A tennis court and barbecues can also be found on the property’s beautifully manicured grounds, in addition to ample free parking. Enjoy a cool swim in one of the two pools. The location and rest of the property was amazing, but this was overshadowed by the fact that the cleanliness and state of the master bedroom was very disappointing (especially considering that we received a text message saying that the room was ready for early check-in). We arrived at 11:30pm after our late flight and found that the white sheets on our bed had human hair that did not belong to us. I'm 7 months pregnant and wasn't willing to take any chances that the sheets weren't clean. We were desperate to get to bed so we slept on the pullout couch for our first night, and I rewashed the sheets the next morning before we could truly start our vacation. In addition, the windows and the ceiling in the master bedroom are absolutely covered in dirt/dust. They looked like they haven't been cleaned in quite a while. Considering that the windows are slated, I would have expected that they were more well kept (and to boot, there isn't any curtains or blinds that prevent early morning light from coming in). I passed along this information to Vacasa, who was the property manager for this listing and received the smallest of acknowledgements saying that they would look into it, but haven't heard anything since. Overall I would recommend staying at this property, but would most likely stay in a different unit.

Everything was great. All the ammenties were in place from the kitchen, bedroom to the bathroom. The condo is very close to the beach 5 minute walk. We highly recommend this condo.

Gorgeous ocean view in a perfect location. Walking distance to shops, restaurants and grocery store. Tropical plantings are beautiful and everything necessary to enjoy Maui including beach chairs and towels was provided.

The Kihei location is really quite nice, but this unit is set back a few minutes walk from south Kihei Road and the ocean. The property is basically 3 room in a line with a small window-unit A/C on one end and the bedroom on the other. Consequently, we had some of the worst sleep ever in this unit. There’s also way too much furniture around, especially in the bedroom, to the point where it wasn’t possible to comfortably fit two suitcases in the room. The property had some beach equipment, but it was dilapidated. Finally, once you add in all of the fees that the owners nickel and dime you with, this place isn’t even that inexpensive. Tl;dr: my advice is to find a different property in Kihei.

We loved that the beach was only minutes away, and that you could also see the pool from our lanai. The TV is also connected to Netflix, which made for relaxing movie nights after a long day out in the sun. This condo is located more towards the end of Kihei; it’s close to a handful of restaurants and beach rentals. The closest ABC store or grocery store is a good walk away, so just a heads up.

Comfortable condo with king bed and pullout sleeper sofa great for family with kids. Nice kitchen with everything you need for several days stay. AC unit is in living room with fans in bedroom and living room. Bedroom is without AC and gets a bit warm on hot days.
