We got to check in early for one because it was available so that was a plus. 20 min upon arriving we were greeted by a vacasa manager “M” who was extremely pleasant and checked in to make sure everything was ready for us and the condo was clean. It was absolutely wonderful! We had a great week on Maui and loved, LOVED our stay here.
Beds were comfortable and the pull out worked out for one extra adult. We kept up with our living spaces with everything the condo supplied.
I would recommend leaving a few extra trash bags and a mop to help with that as no swifter pads were available but that’s me being keeping things clean.
The beach stu but we made it work with what we had there.
The walk to the beach to catch the sunsets were absolutely gorgeous
I can’t say enough good thing’s about this place we all loved it so much!
Thank you for hosting us. We will keep our Maui vacation close to heart.

The ocean view from this unit was incredible. Being able to enjoy the view during all the little "down time" moments of our vacation was priceless. The unit was comfortable and nicely decorated with thoughtful touches that made us feel at home. We loved being able to start every morning with a short walk to the beach. I would book this unit again without hesitation.

The property was billed as ‘sleeps 6’ in 2 king beds plus a fold out sofa bed. When we checked in, there were no sheets or pillowcases for the foldout. It took the local property management 3 days to get us that bedding. Vacasa also suggested that a foldout wasn’t part of the amenities. Between the times we booked and checked in, the description had been revised to remove the fold out bed- though still described as ‘sleeps 6’! Overall, very poor responsiveness by Vacasa.
There are NO supplies included with this unit - no condiments, not even salt and pepper. They did include basic toiletries, as well as laundry detergent and dishwasher pods.

Amazing view and very comfortable beds. Much better than the online 3D tour. Recommend longer extension cords to charge phones in rooms.

It's an Island folks, so any condo/hotel with a view is a deal.
514 has one of those view. Faces west so little warm but the sunsets are killer.
Solid unit, clean, modern, plenty of amenities. Property has a pool, hot tub. Close walk to a beach not typical surf beach but great for a walk every morning. We would definitely return.

Loved absolutely nothing about this unit!!!
After 1 hour of arriving and putting my socks on they were disgustingly filthy! Used last tissue in tissue box on vanity and it was covered with bugs. Looked in bottom of box and it was covered with bugs also. Later in the day opened new roll of toilet paper and same bugs fell out on my lap.
So many things were left out of the description of this unit and nothing was as described. They never said you were only provided 1 bath towel per guest no matter how long your stay is. It is your responsibility to wash the towels in their coin operated laundry room if you expect clean towels or sheets during your stay. Being disabled I seriously would of never signed up for that!
The kitchen is brand new as stated. They don't provide any amenities as far as condiments for cooking so plan on spending extra money on spices and cooking oils as the stores only sell full size products. Vacasa is fine with this as I was told their cleaners will take the left overs. The hide a bed is not fit for 2 adults let alone children.
Of course taking your money was easy even though the complete description of unit was a lie. It boasts about the sunset view from both balconies but failed to mention the huge tree blocking the view. Front bedroom window is so cloudy you can't get a clear photo of anything through it. It says enjoy meals on the balcony and shows a bar with 4 stools. Those don't exist. The only table is on the balcony of the second bedroom that has a sign on the sliding door that says "Do not open"! Even though the unit says it sleeps six only 2 can eat at that table at a time if you dare to open the door.
The unit says it sleeps six. That means 2 people on the 4 inch thick hide a bed mattress. We were only given a bottom sheet for this bed and not enough pillow cases for the pillows provided.
The table only seats 4 at a time. You can bring the chair from the vanity from the bedroom for your 5th guest. Your 6th guest is stuck with a chair from the balcony that sits to low or a chair from the bar that sits to high. Nothing was as described in the description of this unit!!! So sad I waisted our time in Maui and so much money for such a let down!!! Obviously Vacasa is just another Corporation who only cares about the money!!! The description on this unit was 100% false advertising!!!
We were extremely ripped off by Vacasa in so many ways!!! It was one let down after another and so much time wasted doing laundry and phone calls from staff trying to rectify the lies over and over!!! Seriously was a nightmare that caused me panic attacks on my vacation!!!

I took off one star, because the lanai off the master bedroom could not be used. The sliding door was broken and there was a sign requesting we not use it. Also, only six towels were provided for six guests staying 11days...not nearly enough.

The property was very nice and relaxing; a little far from the popular beaches in Lahaina, Kanapali, etc. If you want to be away from the crowds, this is the place for you. Quick response from office and maintenance staff. Great BBQ area, pool and spa.

The condo has all the basics we needed; two bedrooms, close to the beach, great kitchen with all the utensils and cooking implements we could hope for. The door code worked very well (the kids could use it even), the beds were comfortable, and the AC worked great. The view from the lanai was beautiful - bring binoculars and you'll get a fantastic view of turtles and birds! Plenty of parking in the lot, we never had to walk far to get into the unit.
However, there were a few things that left me a bit unsatisfied.
* The cleaning crew was 30 minutes late, but we arrived promptly at check-in time with some items in need of refridgeration, which meant we had to spend those 30 minutes when we most wanted to collapse on the bed instead waiting for the cleaning crew (who brought their dog) to finish
* Maybe because they were in a hurry, the cleaning crew did not clean the sand from the floors. We had to sweep multiple times over the first couple days to get it how we wanted.
* The freezer door wouldn't shut when we arrived. Called maintenance and they arrived promptly and were able to fix it after some time but this meant even more time delaying our real "arrival"
* The large lawn you must traverse to reach the beach is covered in spiny weeds. DO NOT try to walk on that lawn in your bare feet! Sandals are OK, but shoes are better. I would have expected the condominium to better maintain this lawn.
* For the most part the shared laundry worked OK, but I lost about an hour one evening before discovering that the dryer I was using was not drying. I switched it to another and it worked.
In summary, all the fundamentals really were there for us to have a great vacation. But be aware this is a bit of an older building and property, and the service has a few rough edges.
