Wonderful place to stay in the Princeville area. As described. House was build a number of years ago, but exceeded our expectations. all 3 bedrooms were great, two with on-suite, third was very convenient to it's own bathroom. Plenty of room for a lot of people. you'll need your own car. Lots of beaches to explore. If you want to eat out, we found the Weston hotel a great place (and very competitive to other options for $$) There are steps in the living and master bedroom not the fastest internet, but no issues staying connected anywhere in the house or decks. Our Roku device worked great and the upstairs family room TV was really nice.

This house was amazing. It was right on the golf course. It has a beautiful array of plants that really helped make the property fairly private. It was in walking distance (10 min walk) from queens bath & fairly close driving to pretty much everything to do in the northern part of Kauai. There was also a couple beaches in walking distance. The property manager was so lovely and responded so fast. Check in process was so easy. As well as check out. Highly recommend this property!

Perfect air conditioned vacation home. Rooms were large and spacious. Peaceful neighborhood on a cul de sac. And I love the back of the home! Steps away from a beautiful frisbee golf course that is rarely used perfect for a jog or walk every morning. Exactly a one mile jog (via the back trail) to the ocean path that has the Hanalei views. Kitchen fully stocked. Loved all the natural hardwood floors. And we specially Loved the family room upstairs with beautiful views of the lake and frisbee golf course with beautiful pines throughout.

Our vacation rental in Princeville was awesome! Our accommodations were perfect for my two grown daughters and their partners and myself. Three bedrooms and three baths worked out perfectly for the size of our family. The home was clean, and spacious, and the kitchen came equipped with everything you needed. They had beach chairs and coolers that we used a lot. I really appreciate the place having these, since you definitely don’t want to travel with this type of thing, but you want them for the beach. I wish we could’ve stayed longer and made some dinners at home, but we basically ate out every night, but had breakfast and packed our lunches for the day. The surrounding grounds and the community are beautiful. Instructions for how to access the home or easy to understand, and the host was easy to communicate with. AC units are in all three bedrooms, and these are always a deciding factor when I decide to book somewhere. The kids really enjoyed the Jacuzzi, and we also enjoyed having our breakfast out on the deck. We only had a couple of minor issues, and Jason got right back to us, I was very responsive.

Our stay here for Thanksgiving was Awesome! We were a group of six! House is large, plenty of room for everyone, dining table plenty big for all of us to sit and have our meals together, seats 8! Hot tub was used every evening by all, so soothing after a day if play. Jason was absolutely Amazing, if we had a question he responded right away! Really felt the Aloha from him! Plenty of beach chairs for all of us, towels, boogie boards... everything we needed was there. Beautiful home! Quiet neighborhood, perfect relaxing time we were looking forward to! This was our first visit to Kauai and we were very happy with our accommodations. Our family of 7 had plenty of room and took advantage of the large covered deck for all of our meals. Each room had AC which made sleeping very comfortable. The beds were great, the kitchen had everything we needed and the location was in a quiet residential area with easy access to groceries, restaurants and hiking Trails. We want to come again !

This is a nice house in a quiet cul de sac in Princeville. Kitchen is amazing and has nice cooking tools, back deck is covered with a fan and a great place to eat meals. Bedrooms are nice and quiet, beds are comfortable. When we booked there was a hot tub listed as being available, but before our stay we were told it would no longer be working and that they were removing it. We were compensated for the change, which was nice. Overall great experience and great communication from property manager.

This was our first trip to Kauai. Upon arriving at the home, it was late. So we did not realize just how beautiful the yard was until morning. What I did notice was how clean and fresh everything was. The beds were comfortable, and the rooms decorated so beautifully! The next day I was blown away with the scenery, just outside our windows!! We loved the covered areas outside. They were just perfect for morning coffee and relaxing after the day. The kitchen had all the things we needed for cooking and preparing meals. It was not just a hodge-podge of stuff, nice things. Our host was helpful. We had a full itinerary, and location was perfect. If we had needed to be at the house more, I would have been perfectly happy to relax there! But of course, there are so many things this beautiful island has to offer, and we enjoyed our time immensely! We would love to come again, and this house will be our first choice! Mahalo!!

Wow! What a garden paradise! Birds and flowers off the back deck. Went for a walk in the neighborhood practically every morning and the view of the mountains is spectacular! Wonderful gas stove we utilized every day. Very comfortable beds. Lots of snorkel equipment, chairs, coolers, umbrellas, towels. Plenty of room to lounge and chill inside and out. We also loved the location of this house at the end of a cul-de-sac in a very quiet neighborhood. What more can you ask for? Would love to go again and choose this same house!

