This condo is fully furnished and supplied with linens including beach towels. Beach chairs, umbrella, beach wagon and shade tent are included for your convenience and fun!
The full sized kitchen is well appointed with a dishwasher and everything you could need for cooking, serving, entertaining. There is a lanai as well, with outdoor seating to enjoy your morning coffee, evening cocktail/wine.
Adjacent to the heated pool is a poolside kitchen and bbq area.
Laundry facilities are available on each floor.
There is a queen bed in the bedroom and a queen size sofa sleeper with memory foam mattress in the living room. Both mattresses purchased December, 2019.
Parking is not included in the nightly rental rate.
Consistent with Honolulu Bill 89 this is a 30+ day rental.

We were very pleased with our stay in Honolulu. Nancy reflected her property very accurately and we were impressed with the furnishings, cleanliness and amenities of her apartment. The apartment is very clean and decorated in a manner that reflects the island and her good taste. The mattress on the queen bed is comfortable. Air-conditioning in the bedroom and ceiling fans keep us comfortable and cool. A full size kitchen is stocked perfectly if you choose to cook. The apartment complex is well located, area is quiet and safe. and the building is managed very well (well maintained and clean). A parking space can be arranged for with Nancy; and that is a big help! Nancy had everything anticipated for us and she communicated with us in advance and clearly. I always include information about handicap accessibility as that is concern for us. Access into the building is one level, and there is an elevator to the apartment. The apartment is completely accessible for a walker; a wheelchair would not work with doorways and some angles. There is one step into the shower. We felt welcomed, safe, comfortable and delighted with the ambience of the apartment. Thank you!

Very nice and comfortable space that is convenient to everything in Waikiki. The condo has everything you need in the kitchen to cook. The space is tastefully decorated and the bed is very comfortable. It made my work trip like being at home.
