppings, stores, and restaurants. The unit had everything you need. However, we have to washed the pillow cases and bed sheets because they does not smell good. The unit also smelled damped.

We definitely want to stay around this area, or if we can, this same exact condo next time we are in Maui! We loved the location and everyone around the area is super laid back and nice. The ocean view is great just make sure to bring water shoes if you want to play in it because it is sharp out there!

This unit was great. The location was fantastic. The property managers were very attentive. I requested that a couple of items be fixed and they were done within hours. The only negative things is that there is no dishwasher and the bathroom needs to be repainted. I would definitely stay here again!

Booking and check in were both very easy. Management company was available and responsive to our needs. Maui was beautiful as usual.
Only minor thing was that we would rather pay for the parking up front instead of at check in.

A beautiful view… that’s it~
I wouldn’t unpack my clothes as the moldy smell in closet, black water stains all around the ceiling throughout the bathroom, and hair in various and obvious places, that wasn’t mine..
I contacted the management company, and they moved me to a different property.
They were very apologetic and accommodating! They kept in contact with me to make sure everything was okay.
Also, extremely dated unit, old furniture and peeling paint…

We stayed for 12 nights so we did lots of cooking in the condo. There were plenty of dishes and flatware, was surprised there was no can opener and cookie sheet. I did suggest that for the management. A/C did not properly cool, but there were really only 2 nights it was warm enough the trade winds didn't keep us cool through the window vents. The table on the lanai has several cracked areas and even looks like someone put a hot pan on it and warped it. Furniture could use some updates. Thankful for the washer/dryer inside the condo and laundry soap. Lots of rainy days so the smart tv was nice also. Some more beach items would have been nice. There was a small chair and 2 bamboo mats. We love this property for its views, heated pool and friendly staff. It's a great location and easy local eateries and bars around. The new (new to us since we were last here 2 years ago) $10/night parking fee was a surprise when we received our check in instructions. Not sure we would stay in this exact unit again, but love the Royal Kahana property.

We were very pleased with the unit and location. We couldn’t have asked for much better, view of ocean where we could watch the whales blowing and sometimes breaching. And, oh watching the sunsets were beautiful. The pool was great and also heated which was a plus.

Room was adequate for 2 people. The view was just like the listing. Could have used more storage space for food. Hopefully the property will add a hot tub. We enjoyed Ocean views by the pool and there was plenty of chairs available while we were there. The parking spaces are tiny! And I mean tiny glad we had an economy car!

We loved the property and the unit. We had a very pretty view of the ocean from our Lanai. The room was clean and well set up when we arrived. Even smelled nice! The front desk personnel were very nice and the whole property (right on the ocean) was very clean. We would absolutely stay here again!

No beach gear or cooler but kitchen stocked with small appliances like a rice cooker. There is a boss frogs nearby to rent beach gear.

Had a lovely stay at this property! Parking is easy. Everything was super clean. Location is close to everything in Lahaina. The beach and pool were the best part! We will definitely be back in Maui and hope to stay here again :)

Great experience. This small condo has everything you need. It’s not the newest or most up to date place. But no complaints here. It does look better in the pictures. But the ocean view does not disappoint. Thanks!

The apartment was perfect, confortable and facilities (pool, barbecues) very well maintained !

This was truly amazing. This unit could use some updating but the views from 616 were stunning! I read a review about being able to hear the ocean and that is what sold me on this unit. It was true, you can hear the waves and see them. Nothing like waking up and being able to see the ocean from bed! Saw several turtles in the water and beached. It is great for paddle boarding or snorkeling. I was hoping to have more of a smooth ocean bottom, this one is a bit rocky but made for great snorkeling right out front. Having a washer and dryer in the unit was great as well. They light tiki torches every night and it made for such a great evening. Walking distance to a couple things. We went to Dollies, Maui Brewing and the cutest little coffee shop. Towns are close by and honestly we would go for lunch or dinner and really enjoy the quiet of this unit! No busy traffic, no loud noises, just peace and waves! We will be back for sure!

We had a great Stay in condo 616 at Royal Kahana. The staff was wonderful and helpful. The condo was spotless and had plenty of room and a starter kit of soaps and toiletries. It also had a washer and dryer as well as hair dryer. Booking the condo was very easy and the communication through the entire stay was prompt and professional. We would definitely stay here again.

My girlfriend and I wanted something near the beach and a great location - this was it. Where we were didn’t have too much traffic. Walking distance to local restaurants, Maui brewing, and our favorite bar, Dollie’s. We drove to many beaches, but were very lucky that the beaches we most enjoyed were a 5 minute drive and it was away from the busy areas of Maui. 5/5 and will return!

VRBO was clean and easily accessible. Ocean view and sunsets were magnificent. Car is needed for shopping and restaurants. Other guest at VRBO were all very friendly. Felt safe and no issues.
