This condo could be in a home design magazine! So beautifully decorated in every detail with accents that fit with the Hawaiian setting. Ending our days relaxing in the comfortable chairs on the lanai was our favorite. The location was convenient for getting on the road and exploring the island. (It is not in walking distance of downtown Kona if that is what you want.) We did not use any of the amenities of the complex, but the grounds are lovely. In short, this was a comfortable, clean, beautiful property that makes you feel like you are in a peaceful retreat.

What an amazing home!! Beautifully decorated and very comfortable. We felt so welcomed and loved our time there. The view is beautiful and we spent much time on the lanai. We did not want to leave, but reality beckoned! Thank you, Gail, for sharing your home with us. We will definitely book again when we return to the island. Mahalo!!

We enjoyed our visit so much at this beautiful condo. It was a perfect home for our week-long vacation. The owner was very kind about accommodating our request to stay a few days longer too! The lanai is gorgeous and oh-so cozy with a lovely view of the coast. May I suggest an a/c for the bedroom? This is a fantastic & homey unit with magnificent views, would joyfully visit again. 10/10 A+++ thank you so much ❤️

It was a very comfortable and clean condo. We could see the whales from the lanai and there are two pools to enjoy. Also, there is a great restaurant on location and a grocery store within walking distance. There is also a public beach within walking distance with snorkeling.

The only downside is a super firm mattress. We ended up buying a foam topper and leaving it there otherwise we were gonna be miserable. The location to Kona is a 10 minute drive and expect traffic in both directions getting in and out of it...that said, it is probably the best facilities we have ever stayed at in Hawaii. There is a community "Quiet" pool right below the unit with a nice hot tub. There is another pool and hot tub a short walk away and that pool has a restaurant making tropical drinks all day. Loved to work out, take a dip in the pool, and get my Pinacoloda all from the same place.

The condo was perfect for a 5 day visit to the Big Island. Rooms were spacious and well appointed. The kitchen was well equipped for cooking breakfast, dinner. The lanai was also spacious with both a sitting area and a dining area - perfect places to hang out in morning or watch the sunset.
Although not right on the beach, the condo had a beautiful view of the ocean/sunset and easy access to the local shopping center in Keauhou.
Thanks for the other thoughtful details - beach towels, boards, chairs, etc - which made for a wonderful stay.

Loved our stay. Minor inconvenience was that we only figured out on the last night that the breeze through the appartement helped keep the bedroom colder. An AC in the bedroom would help a lot, but I know electricity is expensive in Hawaii :).
Overall, we loved it. The apartment is beautiful and in a great location!

We fell in love with the condo from the moment we set foot inside. The place is squeaky clean. Large lanai and living room. The house is adorably furnished with local antiques. The kitchen was well stocked with essentials & beyond. We had a lovely stay and would definitely return!

1st foremost, Gail is amazing. She was available for 100% of all our questions and needs. The view every morning and every evening of the ocean was priceless.
The location was a perfect distance south of Kona town. Having stayed in Kona town, it was nice not being in the heart but close enough and far enough away to appreciate it more. The perfect starting to venture around the entirety of the Big Island.
The Condo is immaculate, beautifully furnished, stocked with everything you’ll need for cooking. The overall vibe was peaceful, safe and welcoming.
If this property is available we will rebook.

Our family of 3 enjoyed our week in this well appointed condo. We had a couple of small issues when we first arrived, but thankfully Dan was able to quickly handle them since Jerry and Barbara were out of town. We appreciated the spaciousnesss of the condo, as well as it's very convenient location. It was nice to have a pool so close by and workout facilities on property. Thank you , Jerry and Barbara...hopefully we can meet you next time!

Jerry is a pleasure to work with, he ensures all your needs are met. Great location to quickly get into town, or avoid alii dr traffic. Loved the close proximity to the pool and Sunset terrace was a fun place to grab some food and drinks-their Bloody is top notch! The condo is nicely stocked for guests with beach towels, spices, condiments and Tupperware. The breeze through the condo was amazing for sleeping. My husband was thankful for the lack of stairs ;) We can't wait for our return visit!

Jerry and Barbara we’re wonderful! The place was equipped with everything we needed and more! Jerry even directed us to certain restaurants and places to go. We had an amazing time and hope to be back soon. Thank you so much for making our trip the trip of a lifetime. I highly recommend Jerry and Barbara’s place. You won’t regret it! Perfect place and the shopping center above the community was very helpful for groceries and needing just a quick bit to eat! Enjoy!
