Very well stocked and clean and neat with kitchen cleaning supplies and bathroom handwash, bodywash, shampoo, conditioner. Not really cozy the way it is furnished and only a little sun in the early morning. If you have a sensitive nose, you will catch a whiff of mold, especially with closed windows and AC on cold. AC very effective. Location and view not so great, close to the street. Very good communication from landlord. Routine pest control visited. Afterwards there was a dead roach in the bathroom.

This home was an ideal stay for my fiancé and me during our week long trip to Kauai. This end unit feels very private even with the all the windows open. Very close walk to access the Poipu Beach Athletic Club, and walking to the beach was a breeze. 10/10 Recommend.

The unit layout was fine. The bed was very soft and old. Every night the sheets came off the mattress because it was so thin and the sheets were too big. This unit is on the highway where big trucks used air brakes starting at 6:30 am. It was soo loud! Tons of traffic!
It was not furnished with non stick pans or utensils, no Kleenex either. The couch was very uncomfortable and the TV didn’t work. It had to be replaced which they did but didn’t hang it for 3 days.
I do not recommend this property.

The condo was on beautiful grounds and a short walk from terrific beaches. The pool was on another site a short walk away. The unit itself was spare in terms of decor but had all the necessities. Not an issue for us, but the living room TV didn’t work, although the one in the bedroom was fine.

We found this 1 bed condo good for a couple or a small family.
The kitchen satisfies your basic appliance/equipment needs.
The Poipu Athletic Club gives you access to a pool for all ages. Cabana restaurant is next to the pool and makes it easy option for the rainy days.
The beach is a good walk, the beach hut has access to towels with the condo keycards, and body boards, beach chairs, etc for rent.
Easy drive to better beaches in the south/west side of the island.
If you want to do lot of activities on the north side, Princiville may be a better location for you. The team that manages this condo also has condos up there.
