Condo was beautiful, clean and very well stocked. Appliances are all high-end. Property and grounds were immaculate. Pool was fun for the kids. Beach left a little to be desired. Would definitely stay at this location and condo again.

This is a very nice unit with everything you need. the resort pool is good for kids and adults. restaurant is good and all the staff was friendly. The only knock is the picture makes it look like this unit face the pool, it does not. overall a great property and i would stay again.

Loved the layout of the condo, the ease of check-in and checkout, less than 5 minutes to the beach, well stocked kitchen, nice pool, and best of all, the most amazing sunrises! Would definitely stay again!.
Note to parents with small children- the waves are rough. Playing in the ocean would be difficult BUT the children's pool area has a sand bottom.

This is my second time staying at this resort and it did not disappoint! Massive room, huge bathrooms. Great location near our favorite restaurants and pretty close to the airport. The room was clean and we have no issues. Nice pool and beach access. Would stay here again!

The condo was very clean. The location was perfect fir us - ocean on one side and stores on the other. We appreciated the well-stocked condo. It had items like bandaids, baggies, beach chairs, and boogie boards . Communication with property management was timely and informative. Our family had a wonderful experience in Wailua.

This was a lovely resort accommodation. Very nice and secluded beach and wonderful pool. Conveniently located.
If there was any mild inconvenience, it was some minor housekeeping issues at the start, but really minimal. The host was great.

The condo was beautiful and well equipped. Spacious and clean and the amenities at the resort were fantastic. We have an 11 and 14 year old who thoroughly enjoyed the fantastic pool and lazy river and being right by the ocean. It would have been helpful if the restaurant on site would have had better hours and accessibility but the resort was in a great location for other options.

We enjoyed our time staying here! The pool was great and we loved the shallow sandy area for our baby. The room was clean and the AC worked well to keep us cool. There was a pack n play and many beach accessories available for use. We did have to rent an umbrella and snorkel gear, but otherwise had all the gear we needed. Would stay here again!

Had a bit of trouble checking in but was handled pretty quickly. The property is beautiful. Not specific to this unit as we’ve stayed in various units previously, but apparently there are multiple management companies handling units on the same property. It is a bit confusing when you need something small from the front desk and they tell you “sorry we don’t handle that unit” when the signage inside says see front desk with issues Re xxxx. (The batteries for most of the remotes were dead so we ended up buying replacements ourselves). Kind of nit picky… otherwise we enjoyed our stay very much. A small suggestion is that the technology is a bit dated but we got around it using our own devices (laptops/iPads). But we weren’t there for the television resolution-ha! We would certainly stay there again.

I really like staying in the condo b/c we were able to drive easily north to Hanalei Bay Area and south to Poipu. Kapaa' is not as desirable as the north and south side of the island but it made it easy to travel the island. Kappaa doesn't have as many restaurants/things to do.

Good proximity to things we wanted to do. Quality cookware, utensils and appliances. Much appreciated the quality beach chairs as well. Wish the on site restaurant was open more than a few hours 5 days a week but glad to have it as an option. There are other good eating options close and a Safeway across the street. We enjoyed our 2 weeks here.

Comfortable, clean, perfectly situated For travel north or south and west shores. Walk to shopping, close to cute downtown Kapa’a.
Be nice if there were ceiling fans in bedrooms as well. Definitely would book this condo again.

The Condo and amenities were awesome! Perfect for family. The condo had everything we needed except for beach toys. The pool was wonderful with three hot tubs (1 for kids and 2 for adults) plus two slides, a waterfall grotto and lazy river were just what we were looking for. Wish I could have used my tube to cruise the lazy river, oh well. No daily maid service is a bummer but that's okay because it made it feel like home where the kids had chores like taking out the garbage and recycling and doing dishes. 4 stars because the traffic going towards Lihue sucks! Took us 30-45 min just to go from the resort to Lihue. We didn't even make it to Princeville or Hanalei due to the traffic. The traffic was because of the one way roads secondary to road construction and land slide (going towards Hanalei), oh well, there's always a next time. One more plus abou the resort is the very convenient Safeway grocery store and Starbucks. We highly recommend this place. Ed the owner, answered all of my questions and he was easy to communicate with via the VRBO messaging.

