This one-bedroom vacation condo features a private lanai, a cable TV, a telephone, free high-speed WiFi, a washer/dryer, ceiling fans, a fully-equipped kitchen, and a complimentary, in-suite safe. A tennis court and barbecues can also be found on the property’s beautifully manicured grounds, in addition to ample free parking. Enjoy a cool swim in one of the two pools. Great shopping and a variety of restaurants are also just minutes away from your doorstep.

* The Kihei Akahi property mandates that all guests occupying condos must empty the AC condensation drip pan on a daily basis to prevent overflows. Please contact CRH for additional information.

The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Had everything we needed. Lovely kitchen, and patio with views. Nice pool/pools. Walkable to dining, beach, & small stores. We are early birds, so the 4am roosters didn’t bother us at all. We’ll come again! :)

The apartment was exactly as I expected from the pictures, and the complex was actually slightly better than expected! The gardens are beautiful and well-maintained. Kihei is a great central location for exploring Maui (this was our first visit) and all the facilities you need are nearby. I recommend it to others.

Stayed April 2022 for two weeks. My first time in Maui with my husband. We loved it, the property was a great location; clean upon arrival, exactly as pictured and very friendly property management. Highly recommend if you want to stay in the Kihei area (which I would!) they have the most beautiful sunsets and the beaches/water are warm! Can see the ocean & mountain from the balcony, reasonably priced. Overall we had a really great experience here and would absolutely stay at this property again!

The condo was excellent and getting into it was easy. Everything needed while there was supplied. Office staff very friendly. The Bed was also very comfortable. Beach was nice and close. Overall, I would defiantly book this condo again.

Great space with awesome amenities! Full kitchen and washer/dryer inside the unit made for great comforts. Chairs, coolers, and umbrella made for perfect beach days. View from the balcony had a bit of ocean as well as a bit of the mountain. Everything about the condo made me want to stay extra time. 100% ready for a repeat next year.
