Mauna Lani Terrace Unit D201 is perfectly situated between the Mauna Lani Bay Hotel and the Mauna Lani Beach Club in the highly desired vacation destination of Mauna Lani Resort. You will be close to shopping, dining, championship golf, and, best of all, the beaches!
This luxurious, beachfront 2 bedroom, 2-1/2 bath unit has gorgeous views of the ocean and Ancient Hawaiian Fishponds from several lanais. You will be within immediate walking distance to the private Mauna Lani Beach Club, which you will have access to! The Beach Club offers cabanas and chairs, and you can rent stand up paddle boards and kayaks. Beach chairs, beach umbrella, cooler, and snorkel gear are included in the condo. You can enjoy lunch and beverages at the quaint restaurant on the beach, Napua.
The master bedroom has a king size bed and the guest bedroom has two twin beds. Both bedrooms have a private bathroom with walk-in shower, TV with cable, and private lanai. The master bedroom lanai overlooks the fishponds and has a view of the ocean, making it a serene environment for sipping coffee or tea.
This condo has very comfortable furniture and plenty of space to relax. Amenities include central air conditioning, wifi, cable TV with DVR, and in-unit laundry. The kitchen has full size appliances, including a dishwasher, many small appliances, and all the dishes and utensils you will need. If you don't feel like cooking, you can enjoy the restaurants at The Shops at Mauna Lani, or the wonderful restaurant at the Beach Club, Napua.
Enjoy the peaceful walking paths through the Mauna Lani Terrace property, winding in and around the Ancient Hawaiian Fishponds. You will have access to the newly renovated community pool area, which includes a large heated pool, kiddie pool, Jacuzzi, and sauna. You will also be able to use the community kitchen, with gas BBQ grills and a picnic area.

We love the Mauna Lani Terraces. Amazing views! The new pool /bbq area is terrific. And you can’t beat the beach club. D201 is well located but not our favorite floor plan. Tiny kitchen! But beautiful view and very comfortable furnishings.

It was my bad for not asking the owner how far of a walk the beach was. I assumed property was set up for easy beach access, as they said beachfront. Instead it was a bit of a walk around ponds on an asphalt path, with us carrying all our beach gear.
Except for this misunderstanding, we enjoyed our time. The condo is very spacious and has everything you need for a lovely stay. Views are wonderful!
A couple of things came up during our stay (because sometimes things happen). Nothing major and nothing that really affected our stay. Jasper and Joanne were quick to alert us and apologetic. Cathy, (the housesitter? on island manager?) stopped by one day as we were told she would. She was a joy to meet!
All in all we would recommend, as long as you don't mind a bit of a walk to get to the beach.

We love the location of Mauna Lani Terrace D2. The views were amazing. It was an easy walk to the beach club with a perfect little beach. If that is too crowded and want a little more quiet time, there are chairs along the oceanfront to relax in, too. The condo was perfect for our family. We cooked some meals here and had everything we need and a little more. There is a cute little grocery store called Foodland at "The Shops" if you need anything else. The complex was really quiet when we were there, which we loved! Before we went, I thought the pool seemed small, but we used it twice and had it mainly to ourselves. We just rather be at the beach! JoAnne & Jasper were wonderful to work with and so kind. We appreciate the easy check-in and out process. We really enjoyed our stay and would stay here again in a heartbeat!

The condo is everything it says and more! Great location! Super convenient with some shopping, restaurants and market nearby. We had some great meals at Mauna Lani Resort next door as well! We can’t wait to return!

This condo is all you could want from a vacation spot. The fish ponds are beautiful at first we were sad not to be on the ocean but the views were gorgeous. The condo itself was spotless with comfortable beds and all the amenities. There was a small plumbing issue that came up right before we arrived but the hosts made it right so we were happy. We highly recommend this property!

This is a great property with ocean views. The kitchen was well stocked with anything needed. Open the sliding doors and pull the screens across so when you get back from your day at the beach or walking this beautiful property, you will get the ocean breeze. The master bed is very comfortable. We highly recommend.

This rental is in a beautiful setting, close to the beach. It was extremely spacious and clean. There were several living spaces for us to relax and we especially loved the huge lanai with views of the pond and the ocean. The lanai has both a seating area as well as an outdoor dining area.
The kitchen was one of the best stocked rentals we have stayed in. We had every pot, pan, utensil or small appliance we could want. The refrigerator was large and easily accommodated our groceries or leftovers.
The owner was very responsive and kind from the initial request through our departure. We would definitely stay here again in the future! Mahalo!!

We've visited Mauna Lani many times, and absolutely love staying in the Terraces. This was our first time in this unit, and we were extremely impressed with the location and quality. Items that need upkeep, replace or repair:
1. dining chairs need replacement or new upholstery badly. All seats sink down, bad for older persons with back pain.
2. Toilet in hall ways constantly running after flush. Needs repair.
3. Table light in guest bedroom not working; can't
turn light on because the switch is broken. May be need another overhead light somewhere, room is rather dark without one.
Other than these items that need attention, we had a pleasant time at the place, Everything seems in order and clean, with a good supply of cooking stuff. We would come back again after you folks fix the things that we recommended herein, especially the chairs.

We enjoyed the convenient and close proximity to the beach. JoAnne and Cathy were quick to our requests. If they have the instructions how to use the new Asko washer and dryer and dishwasher, then we would not have to wait or bother Cathy to show us. The bedroom with two Twin bed is small and has no place to hang clothes. The bedroom door is 3 feet away from the entrance door and can not be locked. Its bed board is facing the kitchen and you can smell from all the cookings.

7th stay at terrace units but this is the best unit overall.Well equipped, best view.Highly recommend this unit.Also owner is the nicest person I have dealt with in all my visits.
