Location is perfect for us. The building and grounds are very well maintained. Staff are friendly and helpful and 24/7 security is great. Property manager JR is very friendly, easy to work with, and always willing to help with any questions or issue that need attention.

Great trip to Hawaii and stayed at the Landmark for 1 month. Very courteous staff and friendly owners in the building. Building is kept clean with fresh flowers in lobby weekly. The pool is extravagant. The kids loved swimming here daily, and the beach is a 10 minute walk. Also easy stroll to go shopping at A la Moana as well great location. JR the property manager was super helpful and responsive. We felt at ease and we’re able to enjoy the property.

This is the second time we've stayed in the building. JR is very attentive and accommodating, and the security staff is very kind and common elements are well-maintained. Although the unit comes with parking, we don't rent a car. Walking and The Bus work well.

If you’re looking for a really nice upscale condo in Waikiki I highly recommend you stay at the landmark Waikiki. I understand why they call it a five star and I could not agree more. The people & amenities are the best Of all the places I’ve rented over the years look no farther if you’re coming to Waikiki. Rick Harris
