A tennis court and barbecues can also be found on the property’s beautifully manicured grounds, in addition to ample free parking. Enjoy a cool swim in one of the two pools. The location couldn’t have been better! Quick walk to an awesome beach as well as restaurants and shops. Condo was clean upon arrival. Beach equipment was appreciated but the chairs could use an upgrade and adding a cooler would be fantastic (we had to borrow from friends who had an extra in their condo).

We have been to Maui many times, but this was our first time in Kihei and the first time we booked a condo. The unit was very clean with easy access to the beach and the shopping area. Having the refrigerator and washer/dryer in the room was Extremely convenient. Being able to gather with friends inside, or on the lanai, with a cold drink and munchies was Wonderful! There was plenty of silverware and plates for all 7 of us. One of the things we all commented on, was the cross-walk light right at the end of the drive into the complex and how nice it was that vehicles actually stopped for the pedestrians. The beach was calmer than where we usually stay, but there were still plenty of turtles, fish and coral to see. All in all, a Great Vacation at a Very Good Price!

Walking distance to the beach, shops, and restaurants, and centrally located so you can take advantage of both south and north ends of the island by car. Bed was comfortable, TV had Netflix, kitchen had all the utensils/dishes/cookware we needed. Beautifully landscaped complex with friendly staff and other guests (plenty of Canadians actually), the ground floor lanai was very convenient for going to and from the BBQs and pool area. Grab bar in the bath/shower combo, wheelchair accessible if needed.

The water worked. Outlets on the wall were loose. Hard to keep it on the wall:( We could hardly pick up a strong WiFi connection either, so that didn’t help. Need a mesh network! That would help. Clean the coffeemaker, your tub floor, and sheets. We saw beautiful sunsets outside your property.

This one bed room apartment is spacious and full furnished. Four beach chairs and one beach umbrella are provided. The complex has more than 30 different plants. We can enjoy a great botanic garden just walking around the complex. The only thing the property manager can do better is to provide sufficient amenity supplies. We stayed seven nights. However, only one and half rolls of toilet papers, one hand soap, one body wash, and one shampoo were provided. We have to call the property management to get more.

Great location just across the street from Kam II Beach. Close to shops, restaurants & stores. Very clean, AC & full kitchen. Lower level made for a nice view out back, right next to the pool. Surprisingly very quiet considering all the visitors. Definitely a great place to stay!

If you know your way around Kihei, you should easily be able to find the property management office, which is off-site. This particular condo was in a good location for walking to stores and restaurants, and had a nice layout. There is no sound-proofing, so if you`re in a bottom floor unit like I was, be prepared to hear everything your upstairs aredoing. `This review was submitted while the home was managed by a different property management company.`
