amazing location Right across the street from Kihei Beach 1,2,3. and walking distance to restaurants and stores.
the location says third floor which it’s on but you’re actually only two floors off of ground level, which makes taking the stairs instead of the elevator very easy. The view from the lanai is a beautiful. There is a large green grassy area with lots of birds and trees right off of the lanai. The only downfall to this condo is the lack of central air. I know it’s pretty rare in Kihei condos but the only AC unit they have is a window unit in the living room, which is very old and loud so We didn’t use it. We found it pretty easy to stay comfortable during the day just keeping the windows and doors open. Unfortunately, the bedroom only has one overhead fan and one free standing fan that we did not use because how much noise it makes so it does gets pretty stuffy and Hot well sleep . we were there in November so it’s cooler weather. Other than that I would highly recommend this unit to anyone looking to stay in Kihei would definitely rent again.

The location of the condo was great - close to wonderful beaches and handy amenities. The grounds are well managed, and staff were gracious and welcoming. The unit was comfortable and extremely well-stocked with everything needed for a smooth vacation. We had one issue with the bathroom light that was quickly remedied by the Vacasa staff.

This condo was in a great location and you can't beat the price for Maui. There was a couple cockroaches in the unit and the parking attendent was unnecessarily agressive but overall we had a great stay.

Can't beat the walkability, both to the beach and to town. Nice room but the bathroom is small and the property pool is just okay (no umbrellas!). Fully equipped kitchen and good beach supplies (chairs and umbrella) but the only cooler is a giant camping cooler for a family. So we bought a $7 soft cooler at Ross just right for taking drinks to the beach. We left that there for you. :)

Nice updated kitchen, Furniture could stand to be updated along with mattress and pillows & a new shower head & I would then give 5 stars. Well stocked with beach chairs & boogie board, etc.

This is a lovely condo, it has everything for a week long stay. The pullout couch mattress is not the most confortable unfortunately, but it does the job, although it didn’t match the price standards for the stay in our opinion. The view is outstanding, you have a bit of the ocean on one side and the mountains on the other. The condo is perfectly located in front of the beach and many restaurants, gas stations and convenience stores nearby, max 8min drive. A/C and water pressure were amazing too. Would definitely book again.

We thoroughly enjoyed every aspect of our time at C315. From the seamless check in, to the variety of amenities in condo, to the location, the great dining options (Fred`s and Mooses`) amazing beach minutes away and the friendly tenants and staff. The condo was packed with beach chairs, snorkel gear, children`s beach toys, beach towels, and any kitchen gadget you can think of. we definitely enjoyed blending our own drinks on vacation. TV and Wifi were great! bed in room was comfortable with the sofa bed being challenging at times, felt springy and was not even to sleep on, this can be easily fixed by switching out. Mahalo

Very convenient - walking distance to the beach and several restaurants. Quiet neighbors, free wifi, short drive to an ABC store and Foodland. There is a TV but no cable, only a DVD player. We would definitely come here again!