Wow! We loved the stay here at this VBRO. It was clean, well taken care of, and communication with manager was great. We loved the fresh air and the sounds of the rain and birds. We saw so many birds and felt like we were in our own little rainforest. The area was safe and near to a little grocery and place for breakfast/shaved ice. Highly recommend!

The place was bright and beautiful, it was so peaceful, the hot tub was perfect the beds and the rooms were perfect all the amenities and the little things they thought of to make our place everything we need and more was there. You feel safe in that neighborhood and close enough to have fun anywhere you go. We absolutely loved it and was truly the place we needed to be. This home was absolutely as advertised. It was really clean, beds were comfy. Plenty of room for us to spread out. We cook and loved that they had all the necessary tools and great appliances. Right down to the smoothie machine!
They have all the beach supplies and even water shoes!

This property is beautiful and the pictures are very representative. The house was clean and comfortable. Prior to our stay I emailed questions several times and always got prompt responses. The house had everything we needed (except a spatula). The kitchen was fully equipped and we could have cooked most anything we wanted. We loved sitting out on the lanai every morning before we headed out for our adventures. The views out every window was either of lush vegetation and flowers or of the frisbee golf course and distant mountains. We could even faintly hear the surf when sitting outside. We enjoyed watching tv in the loft one evening. We did not use the hot tub so can't speak to that. We did do a lot of driving as the activities we chose were mostly at the other end of the island but the house is in the most beautiful part of the island. Wish we'd had more time to spend here! Would love to come back and would definitely stay in this home again!

This home and property exceeded our expectations and was perfect for our family of seven (4 adults 3 children). The floor plan is ideal for two couples or small families traveling together. We really appreciated the two king size beds and master bedroom layouts. The upstairs had one master bedroom and a living area and two lanai’s that allowed for an individual family or couple to have space and privacy from the other family or couple if that’s wanted. AC in each room was used daily and really made our stay comfortable. The kitchen was a perfect set up for us and had everything we needed. We loved the lanai attached to the main level and used it daily. The garage has all the beach accessories you’ll need. Chairs, snorkel gear, coolers, sand toys, ect…
The location in Princeville is ideal. We spent most of our time on the north shore but also had a couple activities in Waimea. A 1.5 hour drive to get to the top of Waimea canyon is not bad. drove all around the island a couple times and everyone in our family agrees that the north shore is the most beautiful part of the island. Might as well stay up there.
Our family would not hesitate to rent this home again if we come back to Kauai. As mentioned, it was perfect for what our family wanted and needed.

My family of 5 thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this beautiful property. The property manager was very responsive and reached out to see if we needed anything. The chocolates and nuts they left were a nice treat. This property is located in a very nice neighborhood with beautiful landscaping. It is right next to a golf and frisbee golf course with nice walking trails. The garage is well stocked with everything you need for your beach adventures. I enjoyed relaxing in the hot tub daily. We also enjoyed grilling out and spending time together on the nice deck. The property is very convenient to many north shore locations such as Queens Bath, Hideaway Beach, Anini Beach, Tunnels Beach, Hanalei Bay, and Ke'e Beach. I think Hideaway Beach was our favorite, but all of the nearby beaches are great. The clear, calm water and sand entrances next to the corral at Hideaway make it ideal for snorkeling. If you are adventurous you could walk to Hideaway from the house, but if you are patient and wait for a parking spot at the small lot you will get one, as people are coming and going all day long. Make sure to get reservations for Ke'e Beach 30 days in advance. Highly recommend catching a sunset here. Also recommend the hike to Hanakapiai Beach +/- Falls if you are up for it. Wear good shoes and bring plenty of water and snacks. If you make your way to the Waimea Canyon side of the island, I highly recommend one of the downhill bike tours. We had a blast doing this. Can't wait to return.

So my family and I all feel the same when it comes to our vacation. Of course Hawaii speaks for itself and Kauai is always gorgeous. This was my children’s first trip and my husband and my third trip but it was our first time staying ever in a VRBO home and we could not have been more blessed to have had such an amazing home to stay in! This home with everything that I could’ve hoped for. Incredibly spacious, perfect sleeping arrangements for my two children and my husband and myself, in a quiet lovely neighborhood, and the property manager literally made everything super easy for us. We would go back to this home again in a heartbeat and I don’t think we would ever stay in a resort or a hotel after having had such a perfect experience as this one. If you come across this song and you are a family of four with no further because you’ll be wasting your time. My only regret is that we couldn’t have stayed longer! Mahalo

