We stayed here about 4 years ago, experience this time was the same, very nice, everything well maintained and very clean. Super convenient to Volcano National park! We will be back.. of note there are no condiments etc - we cooked a lot and missed that!

This house was very nice and only a mile from the National Park entrance which was perfect for exploring the whole park.

Had a great stay at Pele Noe. Property is spacious and clean. Spaces are nice for lounging and enjoying the cool weather. Great location outside of Volcano National Park, which allows easy viewing of the lava! Kitchen is well stocked (but bring salt!) and we enjoyed several meals in the home. Note that Volcano Village doesn't have a lot of options for restaurants or groceries in the evening. Just plan ahead!

This is a very nice property. Everything was clean and ready. I contacted customer service. They were helpful, and followed through to make sure I was happy. The neighbor is a family neighborhood so the neighbors kids frequently played in the street. The pheasants were fun to watch from the porch in the morning, as were the neighbors chickens.

We enjoyed our stay at Pele Noe very much. Close to Volcano Village and the National Park, but surrounded by tropical rainforest. Comfortable rooms. Full and well equipped kitchen made for easy meals here to supplement the restaurants and markets in town. The nearby Volcano farmers market on Thursday evenings (smaller) and Sunday mornings was a great place to get local food and produce.

Pele Noe is a beautiful home in a great location of Volcano. Pictures accurately portray this property, which is clean, bright, and cozy. Look at the layout of the house if you are traveling with younger children, but my preteens would have loved the rooms detached from the main house. I traveled here with two of my coworkers and it was so nice for each of us to have our own bedroom and bathroom. The window seat and books made for a relaxing space where we could get some work done. We absolutely loved the decor, displaying Hawaiian culture and native birds. I hope to come back here soon!

Great house, it took a few day’s due to the get heat, the fire did not work. After calling for a few days the manager was irritated with me. However, maintenance department bought new space heaters and it does keep the house warm.

Had a great time there, loved the feel of the home, so country living. My family had a great time. Liked that the rooms were on the other side of the house. Big dinning area. Felt very homey.

Perfect house to call home base for our adventure on the Big Island. Less than 10 minutes from Volcano National Parks. Perfect for eruption viewing and lots of hiking. We were pleasantly surprised the house had a rice cooker. Definitely want to stay here again.

We wanted a quick island hop to see the volcano, and we were so happy to find a great space for our family at a great price. The two separate bedrooms with en suites was a great setup for extended family. It wasn't ideal for our family traveling with mom, three kids 6 and younger and grandma, but the kids enjoyed "camping out" in the main spaces of the house. I missed the part of the description that had the two bedrooms across a breezeway. Overall, the house was great and location beautiful with tons of flora to take in on a walk. We were also able to easily get to the volcano without having to navigate crowds. We arrived too late at Hilo Intel to get groceries, which is really required for most Hilo stays, but there are a few local options for food if you are a savvy Google pro.

We really enjoyed the peaceful house in nature as well as the cooler climate (compared to other places in Hawaii). The stars at night were super clear and we really enjoyed watching the stars from the house.

This house was very nice! Pros: Good quality building materials, well furnished, pretty and convenient location near the National Park, adequately stocked amenities, clean, great fireplace, plenty of hot water, fair price, etc. Cons: Odd floor plan, no living room curtains for night-time privacy, and noisy neighbors.

Lovely place, well outfitted, with a nice configuration of our group (a couple, and two singles). I really liked the decor and artwork -- very fitting for the location and not just cookie cutter "tropical" decor. All of us would recommend this place.

This home is a great place to stay for a visit to the volcano. Easy drive to Hilo also. The two bedrooms adjoining the house were perfect for our grown boys. One accidentally locked the keys in his room and Vacasa took care of us in a short time. Only wish there were more towels provided for us to use at the beach. I would recommend this house to anyone.
