Easy beach access and view! The condo was fairly clean and everything worked well. There were binoculars which made for some close up whale watching! The washer an dryer worked well for our purposes. We were happy to see there was a French press as this is our preferred way to make coffee! Would book here again!

This is definitely the way to go for lodging on Maui. This was our first trip (celebrating our 40th anniversary a year late) to Hawaii and it likely could not have gone any better. A large part of the success was staying at the Royal Kahana. Much more economical than any hotel that's anywhere near as close to a beach as RK is. Our 1bdrm was laid out very nicely and stocked with most anything one might need for an 11 day stay.
The beach adjacent to the property is not big but it is really nice to have one so close. RK is a short walk to several good restaurants, convenience stores, a coffee shop, a couple of dive shops and more. I cannot imagine our stay going any better.

Everything was perfect! The condo had an amazing ocean view which we enjoyed every morning and evening. The property was very clean and very comfy. Any questions we had were answered within an hour by Shelly and Dan. A nice quiet location away from the crowds but within minutes by car of many restaurants, shops, and beaches. Since the property has its own beach, we pretty much stayed close to home. The condo has everything you need for either staying in or venturing out - coffeemaker, pots, pans, etc.. plus two coolers, snorkel equipment, and chairs for the beach. Thank you for sharing this wonderful home with us!

Our stay was perfect with a great ocean view. The beach was excellent for early morning walks and viewing sunsets. We had all the amenities needed in the condo, except for a beach umbrella. We would definitely stay here again.

This condo was just perfect for our 6-day stay in Maui. It is exactly as advertised. The view is astounding and having the ocean so close is just wonderful. The beach out front was pretty much always suitable for swimming, even in windy conditions when some other nearby beaches were not as calm. While the water clarity is not stellar, the turtles do come by here frequently which was a pleasant surprise. We were able to see them and swim with them several times! The amenities included with the condo, such as coolers, boogie boards, masks, fins, and beach chairs were so helpful. The beds were quite comfortable and the place feels nicely updated. The only thing we found lacking was extra beach towels - only 2 were available so we did have to buy more for our family. Also, the BBQ's at the resort don't work as well as they should (the temp gauges on all of them were malfunctioning) but that is a resort issue and not anything related to this specific unit. All in all, this is a very nice place and a very good value. We'll likely plan to stay here again!

We loved this property in West Maui and with a beautiful view of ocean from both living room and bedroom. We would definitely stay again if we're lucky enough to return to Maui. Everything worked well. We did not realize that the building recycles-- just take it down to the underground garage.

We loved this condo. All amenities are exactly as advertised and the pictures are accurate to the space. There were books, games, coolers and water toys for us to use, of which we enjoyed using the body boards and snorkels. The location is a few minutes outside of Lahina, which allowed us to enjoy all of the activities without the noise and heavy crowds. We were still within a few minute drive of some great beaches, and within walking distance of cafes and restaurants. Dan and Shelley are excellent communicators and have a great system to make checking in and out a breeze. This is a condo we would love to stay in again when we return to Maui!

We had a terrific time staying at this unit. The views were spectacular, the location is perfect with restaurants and groceries all very close (and the terrific Hawaii Village Coffee is just a short walk away!), and the unit is nicely furnished and well equiped, both in the Kitchen and for beach supplies. Lots of choices for beaches and snorkelling are either a short walk or drive. Evening drinks on your balcony/Lanai to watch the sunsets is the perfect way to end your day. Highly recommend choosing this place.

The condo was everything that was advertised. Spacious for the two of us, loved having the lanai (but it was hot from afternoon sun), perfect view of ocean and island to enjoy every morning and night. The condo had all the amenities to allow us to make breakfasts and simple meals. The location was perfect to venture out and explore the island yet return to the less crowded, quiet complex. We would definitely stay here again on our next vacation.

Condo 512 was perfect! I’ll start with the easy communication and info that was provided to us before arriving. The welcome packet was very helpful and it was easy getting settled in the condo. The complex is quiet, clean and lots of friendly people. The condo was amazing!! There is air conditioning but we chose to open the windows/doors and enjoy the breezy weather and smell the ocean! We spent most of our time on the lanai. The only thing we would suggest is maybe two chairs with cushions. We were out there A LOT! The place was spotless upon our arrival and stocked with everything we needed-pots, pans, towels, beach towels, beach chairs, coolers and even a small shelf of books! We cooked in a lot and really appreciated access to several grills- which we saw scrubbed every morning by the amazing staff of the building. We gathered with several people each evening for the sunset and fell asleep every night to the soft sound of the waves. We will definitely be back!

It was equipped with everything we needed for the kitchen and for the beach including beach chairs, ice chests, and all sorts of beach equipment. Shelly and Dan were fantastic hosts and provided extremely helpful check-in instructions. The unit itself is exactly as advertised and is comfortable and spacious - location is convenient next to a general store, gas station, and a couple restaurants as well.
