First rate property right on the beach, with great snorkeling and diving right from the beach (see Jack's Diving Locker site Puako Church Point). The chef's kitchen is well-stocked with spices, condiments, staples, etc., so you can cook without having to start from scratch. The property managers, Tiva & David, delivered outstanding white-glove service -- airport pickup w/ car rented to us, with poke & rice & cold beers waiting for us. Next time we'll stay a bit longer and take them up on some hiking.

My adult children and their spouses gathered with me to spend a week at Jovan's absolutely gorgeous home on the big island of Hawaii. It is the most beautiful VRBO in which I have ever stayed. The place was spotless, the beds very comfortable, the kitchen was magnificent. The views of the ocean and the sunsets were unbelievable. After playing outside all day, we came in to cook our wonderful dinners in a fabulous well stocked kitchen. After dinner, we returned to the beach to watch the skies and look for shooting stars. Thank you for sharing your home with us!

My adult children and their spouses gathered with me to spend a week at Jovan's absolutely gorgeous home on the big island of Hawaii. It is the most beautiful VRBO in which I have ever stayed. The place was spotless, the beds very comfortable, the kitchen was magnificent. The views of the ocean and the sunsets were unbelievable. This was even better in person! Super clean, equipped with every convenience we could ask for and more. Snorkeled out back every day, watched the sunset over the ocean every night. Played games and puzzles with friends and family on the lanai. A/C and wonderful beds and bedding made for great sleep as well. Already wondering when we can plan to return.
Tiva and her husband were great as well, reaching out to us beforehand to see if we needed groceries pre stocked or help planning any adventures and she happily answered the occasional questions we had during our trip.
Don’t hesitate to stay here - it was fantastic!

The house and location were a thing of fantasy. What elevated it to the next level were Tiva and her husband David. They helped to make sure that everything was absolutely perfect. They even helped set up a family picture shoot at sunset right here at the house with the most amazing background you can imagine.
One of our children could not come and as such, we are already planning to come back again.

My family of 5 had the absolute pleasure of staying in this beautiful, immaculate, one-of-a-kind home for 8 nights, but we wish we could have stayed for 100 more! Our stay at this beautiful home was spectacular! The owner and the property manager were an absolute delight. The house is gorgeous, the property is amazing with its ponds and breathtaking views of the ocean and mountains. Better than the photos. The home is just beautiful and the location is stunning. Oceanfront access to the water is like a private slice of heaven! Lots of rocks to walk on and explore and turtles swam up next to us on multiple occasions. Not a sandy beach access but Mauna Kea beach is about 10 minutes away and checks that box. Home itself was very clean and well maintained. Lots of thoughtful details that make for a luxury experience. Kitchen is super organized with everything you need. Communications with the property manager were always easy and helpful. Only drawback on the rental is the lack of air conditioning in the great room. A few room a/c units would be wonderful as the weather was hot and we couldn't comfortably sit in there. Bedrooms all have a/c and the climate was perfect in those areas. I would highly recommend booking your vacation here!

The house is ridiculous, the pictures do not do it justice. Down the the smallest details -- the glassware, silverware, toiletries, towels, even the spice rack -- high end with attention to the smallest detail. The setup of the house is perfect for 2 families (it feels like two homes connected by a walkway). You can go swimming and snorkeling right in front of the house (there's a sandy path where you can walk out right until you get to the reef). Jovan and the caretaker onsite are responsive and attentive. Fantastic experience.

Words cannot adequately describe the beauty and awe of our experience at this home. Saying the property is gorgeous does not do it justice…it was so much more as each of us had a different emotion and experience. For me and my wife, it was healing…for my friends with kids it was fun, adventurous, and bonding…and for the couple without kids it was romantic and warm but for all of us it was surreal. The home was meticulously detailed from the furnishing, theater like surround sound, executive chef qualirty kitchen, and high-end hotel like bedrooms. The property itself sits smack next to the ocean and coral reefs positioned so we could watch the sunrise and sunset every day...which in itself was worth the stay. All of us, even those who could not swim, spent a lot of time in the ocean...some played in the tidepools, others snorkeled the reefs, or looked for octopus and other ocean wild-life at night. We cooked every meal and ate every meal outside. We also rented Jovan’s SUV on Turo…which we used to get groceries at Costco and to go sight-seeing…the Mauna Kea observatory sunset, Waipio Point Lookout, Volcano National Park, and South Point were must sees for some of us and was easy to do from our stay. I can't thank Jovan and Nikki enough...they made sure every question and need was addressed…you were such beautiful hosts, the icing on this multi-family vacation. In closing...the pictures on VRBO were beautiful and why we rented this property....but that was nothing compared ot seeing it first hand.

My husband and I, and our 3 adult children, had the vacation of a lifetime in this gorgeous oceanfront home! It is actually more of a private resort! Jovan and Bob were so incredibly thoughtful and helpful with every detail of our vacation. The property is beyond amazing, equipped with everything you could ever need, from snorkeling to kayaking, lawn games and a true chef’s kitchen! The outdoor spaces, sunrise, sunset and the stars were all breathtaking! So much to see on the beautiful island, yet no need to ever leave the property! Truly a slice of Heaven!

If there was such a thing as a once in a lifetime place to stay, then my time at this gorgeous home has to be it. The house has everything I needed but more importantly the ambience oozed ultra high end elegance and charm, but was so comforting. It sits right on beach where every morning I could hear whales splashing and day dream with the turtles that come up to sun in front of the house. During the day I’d walk out and snorkel with those turtles and various colored fish. Then end the day watching the sunset…which for whatever reason, made me emotional. I slept on the Punee outside on the Lanai, and surprisingly with all these ponds, no mosquitos. They are brackish, Koi and Tilapia, Herons and even Turkeys... but no mosquitos. Unbelievable. Lastly, I’d like to thank our host Jovan who was the sweetest host and treated us as if were were family, not someone renting her place. I just wish I could write better so I could give this home the review and our host the credit they deserve.
