There is no air conditioning in the main part of the house only in the bedrooms. We were killing flies constantly. The garbage can was full outside when we arrived and there were flies everywhere. And did i mention ants?. No food was ever left out but ants in the kitchen and both bathrooms. Im not trying to complain cause im in paradise but buyer beware . If you don't mind sweating a ton and killing bugs then this might be foe you.

Nice place. Owner was helpful. Kitchen and bbq worked and tools to cook were good. Living room furniture was the type you sink into which was not my jam. But nice furniture. Not cheap just not my preference. Table is big which is awesome. Outdoor furniture was good too. Beds were good. Nor slumped in. I enjoyed the comfort. Lightning in living room could be better. Plenty of stuff like chairs and umbrellas for the beach. That was very cool.

This is a beautiful home in an excellent neighborhood in Princeville. The communication with the host (Robyn) before, during, and after our stay was outstanding. The check-in and check-out process was very easy. The common area is spacious with vaulted ceilings and plenty of seating. The kitchen is well appointed and very clean. The Wi-Fi connection was fast and very reliable. There is air conditioning in the master bedroom and two upstairs bedrooms, which was fantastic and not common to find on properties in Kauai. There was a plethora of beach and recreation gear in the garage, as well as bicycles. We had a wonderful stay in this property and would definitely come back!

This was the perfect place to stay - cute home in a great neighborhood. Princeville was the perfect place to stay. We appreciated the quiet neighborhood after the busyness of Oahu and really enjoyed our time on Kauai. We had everything we needed - well stocked kitchen, comfortable beds, towels, etc. Check-in was easy. Would love to hopefully come back soon!

The home itself was a perfect spot to relax when we weren't out exploring the island. There was nothing more amazing than waking up to the beautiful sounds of birds and smells of the flowers. The home was accommodating and the neighborhood was nice. Hard to leave!

The property has good size. Is roomy and the a nice private yard. It needs some updating but the main issue I had is it needs better maintenance. Air conditioning in master was broken. Remote controls broken or lost. All the bikes had flat tires. A bunch of snorkel gear a beach items that don’t work.a bunch of other little things that add up to me not wanting to stay again.

Beautiful family home, we had five adults and three teens, plenty of space, the house was clean and in excellent condition, great walking, easy drive to Hanalei Beach, excellent surfing for beginners and intermediates, bicycles all had flat tires and no bicycle pump, all in all a fabulous week.

the house was nice but needs some attention. there are many lights that did not work, the outside trash was full when we arrived, the beds other than the master were terribly uncomfortable. the bikes were broken. the beach stuff was handy and the house was spacious but two bathrooms was rough with a large group.kitchen was nice though, and over all we had a great time .its not luxury. the price is good .

The house was great and clean. There’s a lot of beach gear and beach chairs which was awesome. I feel that there is false advertising! The add states it sleeps 9 but when you book it you are charged an additional 300 for additional guests. The hidden fees makes it sound better than it is.It’s a little farther to the beach than advertised and there’s no directions we had to ask a neighbor.

This house and location were perfect for our family! We would definitely stay here again. It was so great to have everything we could possibly need for our family at the beach. There were surf boards, boogie boards, sun umbrellas, beach toys, coolers etc.

We enjoyed our stay in your pleasant house in Princeville. The kitchen was well supplied, and issues with the tv were fixed very quickly. Beds were very comfortable and everything was quite clean. The residential neighborhood was quiet and only about ten minutes from Anini beach in one direction and Hanalei beach in the other. Being close to the Saturday morning farmer's market was great!

This property is nestled in a lovely and quiet neighborhood in Princeville Kauai. The few times i had to communicate with the property manager was very responsive and accomodating to our needs. The neighborhood is perfect walking or biking and is a short walk from a walking path in the center of the community. Ita very close to Hanelei Bay. Id certainly stay here again, it offers all the comforts of hone in paradise of Kauai

Our family of 6 had the best time staying in this lovely home. It had plenty of room, nice amenities, and it is in an area convenient to local sights and activities. The A/C units in the bedroom were really nice to have.
Communication with the host was great, and we had everything we needed. The Princeville area is very nice, lots of things are within just a few minutes of the home. I highly recommend staying here!

