Parking notes: All guests need to stop by the Front Desk to register and receive a parking permit and must show a copy of each occupant(s). Failure to register at the front desk will result in a sequence of fees until you are registered. Day 1 - $50.00 fee; Day 2 - $100.00 fee; Day 3 - $150.00 fee. The fourth day of failing to register may result in eviction. Please park in the designated parking space for this unit.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
