The home is absolutely fabulous and the views can’t be beat. Very nicely updated and comfortable. Beautiful kitchen and living area for listening to the ocean and watching the whales.
Dealing with Vacasa was the only pitfalls. Our entire welcome letter was incorrect. It took 4 tries to get us the correct door code. Never did get the updated Wi-Fi from Vacasa and their welcome rep couldn’t even get into the unit without our help. Calls to Vacasa were fruitless and a full gut to get correct information. Needless to say arriving at the home was stressful with incorrect door codes and information. Loved the home.

Building undergoing major construction and apparently has been for months. Unit uninhabitable from 8am until late afternoon on work days. We were never advised of this and only found out once we got there. We received substantial refund after complaining but Vacasa very evasive and difficult to deal with.
On the other hand, without the construction the unit would have been quite nice. The views are fantastic and one could spend all day watching the whales, turtles and surfers. The beds are comfortable and the space is nice.

The condo is beautiful and well maintained. You can’t beat the view watching the turtles from the lanai. The hot tub and pool were clean and towels always refreshed. Didn’t have a chance to use them but, nice bbqs available on the ground floor. Everything was clean and worked well (we used washer, dryer, dish washer, etc.). The only downside was the air conditioning unit in the main room did not work well. It was extremely hot outside of the spare bedroom (that had its own AC unit). Also, the coral reef is right up to the beach so if you plan on swimming you will need to go elsewhere.

The condo is very well located stayed in the same area in February. Loved the fact it has air conditioning because it was very humid in September. Beautiful view and the people were wonderful. We had a fantastic time.

Views! Views! Views! This place is all about the views. It was so worth it. We’d stay here again in a heartbeat. Bring your own beach gear. There were no beach items such as towels, chairs, or toys. It was so nice to have AC and a washer and dryer. The home was clean and very comfortable.
The only issue was the major construction on the building. We weren’t “home” during most of the day so it wasn’t a huge disappointment, but it is 7am-4pm Monday through Friday.

Condo was very well furnished and had a very comfortable king size bed. Lounge chairs on lanai were fantastic and where we spent most of our time watching whales and turtles. Would definitely stay there again.

We love the unit, and the location, and the view, plus the waves rolling up on the beach at night.
That’s all perfect
There is still noisy construction going on on the building which is irritating but it’s typically only a couple of hours on weekdays.

We’re actually still here. Without any notice or disclosure our 30 day stay has been broken up into separate reservations. Don’t know yet if that will cause problems.
On arrival found dirty towels in guest room; property manager response was ‘use the washer/dryer’. Listed amenities included beach towels; none here and we advised manager but got no response whatsoever.
Biggest issue is that the building is undergoing major construction work and the noise and dust is definitely disruptive. This was not disclosed to us at any point.