I would not rent this property again. The owner was responsive to our requests (no batteries in the AC remote, no propane in the BBQ), but the place passes as just OK, and the rent charged was far higher than what was provided. The garage was half filled with old furniture, the kitchen was very unorganized and had poor quality cookware (making for a long time to clean the pans), and the outdoor living space was not compelling. The main room TV was not "smart," so only local cable channels were available on that unit. There were smart TV's in all the rooms, but we are not TV in bed fans. The beds are comfortable. Bathrooms are tired. Long story short - We appreciated the responsive owner, but would not rent this house again.

This was the best house we could have rented for our extended stay in Princeville! It was well laid out, spacious and comfortable, and had all the amenities we needed. Robyn, the owner, was extremely responsive and when we asked for a tea kettle or anything else, it was delivered right away. Beds were comfortable, lots of towels, and kitchen was well-stocked. It has a beautiful, private backyard where you can sit in the morning to have your coffee or do some work. We noticed that the screen door needed repair and when we were out later that day someone came and fixed it. Great location, walking distance to a small private beach... we will definitely go back to this "home away from home"!

I spent a week at your property with my son his wife and my grandsons. The location was close to everywhere we wanted to go. It was well stocked for trips to the beach. It was spacious and comfortable for hanging out. A great value !

My family had a wonderful time staying in this home. The house is very spacious, very clean and it accommodated all our needs—from ample furniture, ample linens, excellent dining spaces, comfortable beds, a well-equipped kitchen and a large selection of equipment for outdoors/beach.
Every member of our family enjoyed staying in this home, and we hope to return again.

To start the listing clearly said 3 bath, and there were only two, there were 6 of us, not what we planned for.
Sooooo many things were broken and problematic
Front door handle was broken and kept coming off, some of the stairs were taped together with blue tape falling apart, blinds on most rooms were twisted and bent, shower head in one bath was wonky and didn't work properly, coffee maker didn't work properly ,not enough bath towels for 6 people, knobs were missing on two drawers in bath vanity so couldnt be used, light bulbs missing or out, dish soap left was about 2 inches tall hardly enough for 7 days with 6 people , started out with a half a roll of paper towels and no more available
the backyard from the photos looked to be private and was not, they were cutting down neighbors bushes as we arrived, so no privacy in the house or the yard outback, tub had stains in it , one bedroom the clothing rod in the closet was broken and couldn't be used, things are scuffed up and looked so rough, back outside table looked to be moldy, screens on doors were torn, the microwave looked crappy as did the bench in the kitchen, the sheets in the in the smaller bedrooms looked to be king size on these little beds and were hard to navigate, a few kitchen drawers were unable to be opened, living room tall lamps wouldn't stand up straight

The property was squeaky clean, had all fully functional amenities. The bedding was very comfortable. Lots of light and ventilation and the bathrooms were very comfortable. Neighborhood was extremely quiet and close to access roads to town. Our family stayed there 11 days and nights and would stay again in a heartbeat!!

Our family of 7 enjoyed our stay. We really appreciated the outdoor shower after our many trips to the beach and the backyard patio for our meals. The air conditioning in the bedrooms was nice to have but we found ourselves not really needing it. There was almost always a wonderful breeze that helped keep the house cool along with the many fans in the house. The listing shows 3 bathrooms but there are actually 2. One downstairs in the master bedroom and the other upstairs in the hallway. Robyn responded quickly when we had a problem with the dishwasher. We would love to stay here again.

