This condo is located in a lovely area on a wonderful property. Landscaping is gorgeous with a great pool & hot tub area, and it feels very safe. The layout of this condo is very nice - very spacious for our family of 4. We absolutely loved the view from the deck, enjoying it for coffee in the morning and cocktails in the afternoon. The condo is a bit dated and does need some maintenance (toilet was running, exterior door needs adjustment), and I would concur with other reviewers that the knives are in pretty rough shape (you may want to consider packing your own if you plan on doing much chopping). Overall, we really enjoyed this property!

We had an absolutely amazing stay at #78 Grand Champions. The location is superb if you are playing golf and even if you're just wanting to have an amazing view of the ocean and be in Wailea. We stayed for 10 days with our 2 boys and this unit is set up well with 2 twins in the secondary bedroom, so that they didn't have to share a bed. It was walkable to shopping and restaurants, if a little warm mid day, so be prepared for the walk. The kitchen was well equipped and we were very pleased to find that the owners allow for some non-perishables to be left in the unit. It made shopping a bit less expensive. There are a few reviews that mention the fact that the golf course is maintained very early in the morning with mowers. We found this to be very easily covered by a simple white noise app on our phones and only one day that we didn't turn them on did we hear the mowers. We would definitely book this unit again!

Excellent location. Just needs some upgrades. Carpet needed cleaning. Few face cloths bowls and.cups. knives all dull etc. Little things that would.help. Just needs a little upgrading compated.to other similar.condos in this complex where I.stayed.

The kitchen is not orgnanized. Hard to find stuff.

The condo is definitely dated and has a lot of wear and tear but the view and location is great and was good enough for our vacation.
One thing to note, one of the bedrooms is facing the golf course and you can hear the crew working on the green at 5 in the morning everyday. Not ideal if you are a light sleeper.

My family and I stayed here for about 10 days. We loved how quiet the site was. From the deck you can see the ocean and watch whales all morning. Parking was easy. The house with two bedrooms two bath is perfectly set up for my wife and two daughters.
The house has all the amenities we needed. A couple things to note, This is on the golf course. Which is really cool you watch golfers and set up a teatime go right by your house. But at 5:15-5:45am in the morning we golf keepers will move the hall in mow around the hole. If you’re coming for a longer stay be prepared to get your own soap and more toilet paper. Lol.

The carpet needs to be replaced... about 5 years ago. Dirt and stains made the entire place seem filthy. The cheap appliances, battered utensils, unmatched dishware, musty couch and everything about this condo felt like we were the last guests before a major overhaul but the carpet was beyond tolerable.

Enjoyed the stay at Grand Champions Unit 78. In close walking distance to shopping area and upscale shops. Beautiful setting with flowers everywhere and peaceful golf course. Necessary to drive to beach but not far from condo. Kitchen was well supplied. Thank you.
