We loved the two bedrooms, multiple bathrooms, and especially the pool and hot tub access! Perfect for our family of 5 with three little kids. Having a pack and play, kids toys, and other amenities was the cherry on top. 10/10!

Great condo. Clean. Wish to have better kitchenware especially for BBQ. Location is great if you want something in between North and South. I think this is one of the nicest and newer resorts for this area.
Don’t like it that we can only have 6 pool towels in a day. Didn’t like our view from the balcony. Overall experience is very good.

Great spot. A lot of kid things in the place including life jackets, high chair, pack and play. Pool was great. Good beach but not great for swimming. Kid “hot tub” which was nice on cool or rainy days. Plenty of places to eat nearby, grocery across the street. South or North shores about 30 min away. Overall very convenient and great place to stay

Nice unit that was close to the beach, restaurants, and shopping. Nice pool and not crowded. Unit does need some updating of furniture and carpeting. Showers in both bathrooms were very small with oversized bathtubs giving the unit a very 1990s feel. Carpet inside and outside unit have seen better days and need replacing.

The condo had everything a young family might need from a pack and play, to floaties and life jackets, to toys and games, to toddler friendly plates and dishes. The pool is perfect for kids of all ages (there is a section for babies and toddlers, a lazy river, water slides for older kids (and grown ups), a family hot tub and a hot tub that is just for adults). The resort is right on a nice beach, is across the street from a great grocery store and other shopping, and there are restaurants within easy walking distance.

The lazy river looking pool was incredible. I would definitely recommend this location to family and friends. The room was spacious and very clean. Enjoyed the beach was just a few steps away. A small shopping center across the street made it convenient to buy food and supplies.

Awesome place to stay! If you’re looking for a cheaper rate and don’t care about the view, this unit is great. The view from the lanai is the front driveway of the complex. We knew this when we booked and didn’t mind. We spent our time exploring the island. The rate per night was cheaper than other units in the same complex.

This condo had all sorts of extra things to help with our baby. Including a life jacket, baby inflatable pool float and a portable highchair. Along with tubes, life vests, chairs, coolers, snorkel gear, and etc for older kids or Long Beach days! Condo has a great central location on the island close to shopping and the resort amenities were all amazing including feeding koi fish on Sunday and Thursday. We couldn’t be happier and will be back!

This is our 3rd time staying at this resort, and first time in this unit. Everything was great, we love the pool and hot tubs at the resort, the location on the east shore is great for getting around to all parts of the island. The size of the unit is great, especially with 3 kids, and the kitchen is well equipped, with nice utensils, pots, pans, dishes, spices, and nice appliances. The fridge and freezer are huge. The unit also came with boogie boards, beach toys, and a cooler. Can’t wait to come back some day!

This is a very high end condo and very well equipped. The Mountain View is behind the shopping center, but having a shopping center so close, with a Safeway and Starbucks is very convenient. Wonderful pool area. It was a great space for 2 couples and a super convenient location to tour the Island

Surprisingly nice unit. It's close to the elevators and the lobby and shopping which I really liked! Very clean unit. The pool was really cool and it was nice having a restaurant on site! The only negative thing I would say is the code to get into the pool! Overall very impressed.

Great property, well maintained, friendly resort staff. Information that would've been helpful is that the beach area in front of the resort is not really swimmable due to the coastline but beautiful with lovely sunsets. Also, we picked the resort for younger kids to enjoy the pool and what appears to be a lazy river. There is no current to propel you through the river so it looks nice but is not typically used. Slides are great.

Overall this is a huge and nice condo. The location worked well for us without a car. The resort had a concierge that was able to answer questions and assist. The condo itself had a few maintenance issues but nothing that negatively impacted our stay.

Our family of five recently returned from a vacation in Kauai and stayed at the Waipouli Beach Resort. The unit we stayed in was well equipped and made our trip very seamless and enjoyable. Everything from beach chairs, coolers, comfy mattresses, pots/pans, washer/dryer. The owners of this unit really put a lot of thought into items that they provide to their guests. Vacasa was very responsive to any questions we had. The pool was amazing and the location as well. We would definitely return. Mahalo!.

The close proximity to the pool and beach. Our family rented several units at this resort and the pool made for a great gathering place. This unit has enough dishes, utensils and more. Very comfortable. We shared this unit with 3 others, with plenty of room to spare. We would come back again.