This home was in such a beautiful location. I didn’t pay attention to the fact that it only had AC in the master bedroom. I did my searches with AC and it came up. They provide lots of fans to blow upstairs To keep the airflow, but my kids said it was really hot.
Other than that everything was great. We had everything we needed tj have fun on the beach, towels, boogie boards, snorkel gear, chairs, coolers, umbrellas! They also had bikes we could ride around the neighborhood. They also provided shampoo and conditioner, soaps, laundry detergent, and dishwasher soap.
We would definitely return!

Robyn was wonderful - during covid we had to reschedule at least 3 times but Robyn always worked with us. The house was clean, most comfortable beds- we all slept better than at home. Master bedroom had the only airconditioning but it worked great. The neighborhood was quite. The house was equipped with everything we needed from buggie boards, beach chairs & towels - even some nice bikes. Restaurants & shops about a mile - easy walk. We found some public access trails to the beach but you should go with someone as they can be slippery. We love our 2 weeks in Princevile.

The house is beautiful & clean. The beds & linens are so comfortable. The house also has a lot of beach gear (snorkeling gear, beach chairs, towels, boogie boards and bicycles. Despite not having any air conditioning upstairs, we never feel hot inside the house. The house has multiple fans & the area is so breezy & has lots of windows.
The kitchen has everything we need, I just wish we were provided more than 1 paper towel. Having the washing machine & dryer is a plus.

This is a great property. It was perfect for our family of infants, toddlers and their parents as the upstairs was almost like having their own apartment. The recreation equipment, surf boards, bikes and beach toys and beach towels were terrific to have.
The beds were very comfortable and the bathrooms have been nicely remodeled but the kitchen is in need of a face lift, or at least a good cleaning. The grout and the sink both could use some "elbow grease." In addition, the layout of the kitchen makes it difficult when you have several people in it and we are active cooks so it was a bit cumbersome. (Due to the layout, it's impossible to open a couple of drawers fully and when the dishwasher is open it's tough to do anything.)
That said, it was well stocked and had more than enough dishes and glassware, including kids dishware. Plus, there is another refrigerator in the garage, which was so helpful for us because we had a family gathering--offsite--and it really helped with our food and drink preparation.
The backyard is nicely landscaped, with the trees providing screening and the lawn was nice for our granddaughter to play on.
Overall I would recommend this as an affordable alternative to some of the more expensive homes in the area which are about the same size.

We felt right at home and had space to spread out, both inside and out. The living room, dining room and lanai had large tables and plenty of seating for our group of six plus a few more when additional family came over for a BBQ. Nice, quiet neighborhood and easy to get to the Princeville shopping center and a few beach access trails near by (though they require climbing sometimes steep trails). Beach towels, toys and chairs as well as bikes were provided. Very comfortable beds and we had everything you might need in the kitchen. The owner was very responsive and helpful and we greatly appreciated the late checkout since we had a late night flight!

We stayed for one week with our two kids and my parents. The house accommodated us well and was very comfortable. Needed to restock toilet paper and paper towels but that was it. The extra toys and beach equipment in the garage was a plus as well as a full variety of bikes for our whole family to be able to cruise around.

Just as pictured - we had an amazing time. Felt like home including the conversation cube on the kitchen table, the trivial pursuit game and the variety of children's books. Great neighborhood for bike riding - went at least once a day. My grand kids used the snorkel gear and boards - very handy and no need to rent gear. Neighbors were friendly and a wonderful source for local info from the library programs for kids to the best fresh fish market. Enjoyed breakfast outside and the use of the grill. Plenty of room for all of us and privacy when needed.

This home is beautiful and very spacious. Every thing was very neat and tidy and had everything we needed plus more. The walk to the beach was a little difficult to find and was more of hike but once we got there it was private and very beautiful. Our only complaint would be how hot the upstairs got. The fans did help some but it would have been nice to have an AC unit upstairs. It also may have been the time of year in August. Other than that we had a great stay and enjoyed the beautiful home and amenities.