Everything was great. We had just about everything we needed. Very conveniently located. Not very much communication between property management besides the automated emails. No follow up call to see how check in was. Nor have we had a follow up post check out, only the automated emails. Speaking to a person always make the experience more personable. There wasn't enough trash bags, the garbage disposal did not work but other than that the room was great. However, i received an email saying i was going to be charged a excessive cleaning fee. Witch i highly disagree with!!!! I to am a vacations home & residential home cleaner. I was very considerate of the way i left the room. I gathered the rubbish & towels. I did leave something behind like balloons that i was planning taking home with me because it was for my daughters graduation but forgot them :( There is no guidelines to how a room should be left or did i miss that? I also loaded the dishwasher and started it. Anyhow i called the number listed to discuss this extra charge and my call was returned by the cleaner whom was very rude & unprofessional!!!!! That just made the entire stay terrible. The great experience that was is now out the window. I will not recommend anyone to stay in this unit due to this. I will never rent from Remax ever again ans that is the bottom line. So I guess I will be taking a loss with this extra cleaning fee on top of the already expensive cleaning fee we paid to begin with!!!! I asked to see pictures that would be great!!! I know as a cleaner if a room was left in a manner as your cleaner Jackie claims it to be I would takes pictures to prove that the room was left unacceptable. Any how thanks again for a not so happy ending!!!

This place exceded our expectations.
The resort is stunning with a vast reception area overlooking centre court acreage and fab ocean vista. The condo was appointed beautifully, was spotlessly clean, and offered shared space and privacy enough for the five of us. In-suite laundry was extremely convenient, the kitchen was a dream to work in, and with Safeway and ABC across the street, we could not have been situated more advantageously. (BTW one of the ladies at ABC has a daughter who dances hula and sells GORGEOUS fresh leis for $5 apiece - AND they will drop it off them off at ABC for you!!!!) The beach gear that can be found in the closet in the second bedroom was really handy as we spent a good deal of our time checking out beaches from one end of the island to the other. I should mention that the beds were very comfortable, and the lanais off of the bedrooms are just so lovely to sit and enjoy a coffee of beverage on in morning and evening hours.
I had the good fortune to spend 2 weeks in the Grand Hyatt on Poipu a year before. The Grand Hyatt has been identified as one of the top 500 hotels in the world. I would tell you that I enjoyed the condo and all of its amenities much more than I enjoyed the Grand Hyatt, and I LOVED the Grand Hyatt!
We took in a lot of activities while on Kauai. Horseback riding at CJM, Scuba with Fathom Five, Whale Watching, Smith Family Luau (food fab - show, a little au fromage but still fun), and we lived by the Ultimate Guide to Kauai's beach and hiking guides. We hand fed tropical fish everywhere we snorkeled, (tip - little fish attract BIG fish! - another tip - don't use spray sunscreen on the beach as the wind will always be stirring and you can't get the coverage you need)!
I have recommended this condo to all family and friends, and any of my clients who have any interest in a visit to Hawaii will most definitely hear about it!

The condo is beautiful and the pool area is great. Our condo had a mountain view which really was Kuhio Highway and we really wished we had an ocean view for when we sat out on the balcony. There didn't seem to be a lot of guests while we were there, so it was quiet and getting a chair at the pool was never an issue as they were plentiful. The beach is pretty, but really not swimmable due to the rocks. We used one of the grills to cook out one evening and if they are all being used, people happily share grill space. The fitness center is small but has good machines and is very nice. Directly across the street and easily walkable with a couple of grocery bags in hand is a shopping center and several fast food places. The Oasis on the Beach restaurant on site is only open in the late afternoon for happy hour and dinner. The dinner menu is brief and expensive, but I tried dishes I would never have ordered other places and they were delicious. We ate breakfast at Eggbert's in the Coconut Marketplace down the road and had their banana-macadamia nut pancakes with a side of portugese sausage. We went back a second time as it was so good. the location of the resort is great as it is in the middle of everything we did. We kayaked the Wailua River and drove to Ke'e Beach and hiked to the Na Pali Coast. We had a great trip.

