The overall stay was awesome. The only compliant I have is that the AC was set to go up every hour. I found myself waking up in a pool of sweat when the the temperature gottvtob78 degrees by 4 AM.

This place was even better than my wife and i were expecting. It was very clean and open.
It was very nice inside.
I really liked the electric reclining couches and the way that they also had an electric coushioned lift for the head rest so your neck wasn't straining while watching TV.
This place was quiet and close to food and shops.

We had a lovely stay at Waikoloa Colony Villas. The home was immaculate, kitchen well stocked for all our cooking needs and great communication with the property Mgr. I thought the location was central to some fantastic beaches, up and down the coast. A great place to stay if you’re looking to be next to a resort.

Waikoloa Colony Villas are right in the heart of the A-Bay resort area without any resort feel. It’s a 15 minute walk to the kings shops for food, coffee, or shave ice. (Try OBISIC!) Super quiet, super clean condo with comfy beds, fully stocked kitchen and 2 lanais. 2 pools and tennis courts on the property! Not our first time on the Big Island. Will totally rent again.

We loved staying at Waikoloa Colony Villas.
The villa had plenty of room for the three of us and had everything we needed. We loved the location of the place, and our villa was also very close to the pool which was fantastic. Access to the Colony and the villa was easy with key pad access for everything so no need for keys. Neighbours were lovely and super friendly. Beds were comfortable. Comms with the property managers was great. We would definitely stay here again next time we visit the Big Island. Mahalo.

We loved our stay at the property as it was centrally located in Waikoloa and also very close to the pool. The property was equipped with everything you might need for a vacation as a family. We will definitely come back.

What a perfect place to stay while in Waikoloa. Close to walking, shopping, beach, restaurants. The condo was lovely-nicely updated and spotless! We enjoyed the pool and BBQ as well. Great communication with our hosts as well. Also nice to have washer and dryer as we had great weather and forgot how salty and sweaty you get when having fun!

This is not a typical VRBO because it is a property management company renting this condo. They require an extensive scary contract, liability insurance,and you have to give them vaccine orbcovid testing results even though you did it with Hawaii safe travels already. Very impersonal. Nowhere to hang wet towels and suits. Otherwise fine and as described.

The property was very nice and had everything we needed. Some of the "not guaranteed" items were available in the unit (e.g., snorkeling equipment, beach chairs & umbrella, cooler, olive oil, salt & pepper).
My only issue is with the property management company. This may be a positive for some people, but I'm not a fan of the corporate takeover of VRBO & other short-term rental sites. This unit is managed by a property management company, not an individual property owner. Be prepared to sign a mountain of one-sided legal contracts and then be bombarded with e-mails from the "concierge" trying to sell you every excursion on the island. When I questioned being required to send name, date of birth (PII) and vaccination status (PHI) over e-mail (not secure), I was quickly sent the paragraph of the legal document I signed that said I would send it. Luckily we had no major issues, but if you do, I'm sure a team of attorneys will make sure you are liable for anything that happens.
Like I said, the property is great and some people may prefer professional property management (not me)... just want you to know what to expect.

The property was as advertised. While there is a limited view due to vegetation, the property is modern ,very clean, comfortable, spacious and well equipped. We had no need to contact property manager for anything during our stay.
