The property is beautiful inside and out. We had a beautiful view of the ocean and the surrounding hills. The house is great for a large family! We all enjoyed having our own private bathroom. Having two dishwashers and two refrigerators was great! We loved the convenience to the resorts and their beaches. The pool is fantastic! Property managers are great!

Beautiful home with excellent amenities. We enjoyed the pool, the close proximity to the beach and the bedroom layouts were perfect for our family-everyone had plenty of personal space! We probably could’ve used an additional outdoor seating space by the pool (there is only one round table and seven chairs and we were a group of nine.) Having the use of a Gem car was awesome! We’ve rented homes for an annual family trip to Hawaii for the last few years. This year may have been our best one yet. You can usually find something you wish you’d done differently but this year I think we’ve found the winning formula with Artevilla. The property itself is exactly as advertised. Fanstastic location, amazing home with many unadvertised little touches that made the stay even better than we’d hoped. Wonderful property managers….knowledgeable and responsive and the stay from beginning to end couldn’t have been more pleasant and convenient. I would highly recommend this home and the company that works to maintain and rent the home. We rented a home last year on a different island. The home was ok, the grounds were gorgeous and the management company was a nightmare. So believe me when I say it does make a difference. My experience this year was a complete 180 and I wouldn’t hesitate to use them again for many years to come.

The house is in a beautiful location with great views. It was in immaculate condition. Having daily housekeeping staff was a plus. The indoor/outdoor living and dining areas were perfect for our family of 12. We enjoyed the many deck areas as well as the wonderful infinity pool. The kitchen was well stocked with upscale amenities. The puzzles were a good source of entertainment.
The property manager Kris Long was especially friendly and responsive. We really appreciated his attention.
At our first arrival at the gated community, we were politely welcomed by the gate attendant Karen. That set the tone for the whole time that we were there.
An added perk was the access to the Pauao Beach Club facilities. We had a lovely dinner at Brown’s Beach House restaurant.
It was a vacation with fond, lasting memories. We would highly recommend the rental of this house to any family.

We had an incredible stay at this gorgeous property. Beautiful 180 degree views of the ocean and coastline from this well-appointed home. We could swim and snorkel in the ocean and then retreat to our own private pool and hot tub for a relaxing soak. Could not have been more happy with this property and the property management team!

Beautiful views (the pictures do not deceive 😊), spacious, well-located, clean; great for large families and they put up the pool fence if needed for small children. A great house! Kai and Anne are extremely responsive and helpful regarding every concern prior to our arrival and responded fairly quickly to our air conditioning issue when we were there as well. We would definitely return to Artevilla again! Thank you for making this such a special visit for us.
