Property was wonderful and was just as pictures presented. Could have left some things at home if we would have known there were nice beach towels provided. Also had chairs, boogie boards and snorkeling gear available for use.

The unit was spacious with most anything you would need in the kitchen. Great view overlooking the ocean.
The major drawback (and this was a BIG one for us) is that Pu'u Poa is being renovated and there was jackhammering every work day! We had booked this unit almost a year in advance, so owners may not have known.

My husband and I had the most wonderful stay in Princeville. The location was phenomenal, the condo was beautiful and clean, and the unit had everything we needed. Be on the lookout for the pair of nenes who like to patrol the grass area behind the condo ;)

of is here, gorgeous pool, tennis court and steps away from Hideaways beach and the new 1 Hanalei Hotel. Ideal location to explore the North Shore and incredible view from all rooms in the house.

This unit is beautiful and well maintained. We enjoyed the little patio when the weather permitted and the window views when not out. Location is great to Hanalei, and general Princeville area. Super quiet space. Loudest noise you’ll hear is the surf and geese.

We had to vacate our lovely condo at Pali Ke Kua due to a flood. Vacasa put us up in Puu Poa 105 just down the street and it was awesome. It is furnished beautifully, has all the amenities and has an amazing view of the ocean. Would love to come back again!

When we arrived, the condo was very clean and had all of the essentials we needed. There was a lovely note when we arrived and we were checked on to make sure all was as it should be. The property was spacious and beautiful inside and out, and there was even snorkel equipment there for us to use. We sat on the patio in the evening and watched whales! We were very pleased, the condo exceeded our expectations. Well done!!

This condo is spacious, beautifully decorated, immaculate, overlooking the ocean, which cannot be overstated as is allowed such peace throughout the day and night, ~5 minutes from the very secluded beach, and near great shops and restaurants. My wife said it was the cleanest and best located VRBO we’ve ever stayed in… And we have stayed in about 15 in the last 5 years

We mentioned celebrating my sis-in-law's milestone birthday, not imagining we'd get the VIP treatment. Awaiting us was a beautifully arranged gift basket welcoming us to the island and assuring us of help if we needed anything at all. The unit was expansive and gorgeous, lacking for nothing. We remarked on how we wished we could spend more time enjoying the accommodations rather than sightseeing so much. If I had to name one drawback, I guess it would be the droppings left by the nenes (Hawaiian geese) on the patio. However, you can't stop Mother Nature and a broom quickly took care of it. Would highly recommend this place!

We stayed here for our last few days on Kauai and honestly, wished that we could have stayed longer. The minute you walk in, you are struck with the openness and light of this impeccably appointed unit. The view over Hanalei Bay was amazing - you couldn't ask for a better place to view the sunset. We would not hesitate to stay here again. Mahalo!

So wonderful. On the ocean. Relaxing and magical. The unit was clean and spacious. Mgmt was very responsive. It was great to be able to walk right out the back patio to the pool and watch the sunset. Hideaways Beach was steps away albeit a very steep climb. Great for snorkeling. Loved our stay and hope to be back.

We really appreciated the air conditioning. It would have been pretty warm without it.
This location was great. We walked to the Queens Bath trailhead and avoided the full parking lot there. We hiked down to Hideaway Beach (you’ll be better off in something besides flip flops). We walked down to Hanelei Beach from Puu Poa on the stairs by the new One Hotel.
We loved coffee and smoothies from The Spot. Also enjoyed day trip to Anini Beaxh and and Kalalau Trail!

The view is beautiful for sunsets and we were able to watch Nene geese feed on the grass 5 feet from the back patio. There is a steep trail down to Hideaway Beach right next to the property that is great for snorkeling and swimming. And we appreciated the air conditioning in every room. Overall this is a wonderful place to stay.

This property is more beautiful than the pictures. Lovely modern furnishings with great style and comfort. Fabulous kitchen and grill with all the amenities. The view from the back is unbelievable and watching the sun set every night was a highlight of the day. Puupoa and hideaway beaches are right below and we even walked to the queens bath. There was some construction noise from the hotel and multiple units undergoing renovation but not really an issue. Such a special spot

The property was just as beautiful as the pictures suggested! The views through the massive windows were incredible at all times of the day. There is a pretty steep cliff at the end of the grass, so there is a short but very tricky hike down to Hideaway Beach, but it only takes a few minutes to get there.
The condo itself is up to date with clean furniture, comfy beds and couches, and a well-stocked kitchen. We didn't have any issue cooking the basics for breakfast and lunch each day.
We didn't use the pool at all, but it was nearby and seemed nice enough. A hot tub would have been nice to rest our sore muscles after long hikes!
The group of buildings does seem to be extremely quiet and they would like to keep it that way, so I would be cautious if you have a big group or are planning on late nights.

We really enjoyed our stay. The condo was well outfitted with up to date appliances and it was decorated very nicely. Location was great and was very quiet.
The only negative was the beds, they are both extremely hard and uncomfortable.

We had such a great time staying here, the condo is huge and well stocked with everything you may need. It's very clean and has a stunning view of the ocean. The location is also perfect and we especially loved walking down to hideaway beach every day!
