Equipped with all the comforts of a home away from home, incredible amenities, and plenty of space and privacy, this two-story retreat is ready to surprise you. The first level of the home offers an open layout with the kitchen, dining area, and living room combined together for endless entertainment. The living room is a great place to unwind after spending the day at the beach–it comes equipped with comfortable leather furniture that includes a three-person sofa and two armchairs, each one with a footstool and a wall-mounted flatscreen TV with cable and streaming services.

Right off the living room is the kitchen/dining area. The kitchen itself is a delightful space with stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, a breakfast bar, and gorgeous dark cherry cabinets. The French door fridge will keep your goodies nice and fresh during your stay while the dishwasher will take care of the dishes once mealtime is over. There is a Mr. Coffee coffee maker to start your days off with endless energy. The breakfast bar offers two comfortable dining spaces for quick meals on the go. The dining table offers a tasteful contrast in comparison to the kitchen furniture; it's made out of natural wood and has two benches. This level also offers a nice and private patio with two outdoor tables, four chairs, and a Dyna-Glo electric grill. This is the ideal setting for relaxing breakfasts or midday smoothies. Additionally, you'll find one bedroom with a wall-mounted flatscreen TV, its own private patio, and a full bathroom with a tub/shower combo.

The second level of this condo has a convenient bedroom with two armchairs and children's toys and books. The main bedroom on this level has its own balcony with a table and two chairs, a wall-mounted flatscreen TV, a chessboard, and an ensuite full bathroom with a walk-in shower. A shared outdoor pool will be available for you and your guests.

This family-friendly condo is located less than one and a half miles from the heart of Princeville and within walking distance to the beach! Outdoor activities abound here, such as golfing, sunbathing, swimming, surfing, hiking, and more. One mile west is the Makai Golf Club and one and a half miles away is the local Tennis/ Shuffle Board Court. You can take the family to Anini Beach up the road, and cap your day of snorkeling and sunbathing at the family-friendly Hideaways Pizza Pub one and a half miles west of the house. No trip to Princeville would be complete without a visit to the Queen's Bath on the town's northern coast. The deep tide pool lets you soak in peace as you admire waves crashing against the surrounding rocks.
