Was dated and quite shabby. Could use a deep cleaning. Besides that, the grounds are gorgeous and so close to beach and restaurants/gifts. I advise the outdoor market down S Kihei, Around 1/2 mile.

This was our 30 th anniversary and was very glad we chose this place! Loved everything about our stay here. Close to beach, restaurants, shopping. The view from our balcony was amazing. The roosters waking you up in the early mornings could be a good thing or bad, depends on the night before. Lol

King bed is very comfortable. Kitchen had everything we needed. We were happy to find 2 beach chairs and beach mat in the closet. A/C kept us cool at night. Office even had pickle ball paddles and balls. The view from the balcony is lovely from the 5th floor and location is across the street from one of 3 beaches. It is within walking distance of several restaurants,etc. Would stay here again

There are pros and cons to this studio. It all depends on what is important to the renter. It's not renovated or fancy like other places I've stayed, but it had the basics. The bed is super comfy, the water pressure is good and it had a cute little lanai for my morning coffee. The BEST part of this studio is the view! I watched every single sunset, unobstructed from the lanai and even a couple of moonsets. They were all amazing. If I could make a couple suggestions, it would be to replace the very old beach chairs and add plastic dinnerware to take to the pool (no glassware allowed). My entire takeaway though, is the view. It trumped all.

The condo itself was as advertised. However, during our stay there was a termite infestation problem in Maui that was also present in the condo. The first night there were only a few visible on the curtains leading to the lanai so I was able to tolerate it. The second night, we returned to our condo after a day out to discover an infestation in our bathroom. We contacted the unit manager through VRBO and they were able to accommodate us to a different unit. Had that not happened, this would be a 1 star rating. The condo itself is in Kihei right across the beach with a little shop for beach related rentals (all walking distance). There are a few eateries walkable as well as a convenience store. They provide one parking spot which you must register for. The location is good for people who plan on going to the beach for the majority of their trip. We had a car and drove around to visit sites and enjoyed the location.
