We have stayed in this complex several times. It is starting to look alittle tired. This unit has NO extras. We read reviews and it said it had extra beach towels etc but there was literally 3 beach chairs and that was it!! Not so much as salt & pepper. We had an issue with the cleanliness and they sent someone over and it was somewhat better but I still had to clean and the safe was broken and they said they would bring over another but never did. Kitchen not well stocked and nothing to go down to the pool area and have dinner down there. A/c is loud and weak but being on the 4th floor we could leave the screen doors open at night. We paid significantly more then Other family members in the same complex and did not get anything for it. Feeling a bit ripped off so won’t hurry back this time.

Communication was rated less than a 5 because there was one email where I didn't get a response. Otherwise, the condo had most amenities that I needed. Very clean, comfortable and mostly stocked. I expected the kitchen to have more such as oven mitts, aluminum foil, and storage containers. I loved there were plenty of beach towels and quality beach chairs in the unit. The air conditioning in the month of February was wonderful. I loved the view of the garden and partial view of the ocean from this 4th floor unit. Access to outdoor and garage parking was perfect. I would definitely stay here again!

Nice condo in a great location. Perfect for a couple or couple with 1-2 small kids as it’s a 1 bedroom with a pull out couch. You can walk right across the street to the beach. Easy drive to other locations. Beach towels and chairs were available for us to use. Kitchen had basics. If you plan to cook much you’ll have to buy or bring all the spices and other food items.