We had an awesome time in Kauai and this condo was absolutely perfect in every way! It was a hasselfree process booking with the owners and when we arrived we found it to be very clean, quiet and had a very luxurious feel with the high end appliances, beautiful decor, three flat screen TVs and three bathrooms! We enjoyed coming "home" every day after exploring the island. The central location of the condo made it easy to explore both the north and south shores of the Kauai. The pool area was fantastic for everyone in the the family! The kids loved the lazy river shape of the pool as well as the waterslides and waterfalls. The adults enjoyed the hot tubs in the evening, not to mention all the deck chairs, BBQs and exceptionally well kept grounds. A definite must stay for anyone wanting to visit Kauai! We will most definitely return and won't hesitate in booking here again as well as recommending it to all our friends and family. If you are looking for a perfect condo that will not disappoint...this is the one!

We stayed here in mid May and had a great time. The condo and all facilities are beautiful. Pool area was great and beach was fantastic. No crowds anywhere on the property and we were always able to find four lounge chairs together at the pool or near the beach. BBQs are great. Location is terrific base to see all areas of the island. We spent a day on each side of the island. Owners are great and made the whole process very easy for us. Can't wait to visit again (this time with the kids).

I was at this property in May of 2010 with my family of four, as well as my parents. The condo was spacious and well appointed such that we all had enough space and were very comfortable.
I would definetely stay at this property again, as it has all the key ingredients for a great stay. It is on the beach (while not swimable, good enough for playing on the shore with the kiddos), the pool is awesome (lazy river style and it has a zero entry area which little kids will love), it is immaculately clean (both the condo and property), and it is well located across the street from a number of conveniences (ABC Store, Safeway, Starbucks, Panda Express, Drug Store, etc.).
We also did a HoloHolo Catamaran snorkel tour up the Napali Coast, worth the money, it was awesome - not for little kids.
Also, Lydgate Park is a 5 min drive from this property. This park is awesome, especially if you are a novice snorkeler or have young kids, as there are two protected man-made lagoons that have no waves. Bathrooms/showers/tables/shade are all accessible.
This condo met all our expectations. Only gripes are the lighting is a little dim in the living and laundry area. I still give it 5 stars! Aloha.

First time to the Hawiian islands ever. Kauai was a great choice. Choosing Ed and Fatima's condo was the second best choice. We also have never rented a condo before. Our first experience was just plain fantastic. The accommodations were the best ever. Comming back to a wonderful clean ,comfortable, beautiful place after all our Kauai excursions made our vacation all the more wonderful.WE still have some unfinished adventures to lure us back. Our whole family enjoyed staying at this Condo. You could not ask for a better location as far as getting around the Island, and the Condo itself is Class AAA+. Food, gas, rentals, shopping, etc... all easy access. Great Pool, beach and more. Don't think twice about staying here, you won't be dissapointed.

Spent a week in Kauai in Feb '10 and had a wonderful time. Condo was beautiful and we absolutely loved the pool. Had heard the water in the lazy river was cool, but they must have started to heat it now as it was the perfect temperature. Sand bottomed hot tubs were a nice way to finish off the day. Only had 2 BBQ's going but the resort was in the midst of building concrete BBQ pits. (if the contractor doesn't get fired first :)) Location was perfect with Safeway across the street as well as our nightly walk to McDonalds to indulge in their "carmel Frappe" which we don't have in the Canada yet. Close to Coconut Marketplace and generally central for the entire island. Toured all over and would definitely stay in this location again. Can't wait to go back!
