Designed to comfortably accommodate up to 8 guests, Luana 14D features two primary bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms that include glass-walled walk-in showers, and a third bathroom with a bathtub and shower. Each bedroom has a King size bed, and the third bedroom has the option to be split into 2 twin beds.

Inside the villa, you'll find high-end amenities and finishes, Including a living room and each bedroom equipped with a flat-screen TV, and free high-speed wireless internet for your convenience. The villa also features disappearing pocket doors in the great room, a covered lanai with glass rail/walls for beautiful views, and an outside lanai dining table with chairs.
For your convenience, Luana 14D provides beach towels, chairs, boogie boards, and sand toys (subject to availability), as well as an insulated beach bag cooler and BBQ utensils. Coffee, dish soap, laundry soap, and bath amenities are also included, along with a coffee/espresso maker with a bean grinder.

The 'Aina Gourmet Market is located in the Hokulani lobby.
🌺 Whaler's General Store - Conveniently located in the Konea lobby, Whaler's General Store conveys the essence of old Hawaii with a modern twist. 🌺 Fitness Center - Located in the Konea tower, the Honua Kai Fitness Center is available only to Honua Kai guests. Fitness Center machines include stationary bikes, treadmills, ellipticals, strength training machines, and free weights.

HONUA KAI PAINT PROJECT: Please be aware that the Honua Kai Resort is actively painting the exterior of the Hokulani tower through spring of 2023 & is scheduled to begin the Konea tower in spring 2023. Although the Luana Garden Villas will not be painted, it still may affect your stay as there will be equipment throughout the resort until the entire project is completed. This was the perfect place to connect with our older teen grandchildren! We loved eating on the Lanai, playing in the pool, soaking in the hot tub and strolling along the beach at sunset! This “smart” home was equipped with everything we thought we needed and more. We would highly recommend and are hoping to come back!

This villa was a great choice for our family of 6 adults. It was a very spacious unit and clean. Kitchen was well appointed and all appliances and the tvs and internet worked well. Having easy access to the pool and hot tub in front of the lanai was fantastic. The beach is just a few minutes to walk to and restaurants and a grocery store are also a close walk. This villa is a great choice for families of all ages!

This was an amazing property and the villa was nothing short of spectacular. It was clean, roomy, and comfy. The outdoor patio/living space was amazing as was the kitchen and bedrooms.
Honua Kai itself was also great - felt like we were able to have some of the best parts of a hotel experience while also having our own rental property experience.

Place and location were great. Unit had everything we would have wanted. With both a roomy interior and exterior, the family never felt like they were tripping over each other. Close enough to the beach, groceries and other amenities that you could go at a moments notice, but far enough to afford privacy.
Only complaint is that the property owners/managers are difficult to get a hold of. With COVID a concern, our e-mails went unanswered for weeks. We almost cancelled our booking as a result.

What’s a beautiful home. Location gives you the feeling of staying in a large home but you get all the amenities of being in a resort. I have come to the islands dozens of times, this I would rent again. The small touches were a plus. Clean, modern and all the kitchen appliances you could need. The condo was gorgeous and a great size for our party of 8. We loved the top-of-the-line appliances and the spacious lanai. Although it was not on the beach, it was nice to be in a quieter area of the resort.