Beautiful home. Spacious bedrooms and bathrooms and a gorgeous yard that provides a wonderful place to sit back and relax. We appreciated the coffee and chocolate gifts left for us. Overall, the stay was very nice and the neighborhood is really pretty. There's a few things that should be noted to make the next person's stay even better. I think it should be noted somewhere that the GARAGE is NOT USABLE because it is full. You won't be able to park any cars in there when strong winds blow they blow big palm leafs on your car. One of the beds did have sheets that smelled really strongly of mildew, so we had to wash it right away. There is plywood under each bed and you have to be careful not to injury your legs it can move under the bed to one side. The hot tub was pretty confusing to figure out since it's not super obvious how to turn it on right away. You need to turn it on long before planning to get in because it takes awhile to heat up. Also, the hot tub has the strongest chlorine smell I have ever experienced in any pool/hot tub environment. I got out right away since I have very sensitive skin and I didn't want to risk it. Two others in our party stayed in it for about 20 minutes and one said their eyes were burning from the chlorine fumes and the other started coughing quite a bit from them while in the hot tub. They got out within 15 minutes due to this and it heating up slowly. As is, I wouldn't expect the hot tub to be an enjoyable experience. However, besides the hot tub, the home itself was amazingly comfortable and beautiful. There were air conditioners in each room to cool off when it got humid and the balconies accessible from each bedroom added to the serene aesthetic.

My family enjoyed the stay at the unit. We were very comfortable and the only downside was that the beds were too far on the soft side but that’s just not our preference. Local shops and restaurants are close by and Hanalei was a short 10-12min drive.

The house was amazingly comfortable, clean, and spacious. While being in Kauai we wanted to be out as much as possible, return to the house each day was something we looked forward to as well. Jason was attentive reaching out to make sure everything was ok and if we needed assistance or had any questions. The property itself was beautiful and on a very quiet cul de sac. You have privacy due to the plants and quick access to walking paths nearby. The location is super convenient to Foodland as well as some restaurants and shops right at the entrance of Princeville. Walking distance or a quick trip in the car. Would highly recommend this property

Our group of 3 couples really enjoyed our stay in Princeville. The house is spacious and large. The kitchen worked well for preparing meals with groceries; this is especially important right now when restaurants around the island are closed due to the pandemic, and open restaurants seem overtaxed and crowded with an "post COVID rush" of visitors on the island.
We spend many meals sitting out on the covered deck with the ceiling fan running overhead. It is really a pleasant, peaceful, beautiful space. We had dinner for 7 outside one night. We also used the hot tub quite a bit, particularly when returning to the house from snorkeling when we would be a little chilled and still in our swimming suits.
The shower outside was great for washing off muddy feet and shoes from hiking various trails, plus for rinsing off our snorkeling gear.
The property manager was super responsive when we had an issue with a shower in one of the bathrooms - he dropped by that night to assess the issue and had it repaired by the next day.
Awesome rental, we will be back!

This home is beautiful! Well ventilated and we opened the house up to enjoy the cool breeze. You can tell this is someone's home away from home. Well maintained, with plenty of supplies. The surfboard soft-top is relatively new and in perfect condition. Quiet neighborhood. Excellent wifi. Close to grocery store and north shore beaches. We had 2 couples and 3 teenage boys staying here. Hot tub was the perfect finish to each day!! Mahalo to Jason. He was an excellent host. Called me personally to be sure we had everything we needed. Paradiso Hale is a wonderful place to stay in Princeville. The home is located at the end of a quiet cul-de-sac and a 10 minute walk to Princeville shopping center. The ease of accessing the shopping center was helpful during a time when rental cars were unavailable. The kitchen has every appliance you would need.
The air conditioners worked great in both rooms and the hot tub was used every night. Keeping all of the slider doors open creates a nice breeze that keeps the home cool.
Finally, Jason, the property manager, was very helpful. While visiting the home he offered a ride to us so that we would only have to walk back from the beach. We were also welcomed with a wonderful gift basket that included the best pineapple!
We look forward to our return to Princeville and Paradiso Hale!

This was our 2nd time to stay in Princeville and we would 100% book this property again!
The property is tucked away on a quiet cul-de-sac with amazing views. We enjoyed sitting on the patio each morning for breakfast listening to the birds and watching the sun hit the mountains. Each room in the property has plenty of space and the AC in the bedrooms was a nice bonus.
Last but not least, the property manager (Jason) was incredible. He went above and beyond to accommodate us. I would highly recommend this property to my family and friends.
