As a bonus, you can sit right on your lanai (private balcony) and enjoy the beautiful ocean view.
This remodeled vacation rental is clean, fresh, and balanced with a "Tropical Beach" vibe. We have modern furnishings, original artwork, updated lighting fixtures, and many other thoughtful amenities plus lots of high end touches.
With only 10 units in this quiet South Maui complex on the sunny shores of Kihei, you will be set back in a cul-de-sac away from the street noise of South Kihei Road; yet close enough to hear the ocean waves at night. You will also have an incredible view of the ocean from both the living room and your outdoor balcony.
Pretty much everything inside this streamlined vacation home is brand new. It also has fresh paint.
Our condo is on the second floor and can accommodate sleeping arrangements for up to FOUR guests. We offer a Cal King bed with a deluxe 3" foam mattress topper and use the luxurious bamboo linens from Carialoha in the newly renovated master bedroom. The Cal king bed has new pillows and linens(Carialoha) and comes with an advanced mattress encasement system that completely eliminates the worry of ever having bed bugs. The large master bedroom has its own AC, a folding luggage stand, 2 extra large closets, an upholstered bench, a brand new 50" flat screen TV, and a full ensuite bathroom with a shower/bathtub combination.
The condo has a totally remodeled, high end kitchen with full size, stainless steel appliances, quartz countertops, glass and marble backsplash, new cabinets, an extra deep Moen sink, and a cute bar countertop with plenty of leg room. Our fully equipped kitchen is well stocked with pots, pans, utensils, dishes, glassware, blender, toaster, an electric rice maker, coffee machine, coffee bean grinder, teapot, a microwave, an extra large Brita Pitcher for filtered water, coffee filters, coffee, tea, sugar, basic spices, and even a stainless steel dishwasher (which tends to be a rare amenity in most Maui rentals).
The LIGHT AND BRIGHT living room features AC, plenty of windows, an extra comfy couch, an upholstered chair, a desk that can serve as a workspace, a portable CD/Radio player, and a brand new, 60" flat screen TV. The neutral, porcelain tile floors in the main living area gives the condo a spacious, "clean" feeling and allows for quick & easy maintenance.
If you have more than 2 guests in your party, we offer a queen sofa sleeper option in our expansive living room. Please note there is an additional charge of $10 (per person, per day), if there are more than 2 guests. When determining the total number of guests in your party, please count all heads (a baby does count as a guest). Thanks in advance.
There is a community laundry center onsite that costs $1.50 to wash and $1.50 to dry. We provide laundry detergent and a clothes drying rack inside the condo. One of the cool features of the community laundry center is that there is a "PAY IT FORWARD" library where guests can select books of their choosing and even donate their own books from home at the end of their vacation.
It's hard to go wrong with this remodeled condo located on the South Shores of Maui in sunny Kihei. Your vacation home with an ocean view will be DIRECTLY ACROSS THE STREET FROM WORLD FAMOUS SUGAR BEACH (less than 200 footsteps from your front door).
If you enjoy a nice long beach walk or beach run, you are going to LOVE the fact that Sugar Beach is so close. “Sugar Beach” got its name because of the sugary consistency of it’s fine, white sand. This is the LONGEST beach walk in all of Maui; it is just over 6 miles. You can walk or jog along Sugar Beach all the way from Kihei to Maalaea Wharf on one of Maui’s most beautiful stretches of oceanfront. Watch whales play and turtles surf as you enjoy magnificent views with rainbow filled skies. Neighboring islands can also be viewed from the shores of Sugar Beach.

We are also happy to offer a home phone with FREE, UNLIMITED LOCAL CALLS, FREE, UNLIMITED CALLS TO ALL 50 STATES, and FREE, UNLIMITED CALLS to CANADA, CHINA, HONG KONG, PUERTO RICO, GUAM, JAMAICA, U.S. VIRGIN ISLANDS, WAKE ISLANDS, SAIPAN, and MEXICO.
We happily stock ample dish soap, garbage bags, dishwasher detergent, shampoo, conditioner, body soap, coffee filters, coffee, tea, sugar, olive oil, spices, and hand soap. In addition, we provide "starter kit" supplies in the bathroom and kitchen. Upon arrival, you will find 2 fresh rolls of toilet paper and 1 fresh roll of paper towels for the kitchen. This will be enough to get you started. Our goal by providing "starter kits" for household paper products is to prevent the necessity for you to have to shop for these items during your first couple of days in paradise; after all, you are on vacation.
We are also happy to provide useful items like an iron and ironing board, a hairdryer, beach chairs, beach towels, a cooler, a barbecue grill set, a yoga mat, and even a beach umbrella.
Guests will need to supply their own sunscreen, pool/beach toys, and personal hygiene items.
There is a private swimming pool, BBQ grills, and a picnic table right onsite. Since there are only 10 units in the entire complex, these community areas are never crowded! :)
