I love this place. In november, it was cool enough to sleep without the air conditioner even though they have it. Only matter was that they canceld my first place and require me to select other one or refund. I had only few month to choose, so I could not but select the other one, but it was pretty nice fortunately.
I love kiahuna beach and they rent some towels for free. The snorkeling set is only 10 box for whom stays in the kiahuna plantation. The staff was kind via email though I couldnt meet them in real.
Overall, I would visit there again.

A 5-minute walk to the beach, coffee shops, and places to eat. Nice little slice of ocean view from the lanai. Very easy check-in/check-out. Well stocked with kitchen items and beach supplies.

This property is a good location to the beach and other activities. It was clean and the king size bed was really comfortable. We were here in late June so it was humid and warm outside, and with only a wall AC in the living room the bedroom took quite some time to cool down. The privacy of the rooms were lost because the shutters needed to be opened between the living room and bedroom to allow the cool air into the bedroom. Fortunately there was a standing fan and overhead fan.
The place is nice and clean, and like I said, the location is good. We also enjoyed all the gardens and birds on the property. If you don’t mind sleeping with warmer temperatures, it’s fine.

I already knew I loved Kiahuna Beach so was pleased to find a property right there. We were a four minute walk through the lovely gardens to the beach. This particular unit is on the end of the second floor of a 3-story building. It was in excellent condition and very clean. There is an AC unit in the living area but we never used it as the breezes were beautiful. With windows open, we fell asleep to the galumph of a bullfrog and awoke to a bustle of bird song. Never used the athletic club facilities but appreciated being able to get clean towels from the beach hut as needed. Unit had beach chairs, umbrella, and boogie boards. One of our key cards stopped working but we received a replacement within a couple of hours of contacting customer service. Would stay here again.

We stayed here for a week and whilst the weather wasn’t kind, we had more than the usual amount of rain, this condo made it all worth while. Whilst it isn’t one of the ocean front units it does have an amazing view and you can hear the ocean but it doesn’t keep you awake. Whilst the condo isn’t modern the Hawaiian furniture style adds the the plantation feel. The kitchen is very well equipped, we cooked a lot as dining was very expensive due to our weak pound. The bed was super comfy and the info Vacasa supplied was very well organised. We did have an issue with one of the key cards so you do need to take care with them. This was a trip in a lifetime for us and this little condo didn’t disappoint.

This is a great unit just a few things. Please note it is PARTIAL A/C. This means there is A/C in the living/dining/kitchen area but not in the bedroom (as evidenced by the giant fan in the bedroom). So if you are getting A/C for sleep, it is not accessible in this unit. Also, the lanai is beautiful with a table and chairs and two chaises - but we were unable to use the chaises because they are hard plastic (not with the plastic straps with some give of most chaises). They really need cushions in order to be useful. It was kind of a bummer to have chaises on the lanai and not be able to use them. Otherwise, clean and well-stocked, and any unit in Kiahuna is a great location!

Such a perfect location to enjoy your time on kauai. Second floor, corner unit with large, private balcony that is great for sunsets and you’re able to see a sliver of ocean beyond the Sheraton buildings. Kitchen is well equipped with newer appliances and almost all utensils you’d use at home. Also appreciated the beach chairs, umbrella and snorkel that’s included. We loved our time in Kauai and this little condo. Will be coming back!

Beach was across the street, but you could see parts of the ocean out of the main living room window. The unit has everything you could need including beach chairs, umbrellas and all household cleaning and kitchen products. Parking was included and right next to the unit. Great A/C and options to have fresh air throughout every room. Very comfortable for 2 people, but also a fold out in the couch if needed. There are several restaurants across the street and two on the beach. Quick drive to several other small towns and a 5 minute walk to Poipu beach to see the turtles and seals. The beach in front of the unit was great for just hanging out and swimming. We really loved the unit and hope to return some day relatively soon!

We had an amazing stay. The condo was clean and comfortable. They even had a welcome basket if Hawaiian goodies! Checking in and out was also easy. There is a shopping center a short walk away where we are most of our meals (pizza, ice cream, breakfast, Thai) and the gorgeous, easy to access beach is a short walk in the other direction. We also spent a morning and had lunch at the beach club. We would LOVE to return.

This property was absolutely perfect for us. We loved the location (close to all the beautiful south side beaches) but close enough to Lihue, the west coast, and only an hour or so from the north shore. The property was so clean and we had excellent instructions on how to check in. They had everything we needed! Would highly recommend this property!

We loved our condo at Kiahuna Plantation. It had everything we needed for a relaxing vacation including beach chairs and umbrella! Beach was a 3 minute walk and while you can only get a peek at the ocean the lanai looks out over a lovely succulent garden. Truth be told we didn't spend much time there as we could walk to food across the street; snorkeling at Poipu beach; and sunsets from the lawn. We only visited the pool at the sports club once because we were too busy!

KP #312 is the perfect, quiet, private 2nd floor unit! The condo is equipped with everything you’ll need for a relaxing vacation including boogie boards and sand chairs.
The privacy of this unit overlooking the Moir Gardens with a peekaboo view of the ocean makes you feel like you’re the only ones in the resort. Add to that the lush beautiful trees all around you makes you feel like you’re up in the trees with the happy birds.
We never used the AC as the breezes that flow through the unit are so perfect!
Awesome location. Short walk to the beach, pool, shops and restaurants.
Highly recommend for a relaxing vacation!

Things to note — no air conditioning but lots of fans and a great breeze! With this great breeze, sadly, comes some bugs that got in.
Also, to keep the wonderful breeze blowing, there’s not much privacy from the bedroom the the living area where the pullout bed is, so there isn’t much privacy from the bedroom to the pullout couch.
Overall, great place! Would return but only for a weekend, not for longer than that.
