House overall was great. Very close to Poipu beach, it's a great location. The home is set in cul-de-sac so it was quiet. Lots of space in home - big living areas, large beds, big bathrooms, lots of outdoor patio areas. Photos were accurate - the home lays out great and is very open to the wonderful outdoor pool. Hardly anything was broken or inoperable. Beds were pretty comfortable, pillows and blankets were good quality. Open kitchen was very well supplied w anything and everything you'll need. 2 fridges came in huge. Wonderful grounds, lots of grass, space for the kids to run around. The home provides very decent beach items - umbrellas and chairs, toys, balls. We rented snorkel from a shop.
Only bad items were the wifi was weak, only worked if you were in the living room. Also the home was stuffy. There was little to no cross breeze so you had to go outside to cool off as it's very humid. The owner provided a lot of fans but they didn't make it real comfortable inside on hot and humid days. Parking was real tight for the 2 minivans we rented but 2 cars did fit.
Would definitely recommend for large groups or families, especially families w little kids. We had 4 kids under 13 with us, all had a blast.

This home was perfect for our adult children and grandchildren. The location to the beach was great. It was quiet and private, the children loved the pool after a day at the beach. The home was clean and well stocked. I would definitely go there again!

This home was perfect for 4 families, all with kids, to vacation together. 20-30 minutes from the airport, an hour to Waimea Canyon, 5 minutes to local restaurants and stores and super close to quite a few beaches. Great lay-out and amenities.

The house was perfect for our needs with plenty of space, perfect for catching some sun, and taking a dip in the pool. This house is perfect for a family or friend vacation with great views. So, we've already started planning our next trip back to reserve this same house for more great memories.

Already looking forward to going back! This house is a phenomenal location. Great beaches and shops within walking distance. The pool and backyard space is ideal and was the highlight of our stay especially while travelling with small kids. There are minor things in the house that could use repair or replacement but nothing significant that would deter us from going back or that hindered our stay there. The guesthouse is also an added bonus to this property. The only complaint would be the parking. Says we got 3 parking spots there but we could barely fit 2 cars so not really sure where you’d park a 3rd if you had that many cars. Overall would recommend and will be going back.

We left the house for Kipu Ranch ATV Tour and also Koloa Zipline which was super fun and we do recommend but the home experience is something else . It's private and secluded and provide more than you need. We will be back next year !

This place is amazing! Great location, awesome layout, beautiful yard, quiet and private (except for the roosters haha). The house had everything we needed and was so clean! It was incredibly comfortable - we wished we could stay forever! The pool is awesome, we swam multiple times every day. The BBQ was out of propane but the hosts were quick to respond and get us new tanks. Speaking of the hosting company, they were great to communicate with! Very responsive and friendly. Do not hesitate to book here - you won’t regret it!

If you want a quite vacation , or even a staycation I would recommend this place that we rented with Great Vacations. This house has a large swimming pool n its a quite place. It has everything that u need. The people are so friendly and helpful. They are just a call away. It has 1 masterbedroom 2 rooms n a den n even sofa sleeper. This is a perfect place they even have a guest house that can sleep 2.
We really enjoyed our stay.

Absolutely loved this house. Fantastic layout with large glass doors/wall opening to the beautiful pool area. Super close to the beach and some great places to eat in Koloa. The host, Gigi, was awesome in communicating with us and giving recommendations for at the house and in the local area, and frankly made this a stress free much needed vacation.
