3 adults and 2 teens had a comfortable stay. Condo was spacious. House was stocked for cooking as well as beach supplies (body boards, snorkel equipment, chairs, umbrellas, kids toys and a wagon). Pool/hot tub in complex was great. Quiet complex, never heard anyone outside or adjacent units. Location was close to grocery store, gas station and beaches. Be aware of rules in pool area (no 12 and under in hot tub, 16 and older in gym). Only minor complaint were the letters on the building were hard to see at dark to find our unit.

We loved our stay. We enjoyed the pool almost daily. Grocery store and restaurants just a walk away was very convenient! And our favorite beach with snorkeling from the shore was a few minute drive away. We appreciated all the beach and snorkel gear they provided at the house. Definitely recommend!

Condo was great for our family of 5. The unit was very well stocked with everything we needed. The view of the sunset was amazing. The location was great within walking distance of the KTA which is a great supermarket. The pool area is also large and well maintained. Overall this was great location especially for my older children to be able to walk places and have a little freedom.

Everything as described for this Kona gated townhome property. Family of 5 total with 2 teenagers. Plenty of room, with master bedroom suite which included a balcony view of the beautiful sunsets over the Pacific. We planned to explore the west side of the island, 20 years after our first trip here, and needed a base camp for our 9-day trip. The Kitchen had everything we needed, and a beautiful living room to relax after day trips to various beaches, snorkeling excursions. This property had all the items mentioned for chairs, snorkel gear, umbrella. Awesome pool, hot tub and gym. 1 min drive up to Keauhou Shopping Center, for groceries, Bianellis Pizza place, Peaberry & Galette Coffee shop, etc. Check in process was easy. Location is not too close to the more crowded section Ali‘i Drive. So whether you plan for a drive to Volcano National Park, or the less crowded beaches further north, this is an ideal rental location. We had no issues during our trip, and only needed to ask about garbage/recycling, which was answered promptly. This was a memorable trip for my family, and we are so glad we found such a special property to rent. We would definitely choose to stay here again. To the owners, you have a beautiful home, thank you for the opportunity for us to spend our vacation at your special place in beautiful Hawaii.

We absolutely loved our stay at this spacious townhouse.There were 6 of us and we all had our own areas (2 couples and 2 teens). Everything you could possibly need was there, from beach towels and equipment to board games, kitchen supplies, you name it, it was provided. Great location about 12 miles from downtown Kona. Wonderful view of the ocean and mountain right from our lanai. We had one minor issue that was addressed immediately by the management company. Would absolutely stay there again!

A grocery store is just a couple blocks away. Fifteen minute drive to shopping and activities in Kailua-Kona. Swimming in the communal pool and sitting in the hot tub was a relaxing way to end the day.

Easy to check-in. Super clean and comfortable townhouse. Kitchen amenities were GREAT--utensils, dinnerware, and cookware were in good shape and organized! Management was responsive in regards to a fan and adjusting the air conditioning. We would love to stay here again next time!

We loved our stay. Everything In the condo was perfect except the air conditioning failed during our stay. This was sorted out quickly over a weekend. Our kids enjoyed the pool area and all the beautiful beaches. Would definitely return hopefully if we get the chance.

We liked the unit very much. Everything was smooth and enjoyable except for getting out of the pool area. A better way to exit the pool area would be nice. Maybe a code to open and exit. Very well maintained grounds and buildings.

We loved staying here. It’s in between Kailua-Kona and Captain Cook.
Kitchen is well appointed. Thoughtful touches like 2 drying racks.
Lots of beach equipment.
The only thing to be aware of is if you are arriving after dark, it is difficult to see the building letter.
We would definitely stay here again!

The townhome condo is very spacious, very well designed for comfort and privacy, and very nicely decorated. Views of beautifuly maintained landscape of flowers, tropical plants, and black lava rocks everywhere, with top rim view of blue ocean water on the horizon. The views off to the right are of a serene green golf course. My favorite was the view from upstairs balcony off of master bedroom, which offered spectacular sunset every evening. Just sit back and watch the sun melting in to Pacific. The master bath suite is huge! The fan in the masterbath however did not seem to be working. I have called and left a voicemail for maintenance about it, but no one showed up or called back about it. The condo interior was clean, but it would have been so nice to come to swept deck and front entry, which was littered with some dead, and some alive bugs, and droppings (yuck!). The front door entrance is right in to the kitchen, and it easily tracks everything from outside sidewalk in.
The place is very well stocked with kitchenware, and there were quite a few usable items such as spices and olive oil, etc. left in the cupboards by the previous tenants. It was comforting for me to see a lot of Costco brands. Some of the wire racks (kitchen dish rack and bathroom toiletpaper storage rack specifically) could be replaced with something made of non-metal materials, as metals quickly become corroded in humid environment and look shabby.
There is a single car garage shown in the condo photos, which would suggest it's usable, but it isn't. We have arrived in a pouring rain, and it would have been so nice to be able to park in the garage to unload the car.
The beach park closest to the condo was closed, so the nearest beach park was not walkable. We wanted to see as much as possible so we drove every day to see a new places. The neighborhood seems safe, clean, and not far from the main roads and highways. There is a walkable shopping plaza with grocery store, drug store, shops, and a pub. We used the pool and the gym a couple of times, and it seemed nice and well maintained.
The day before our departure we reached out to the office asking for late check out, because our flight didn't leave till evening. Unfortunately it was ultimately declined after some texting attempts to the cleaners were unanswered.
Overall it was a beautiful place to visit, and a very comfortable place to stay in. We have enjoyed our vacation and would love to come visit again.

This was our first time staying on the big island. The house had everything our family needed including beach gear, coolers, umbrellas etc. We loved having the pool so close, especially the toddler area for our three and five year olds. It was less than a 15 minute drive to the restaurant strip. There is a grocery store just up the hill, maybe two minutes. The house was clean, was well stocked with paper towel, toilet paper, toiletries, bath towels and beach towels. The house was less than a 30 minute drive to the airport and a perfect location for our vacation. I would highly recommend to other people looking for a place to stay on the big island.

We enjoyed the Condo at Na Hale O’Keauhou immensely. Great location and the condo had everything we could want. The ensuite bathrooms were a definite plus. We would definitely stay here again!

Where to start......we loved staying at this property. It was clean and well organized with just the right amount of homey perks. The kitchen had all of the necessities, plus some cooking basics like spices and oils. There were lots of beach towels, kids beach toys, snorkel gear, a cooler and beach chairs. The beds were comfy and the bathrooms big and very clean. Also, I would have to say that this particular unit has one of the best views in the complex. The lanai off the master bedroom and also the outdoor patio on the mail level both have direct views of the ocean and the sunset. It is also very close to the pool, which our grandson LOVED. We all loved staying here and would choose to stay here again, given the opportunity.

We had a great stay at this property! We spent two weeks and loved the location. The unit had wonderful amenities with everything you would need for the beach. We were close to several beaches and Kailua. The place was clean, well kept, and had everything we needed. We loved the property.
