The location, amenities, and access to the beaches of this property was great. Having beach chairs and beach equipment was wonderful. The kitchen was a very small and difficult for two people to work in. Overall it was a pleasure to be in this property.

Great location, within walking distance of the beach. Condo was clean and comfortable. Boogie boards and beach chairs were in the unit. The main road was close, but never heard traffic once in the condo.

Condo was newly updated as the pictures show. Bed was comfortable. We had plenty of towels for two people. The kitchen was well stocked with pots, pans, utensils, glasses etc. The only thing missing was a baking dish (if you need to bake). The AC unit was nice to have at night. This unit is closer to the road, but we felt the road noise was not bad (I am a very light sleeper). You could hear footsteps above but that is typical pretty much anywhere. It was super close to multiple beaches and places to eat.

Very pleasant condo with AC and nicely appointed. Very little privacy so ok for a couple but not four people. Located within a very nice condo complex but this particular unit is a little far from the beach and close to the main road. Neither were a problem for us but might not be for everyone. Mostly well-equipped kitchen but a few essentials missing (coffee filters, ice cube trays, baking ware). Toilet had an internal leak so it kept running off and on, and light over stove was out. Called property manager but he wasn't super helpful. The greeter who came was very nice and helpful. Gave us a great, detailed map of the area (much appreciated!) and explained everything to us.

We booked this place because of its proximity to the Marriott, where we had family staying. The unit was clean and nicely furnished. AC kept the place nice and cool, and Wi-Fi allowed me to get some work done first thing in the morning. The only little glitch was the living room ceiling fan light kept turning on randomly in the middle of the night. We got a good laugh out of it but couldn’t figure out how to adjust the programming (if it was that) and just settled that the thing was possessed.
Overall great unit, perfect location in Poipu and would definitely stay again.

Nice place. Short walk to nice beaches and access to the pool. Had boogie board and some other things available for us. Would have been nice to have a little more communication about the area and amenities and such available from the hosts. Otherwise, good trip!

This condo was nicely updated and the perfect size for our 5-day stay. Perfect location close to everything. The pool at the athletic club was fantastic. The only issue was that the Wifi was a little unstable at times. Otherwise, everything was great!

I spent 9 days in the unit and thoroughly enjoyed myself. It’s perfect for one or two individuals but would be tight for two more. The location, Kiahuna Plantation, is great, and the unit is well stocked. Communication with the property management company was excellent. Although I didn’t use it much, the condo does have an A/C unit in the living room.

It took us two days to figure out where the smell was coming from. It turned out to be the cushions on the couch.
A kitchen cupboard was broken (a note was left saying that it was going to be repaired), so the utensils were kept out on the counter. Relative to the couch situation, it was a minor, unsightly problem.
Checking in and the management of this rental was made easy. Other than that, this particular unit was mediocre at best.
